Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mennganalisis hubungan antara variabel makro ekonomi dan Non-Performing Financing (NPF) pada lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini terdapat periode Januari 2008 - Juni 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah Vactor Error Corection Model untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen dalam jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel BI Rate berpengaruh positif signifikan, variabel Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sementara variabel kurs berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap NPF perbankan syariah. Variabel makro ekonomi menjadi pertimbangan penting untuk diperhatikan karena dapat berdampak pada tingkat NPF di perbankan syariah Indonesia. peneliti merekomendasikan pada para pembuat kebijakan harus fokus pada membangun lingkungan keuangan yang kuat, memperhatikan setiap perubahan makroekonomi dengan menggunakan kebijakan moneter yang baik sehingga ini akan membantu mengurangi pertumbuhan NPF bank syariah, mengurangi risiko dan menarik pesaing ke pasar keuangan, meningkatkan basis aset, meningkatkan pembiayaan untuk mendukung usaha yang layak.

Abstract

The purpose of this empirical study are to analyze the effect of accounting information and non accounting information to initial return in firm that do Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2006-2015. The population in this research are the firms that do Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2006-2015. With purposive sampling method from 210 firms, 143 firms meet the criteria of the sample. The result of regression analysis shows that accounting information Return On Asset (ROA) and firm size, and also non accounting information auditor reputation individually had a significant effect to initial return, while accounting information Earning Per Share (EPS) and financial leverage, and also non accounting information firm age, underwriter reputation and type of industry had not significant effect on initial return individually.

Abstract

The non-bank syariah financial industry (IKNB Syariah) in Indonesia continues to experience a very good improvement. The growth of IKNB Syariah is seen in the total assets of IKNB syariah in 2010, 9,333 billion rupiah, in year rose to 46,895 billion rupiah. With an average growth rate of 62.29%. Therefore, the development of IKNB syariah must be balanced with sufficient resources and quality. OJK efforts have been made in improving the quality of human resources in IKNB Syariah with two big strategies. This research uses a qualitative descriptive type, Limitation in this paper is focused on OJK efforts in improving the existing human resources IKNB syari'ah. The need for application of celestial management for human resources in IKNB syariah. The results of this paper that OJK has set two strategies in an effort to improve the quality of human resources in IKNB sharia. Then the need for application of celestial management for human resources in IKNB sharia to create good quality. Because IKNB sharia is a business institution that can not be separated from religious or spiritual aspect. So it requires the right concept in improving the quality of human resources it has.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test the effect of return on equity, earning per share, economic value added, and market value added to stock return of agriculture firm that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2016 either partially or simultaneously. This research used 77 samples. The method used is panel data regression analysis using EViews 6. The results showed that return on equity, earning per share economic value added, and market value added partially has positive significant influence on the stock return, and return on equity, earning per share, economic value added, and market value added simultaneously affect the stock return.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how (1) the simultaneous influence inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and intellectual capital on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the period 2014-2016, (2) the partial influence of influence inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and intellectual capital variables on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the period 2014-2016. This research uses purposive sampling in taking data. The data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The result of this research is (1) there is significant influence from inventory turnover variable to profitability, (2) there is no significant influence from receivable turnover variable to profitability, (3) there is positive significant influence from value added capital employedvariable to profitability, (4) there is positive significant influence from value added human capital variable to profitability, (5) there is positive significant influence from structural capital value added variable to profitability, (6) there is a significant effect of inventory turnover, receivable turnover,value added capital employed, value added human capital, and from structural capital value addedon profitability simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Corporate Governance and Capital Expenditure on Cash Holding. This study use secondary data from financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The structure of Corporate Governance is measured using independent commissioners, board of commissioners, and institutional ownership. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis which is processed with the E-Views program. The results of this study indicate that independent commissioners, board size, and institutional ownership partially have no significant effect on cash holding. While Capital Expenditure has a significant and negative effect on cash holding.

Abstract

In relation with fast economical growth in Indonesia and followed by the growth of the stock exchange, investing in the stock exchange is become one of the profitable choices for the investor. The main indicator of Indonesian stock exchange performance is called IHSG. This research aiming to describe the correlation between regional index (STI Index and KLCI)and IHSG either simultaneously or partially in BEI. The samples used in this research is regional index during 2008-2012. Model of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Simultant used to test the influence from entire / all variable regional index to IHSG with significant level of 5%. The research stated that, simultaneously there was a significanct correlation between regional Index (STI and KLCI) to IHSG the Fhitung > Ftabel (326.4711 > 3,35). Partially there was significant correlation among STI and KLCI to IHSG and there was a significanct correlation among regional Index (STI and KLCI)to the IHSG the significancy in 5%.

Abstract

This  study aims  to  test  and  prove  empirically transformational  leadership, motivation and organizational culture with the device performance of the village in Temon Kulon Progo. The research method used survey method. The subjects were village. The total population of this study are 185 respondents, while the total sample of 130 respondents. Method of sampling techniques with non-random sampling with proportional random sampling technique. Data are analyzed using simple linear regression tool. The results of the reseerch are: (a). There is a positive effect of transformational leadership at the Village performance; (b). There is positive effect Motivation Performance with the Village and (c) .There is a positive influence organizational culture with a performance of the village in Temon Kulon Progo.

Abstract

Financial statement is an important thing for a company. The financial statement of the company can indicate the company's condition and the investors always wait it for setting their investments. The purpose of this survey is to observe whether Rupiah exchange rate per US Dollars, Interest rate of SBI and Inflation of Consumer Price Index (CPI) have influence Composite Stock Price Index at Jakarta Stock Exchange either through partial and also simultan. The result shows that variable of Interest rate of SBI and Inflation of Consumer Price Index (CPI) significantly influence on the Composite Stock Price Index. If it is analyzed simultaneously, three variables have significant influences on the Composite Stock Price Index.
