Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap munculnya skizofrenia paranoid pada subjek berinisial MS, seorang pria berusia 28 tahun yang didiagnosis dengan gangguan skizofrenia paranoid sejak tahun 2021. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik asesmen melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek mengalami gejala skizofrenia paranoid, termasuk halusinasi auditorik dan visual serta perilaku agresif, adaptasi dan penerapan strategi koping yang efektif oleh keluarga berkontribusi pada perbaikan hasil perawatan serta kesejahteraan subjek. Faktor predisposisi yang signifikan meliputi kurangnya kehadiran orang tua dan minimnya kasih sayang selama masa kanak-kanak, yang menciptakan kecemasan dasar dan ketidakamanan emosional. Pengalaman sosial negatif, seperti penolakan dalam hubungan romantis dan perlakuan buruk di tempat kerja, bertindak sebagai faktor presipitasi yang memicu dan memperburuk gejala gangguan psikotik pada subjek. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kombinasi dari faktor psikologis dan lingkungan berperan penting dalam perkembangan skizofrenia paranoid pada subjek, dengan ketegangan internal yang tidak terselesaikan sebagai elemen kunci dalam gangguan mental yang dialaminya.

Abstract

Parenting stress is an uncomfortable and unpleasant condition experienced by parents when raising children. This study aims to determine the mediating role of resilience in the relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress in working mothers. This study uses a quantitative correlational design method with a sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so that a sample of 86 working mothers with children aged 0-6 years was obtained. The data collection technique uses three scales, namely the self-compassion scale, the resilience scale, and the parenting stress scale. The analysis technique in this study uses effect mediation analysis, multiple regression, and correlation. The results showed that resilience acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between parenting stress and self-compassion with an estimate value of -0.046, p <0.01. The results also show a value of r = -0.640, p <0.01, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress. Then the results show a value of r = -0.630 p <0.01, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between resilience and parenting stress. The results of the study indicate that resilience partially mediates the relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress. This means that there are other variables that can mediate the relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress, and self-compassion and resilience are needed in working mothers who have children aged 0-6 years to cope with stress that arises in parenting.

Abstract

This study was conducted to present and determine whether Parent Training (PT) based intervention programs were effective to improve parent’s sense of competence efficacy in handling and managing their children’s disrupting ADHD symptoms. PT is an alternative that has been proven effective to improve children’s condition diagnosed with ADHD, although the effect on parents’ competence of parenting is worth discussing, notably parents as the children’s companion and their function as a family. This study of meta-analysis consisted of a total of 1434 participant from 11 studies as comparison with medium effect size as the result (Hedges g) 0.398 (95% Cl = 0.292 to 0.503) related to the PT effectiveness is not quite significant to improve parents’ sense of competence in managing their children’s disrupting ADHD symptoms.

Abstract

Sexual violence has become a global issue that is of serious concern in various countries. In the school context, harmful sexual behavior has become a global problem since the 1990s and a major challenge for society. High rates of child abuse and sexual violence have highlighted the need for focused interventions to educate young students about sexual risks and protection against harmful behavior and to raise awareness of their rights to be protected. This research aims to find out the results of the evaluation of preventive programs regarding sexual violence that are already running in Indonesia and provide recommendations regarding other preventive programs that can be implemented in Indonesia. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Article searches were carried out through the Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Garuda databases involving 15 relevant articles regarding preventive interventions for sexual violence. All articles reviewed were also assessed for suitability according to the Mixed Method Appraisal Tool (MMAT) guidelines. Education-based interventions, which include bystander training, psychoeducation, media literacy, and legal education, have been shown to increase awareness and prevention of behavior of sexual violence among students. School and community-based intervention programs are also helpful in preventing sexual violence and creating safer environments.

Abstract

Abstract PT TMI is a company providing professional training services that focuses on human resource development and occupational health and safety (K3). PT TMI’s coverage location covers all regions in Indonesia, especially in big cities. Therefore, PT TMI employees are required to always be ready for the dynamics of client companies, and have a spirit of innovation to be able to provide the best service. In order to ensure performance and support the creation of a climate of innovation within PT TMI, management implemented a new program called Inemuri, which was inspired by Japanese culture. They believe that through the implementation of it’s, employee work stress can be maintained, so that they are better able to produce the best performance. This research aims to explore the role of the Inemuri program on the stress levels of PT TMI employees using a qualitative phenomenological model method. Researchers tried to explore the role of the Inemuri Program on employee stress levels through interview methods with 3 (three) employees, each from a different division. The research results show that the Inemuri program has a role in reducing employee stress levels, which is characterized by feelings of happiness, a fresher body, refocused cognitive abilities and enthusiasm for work after carrying out the Inemuri program. However, several inhibiting factors still often arise that need attention from management so that the implementation of the Inemuri program is more optimal, including: 1) The inflexibility of the implementation time for the Inemuri program which is only limited to break time sessions; 2) The workload of employees, especially in the Sales Division, is often still high during break times, thus eliminating their 'right' to the Inemuri program, 3) The duration of implementing the Inemuri Program is too short, 4) Support from superiors is considered to be uneven, often making employees after The Inemuri program is still faced with a high workload, 5) Employees' stress management skills are not yet adequate, so they are quite susceptible to work stress, even though they have undergone the Inemuri program.   Keywords: Job Stress, Inemuri Program, Performance Management, Phenomenological Study.
