Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of price, service, location and diversity of products on purchase decisions on Hypermart Puri Indah, West Jakarta. The population in this study are consumers who shop at Hypermart Puri Indah. In this study took a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this study is a convenience sampling method non - probabilistic findings of this study indicate that the price, service, location and product diversity significantly influence purchasing decisions at Hypermart

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji kaitan antara intensi konsumen untuk membeli produk dengan jenis kelamin, gender produk dan tujuan konsumsi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 141 mahasiswa/i perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta. Intensi membeli diukur dengan skala Likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Anava (analisis variansi). Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa intensi membeli produk berkaitan dengan jenis kelamin, warna dan bentuk produk, serta tujuan (manfaat) konsumsi. Peran tujuan konsumsi untuk memoderasi kaitan antara intensi membeli produk dan warna maupun bentuk produk tidak teruji secara empiris. Kontribusi penelitian ini berkaitan dengan penggunaan intensi membeli untuk dijelaskan melalui gender produk yang mungkin masih jarang diteliti.

Abstract

This study entitled: "Financial Reporting Village Fund Allocation as One Financial Accountability Village". The formulation of the problem is "Is the village of Buon Financial Reporting Allocation Independent in 2015 in accordance with decree No. Banggai 5 2015 ?. Researcher using secondary data, financial reports Desa Ban Mandiri allocation of funds for Fiscal Year 2015. The purpose of short-term studies to prove whether the allocation of funds financial reporting Desa Ban Mandiri in 2015 in accordance with decree No. Banggai 5 In 2015, while long-term goal of this research is expected to be useful for the development of the science of government accounting, especially financial accounting of the village and as a reference for other researchers who want to examine the same problem. Tests carried out on the basis of the problem formulation wake theory / concept where the alleged causal relationship of each variable has been identified by a clear conceptual framework. For the purpose of the data collection variables operationalized research clearly from the variable / dimensions, concepts, indicators, measurement units, and measurement scale. Data used in this study is a type of secondary data that document the financial statements of the allocation of funds Desa Mandiri Buon Fiscal Year 2015. Once the data are collected then performed a descriptive analysis of financial reports village allocation fund has been made with regard to Banggai Regent Regulation No. 5 2015. The results showed that the financial reporting of the village fund allocation by the government village Buon Mandiri in accordance with decree No. Banggai 5 2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of motivation kerjaterhadap leadership style and job satisfaction of employees at PT Technological Innovation. This research was conducted by tekknik simple random sampling (simple sampling technique), with a sample of 75 respondents. Entire multiple regression equation used meets the requirements of the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and positive influence between leadership style and motivation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction in PT Technological Innovation.

Abstract

Social class and income influence consumer purchase behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship and difference between social class and income by purchasing consumer goods and services in Malang. This research used quantitative survey ex-post facto method. Research respondents were classified based on level of income and social class using the Index of Social Position (ISP). The quetionaire contaied 18 items of purchase, grouped into 5 types namely: food and drink, clothing, durable goods, investment, services and other products. Data analysis technique used chi-square. The results of the analysis show that the social class associate with the purchase of 17 items, while income associate with all items of goods and services consumed. Social class is more associated with fast food, clothes, electronic equipment, price and amount of investment and finance; income is more associated with meat, milk, the type of vehicle used, ownership of electronic tools, type of investment and finance, and housing and other buildings.

Abstract

Islam in strengthening the social orientation among Muslims, then he introduced the concept of an obligation together, in which individual responsibility can be done by other individuals. This is called the fardhu kifayah. This concept emphasizes on meeting the needs of society and urge individuals to strive to fulfill it. With farming and organic farming catfish will create food and financial independence for Muslim families in order to achieve an economic independence Islam halalan thoyiban. By utilizing the land around our house for dimnfaatkan as land to grow crops or raise livestock organically catfish will be generated increase in financial income and food security are highly nutritious. It will be directly proportional to the increase in the welfare of Muslim families which have been considered weak, and be able to build an Islamic economic kemandiriian significantly in the society. Based on the survey we did in society in general, the needs of organic vegetables and organic catfish has been felt at the increasing demand of today's society. With the increasing prevalence of information is growing, people are now faced with the basic necessities of food is good and healthy for their families. People are starting to think and act real to abandon the use of chemicals that enter the intake of food that they consume every day.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on performance of employees. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. CIMB NIAGA Kuningan Plaza Branch Office with a population 75 people. The sampling using the method of population (census) is to examine the entire population. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS.The results showed situational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance.organizational culture gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and training on motivation and its implications on the performance of both partially and simultaneously. Data collected through survey method and instrument questioner analysis to be distributed to the units of Mercu Buana University academic staff of 126 educators. Research analysis method is descriptive method and quantitative verification tool path analysis (path analysis) was then forwarded to the analysis of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test). Prior to the analysis process has been tested intrument with validity and reliability. Results of this study were: 1) the transformational leadership style has no effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 2) Training effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 3) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel motivation to work directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 4) transformational leadership style of the performance of educators at Mercu Buana University; 5) Training of educational personnel in the performance of Mercu Buana University; 6) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel performance both directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 7) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of work at the University of Mercu Buana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of earnings, cash flow from operations, working capital from operations, and accrual components to future cash flow in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used were 165 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2012. Data analysis was performed with the aid of a software program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS)for Windows. The results showed that earnings, cash flow from operations, and working capital from operations have an influence on future cash flow, while accrual components does not have any influence on future cash flow.
