Abstract

The financial payment system and school committee at SMK Negeri 3 Sorong are currently still conventional by recording on several payment cards then the payment data is recapitulated manually in a financial record book manually. This system takes a long time to process and has a large error rate. Besides, the speed of data access (reports), if needed, becomes too late, so that the speed of access to decision making is also hampered. This system should be replaced by using an integrated financial information system. This system can be accessed publicly via the internet network, so it is hoped that this system can facilitate the work of financial accounting and reporting. This research has the main objective of building an integrated financial information system, so it is hoped that this system will maximize the work of financial officers. The result of this research is an integrated payment application system product that will benefit the SMK Negeri 3 school institution. This study uses the RnD research method, in developing software adopting the waterfall method with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance. Data collection methods in this research are observation and interview methods. This application was developed using PHP and Mysql. This payment information system provides facilities that can be used by users including data input, data search, and student payment reports, as well as real-time monitoring by homeroom teachers and school stakeholders.

Abstract

Naiknya level air sungai dari kondisi normalnya dapat menimbulkan kekhawatiran bagi masyarakat yang berada di sekitar sungai. Tak terkecuali warga yang bermukim di sekitar Sungai Remu Kota Sorong. Dari informasi beberapa warga yang tinggal di sekitar sungai Remu Kota Sorong, pada saat hujan lebat yang berlangsung lama, mereka harus bolak-balik ke belakang rumah mereka untuk mengecek tinggi air sungai karena khawatir air naik dengan cepat dan mereka tidak memiliki banyak waktu untuk menyelamatkan barang-barang maupun diri mereka. Oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk membuat sistem peringatan dini banjir bagi warga yang berada di sekitar Sungai Remu Kota Sorong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Berdasarkan metode yang digunakan telah berhasil dibuat sebuah alat yang dapat memberikan peringatan dini banjir dimana pada saat air berada pada jarak 5-15 cm dari bibir sungai warning light kuning akan menyala dan sms peringatan siaga akan dikirim ke nomor handphone tertentu. Selanjutnya jika jarak air ke bibir sungai 0-2 cm maka warning light merah dan sirene alarm akan menyala serta sms peringatan banjir akan terkirim.

Abstract

PLC control is basically a computer designed to replace a relay-based system. SMK Negeri 3 Sorong as one of the Vocational High Schools in Sorong-West Papua has an Electricity Engineering Expertise Program that studies PLC mastery competencies, but from observations made by researchers at SMK Negeri 3 Sorong it turns out that it does not have adequate practice modules in the subject of applying PLC to control of industrial electric motors and there are also difficulties for teachers in these schools in providing learning competency in electric motor control techniques, especially in terms of application or practice. The implementation of the module that will be designed and applied is a learning medium that will help the process of practicing skills in electric motor control engineering competencies automatically using the PLC Omron CP1E module. This module is designed to pay attention to several important things as follows: (1). Practice module in accordance with existing competency standards, (2). Easy to use, and (3). Helps the level of understanding of teachers and students in applying it. This practical module is also used to study the working principle parts of the up / down motor control system with the addition of a simulation module of the lift motor work system using a limit switch that detects the presence of the lift box. At the PLC output, a motor power window and lift indicator are used which indicate the lift box is automatically running.

Abstract

Mr. Ruddy is one of the small business actors, namely retail gasoline sales which is located at Moyo Kilometer 13, Sorong City, West Papua. Along with business development accompanied by intense competition, many problems arise and also affect the profits of this small business. Under these conditions, Mr. Ruddy must struggle to continue to carry out his business activities, especially production activities, so that business survival can continue. To maintain the continuity and development of the business, steps are needed to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore we need a method in determining the right combination, starting from the product made and the combination of the resulting product. The simplex method is part of a linear program and is very suitable for solving problems faced by Mr. Ruddy coupled with the use of information technology, namely the use of POM-QM tools to estimate the maximum profit obtained from each production made by gasoline sellers within one day quickly and precise, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate.

Abstract

The Cendrawasih Wiputra Mandiri company is a cable and channel TV company located in Sorong City, precisely on Danau Maninjau road, Number 19 Rufei. This company which is engaged in broadcasting and broadcasting services continues to develop its business while maintaining the quality of its broadcasts to customers so that customers can still get satisfaction. In these companies, requests for coverage are still manual, where customers come to the office or through marketing, causing ineffective and efficient services. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information request information system to make it easier for customers to request coverage. The system design method used is Method V with a design model using Data Flow Diagrams. The software used in this research is Adobe Photoshop as a system framework, Brackets for coding and display design, XAMPP as a database server, Composer as a place to download Laravel, and Mozilla Firefox as a browser to run the system. The results of system design in this study display the main page, login form, coverage request form, price information, coverage category information, contact information and information about us. Then the results of the system design were tested using the Blackbox and the results went well (valid).

Abstract

Parking lots are a public means of storing vehicles but the high crime rate of vehicle theft makes vehicle owners feel insecure when leaving their vehicles while doing activities outside the home. To solve this problem, a systematic parking security system using a biometric system was created. The biometric system is a security system that can identify a person's characteristics by using Wemos as a microcontroller to process the input from the sensor then produce output to the actuator and send data to the BYLNK application. This research was conducted to design an instrumentation system so that the system implemented can work properly. The final results obtained are the characteristics of each sensor and actuator used, including a fingerprint sensor with an error value of 0.8%, an ultrasonic sensor with a sensitivity value of 1.1156 cm with an accuracy value of 99.83%, an error value of 0, 16% and servo motors with an error value of 0.15%.

Abstract

Disease in chicken can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites from within or from outside. This condition will cause the level of chicken production to decrease if exposed to chicken disease. The purpose of this study was to design and implement an expert system for early diagnosis in web-based chicken using the certainty factor method. Certainty factor method in this study aims to provide certainty for the user to know where the chicken that detected a disease. Certainty provided by these experts describe the beliefs of an expert in the relationship between antecedent and consequent. The results of this study are to produce a web-based application system that can diagnose diseases in chicken so that users can find out what diseases are experienced by chicken by inputting the symptoms that appear. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah modul sensor multi-modal yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerak objek pada sistem keamanan rumah dengan memanfaatkan layanan sistem komunikasi antar node Robot Operating System (ROS). ROS merupakan framework atau middleware perangkat lunak robot yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan beberapa modul sensor sehingga menjadi sebuah perangkat sensor multi-modal. Pada penelitian ini kami mengintegrasikan tiga buah sensor deteksi gerak objek yaitu sensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR), sensor jarak ultrasonic (PING), dan sensor Infrared (IR). Metode yang digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan sensor-sensor tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan sistem komunikasi antar node ROS menggunakan Arduino Uno dan Raspberry Pi, dimana fungsi Arduino adalah sebagai perangkat keras level bawah yang digunakan untuk membaca data sensor sedangkan Raspberry Pi berfungsi sebagai pusat pengolahan data sensor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah integrasi sensor deteksi gerak objek menjadi sebuah perangkat sensor multi-modal yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerak objek secara kompleks, dimana kelebihan-kelebihan yang ada pada sensor PIR, sensor PING, dan sensor IR dipadukan menjadi satu kesatuan sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerak objek pada sistem keamanan rumah.

Abstract

Scheduling subjects is very important in the course of teaching and learning activities in schools, this schedule aims to support, expedite, and increase discipline in the process of teaching and learning activities. Several problems often occur related to the scheduling management of subjects at SMK Puja Bangsa, because it is still done manually. The curriculum section processes scheduling data using the ms.excel application then prints the schedule, so that the course schedule creation process is ineffective because the process tends to take a long time and the resulting schedule information is less accurate. This research is a software development research that aims to design a Web-Based Subject Scheduling Information System. This system is designed to make it easier to manage the schedule of subjects in school. This software development uses the waterfall development model. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter and MySQL framework for storing databases. The method used in this research includes data collection, literature study related to scheduling web-based subjects. Observations and interviews are used to determine user responses to the information system that has been designed. The results obtained from the design of this system is a subject scheduling information system that can facilitate the scheduling process so that the learning process can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research article describes the application of bluetooth technology and an android application that can control electricity from Direct Curent (DC) to Alternating Curent (AC) voltages using an inverter and Arduino Uno R3. This system is intended to design automatic control devices that are user-friendly and comfortable to use. The system consists of an inverter, an arduino ATMega328 microcontroller, a relay module, a Bluetooth HC-05 and the MIT App Inventor 2. Arduino controls all connected components using the Integrated Development Environment (IDE). Meanwhile, the relay module is used for the switching mechanism. Only when all the tools and applications become one device can the user control the electrical equipment connected to the inverter's automatic system. So that the system can activate and deactivate household appliances using the android application via the bluetooth module.
