Diabetes Mellitus (DM) can be characterized by increasing levels of glucose in the blood. There are two types of methods that are often used to measure blood glucose levels, namely the invasive method and the non-invasive method. The invasive method is a method that requires a blood sample by making a cut on the finger and then the blood will be dripped on the blood strip, this tool is called a glucometer. Whereas in the non-invasive method, measuring glucose levels in the blood does not require a blood sample. In this study, blood glucose levels will be measured using a non-invasive method, using a photodiode as a light receiver and a red LED as a light emitter, so that blood glucose levels can be read through the measurement with the fingertip. The sensor readings will be processed in the Arduino Uno and then displayed on the LCD.

Meat is the soft part of the animal that is covered by skin and is attached to the bones which become food ingredients. This research was conducted to classify the types of fresh, inn and rotten beef using 120 samples of beef taken directly by the researcher. Before classifying the type of beef, the texture of the beef image was extracted using the GLCM method to produce texture parameters in the form of contrast, correlation, homogeneity and energy. Texture parameters are classified using the KNN method. The results in this study indicate that the extraction of beef image texture using the GLCM method can produce various values on the 4 parameters of the GLCM texture. In addition, the results of the classification of beef freshness using the KNN method to determine 3 types of meat quality, namely fresh, cooked and rotten beef, obtained an evaluation of the classification performance using the Confusion Matrix table with an Accuracy value of 0.82, Precision of 0.83, Recall of 0.82 and F-Measure of 0.82. So that the parameters of the beef image texture using the GLCM method can be classified properly using the KNN method.

Covid-19 disease is a deadly disease caused by the severe acute respiratory virus. This disease attacks all ages, namely the elderly, adolescents, and even early childhood. Efforts to avoid this disease by following health protocols. The purpose of this study is to provide education to early childhood for the prevention of covid-19 disease. The problem faced is the number of protocol rules for handling this disease so that children can apply it in everyday life. The method used in this research is the multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) method. The solution of this research is to design multimedia applications to make it easier to provide education to children by means of images, videos, texts and sounds that can be applied through Android-based applications.

This research focuses on updating the air monitoring and sterilization system that uses Internet of Things technology like a remote control. This remote control is not limited to smartphones and all devices that can be connected to the internet. This is an advantage of web-based control so that the tools used are much more varied with just one design. This remote control has 2 main functions, namely a monitoring function and a sterilization function. The monitoring function will display the output of sensor reading data from Arduino, namely data on carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and dust intensity. Meanwhile, the sterilization function is in the form of a push button that is used to turn on and off fans and UVC lamps to sterilize the air in the room. Based on the tests and observations carried out, the monitoring and sterilization tools are running well. The output data on the LCD and the Thinger IO platform have the same value. In addition, the connection time needed to be able to connect to WiFi or Thinger is quite good, which is still under 10 seconds. This study has a discussion of remote control with the Thinger IO platform with NodeMCU devices

Hydroponics is a technique of growing crops on a large scale without using a large area of land and is suitable for application in areas with limited land. The limitation of the hydroponic system is that it requires a controlled environment, especially for monitoring the degree of acidity of the water, the concentration of water nutrients to avoid plant quality and the need to control the light received by plants to carry out photosynthesis. This research is in the form of experimental research to control the supply of nutrients and lighting of mustard greens in hydroponics with the NFT system (nutrient film technique), whose working concept is to drain water to the mustard roots of pakcoy with a small flow. The results showed that the pH value is stable in the range 5.5-7 and when the light intensity is less than 3000 Lux, the LED light will light up. During planting to harvest the average pH sensor error is 4.88%, the TDS sensor is 3.99% and the BH1750 sensor is 6.78%. Yields with automation have a significant effect on the height, number and width of pakcoy mustard leaves with an average number of leaves 2.5 more and 0.86 wider than the nutrient supply system and manual lighting.

The current pandemic has had a huge impact in many things in the world of education. Before the pandemic, Saint Paul Polytechnic, Sorong had a website-based e-learning application that was used for helping all students in studying. During the pandemic, lecturers and students further have been maximizing the use of e-learning as the lecturing is held via online. Since the e-learning application was implemented at the Saint Paul Sorong Polytechnic, an analysis of the level of user acceptance of e-learning applications has never been carried out. In this study, an analysis of the level of student acceptance of the e-learning application will be carried out. The number of respondents involved is 50 students that are from the Computer and Network Engineering Department. The analysis will be carried out using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The application acceptance test will be carried out by looking at the relationship between each variable in the TAM model which consists of Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Behavioral Intention (BI), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Actual Usage (AU). ). The statistical tests performed were the validity test, reliability test and F test on the linear regression statistical formula. After the research process was carried out, it is found that several variables had a significant effect on other variables. PEU variable has a positive effect on PU with a value of 187.095. PU variable has a positive effect on ATU with a value of 92.895. PEU has a positive effect on ATU with a value of 103.443. ATU has a positive effect on BI with a value of 17.522. PU has a positive effect on BI with a value of 40.340. BI has a positive effect on AU with a value of 53.319.

One of the equipment contained in the Substation is a Disconnecting Switch or Separator (PMS), the equipment functions as an electrical circuit separator switch without a load current. The contact resistance test needs to be carried out to determine the value of the contact resistance and the resistance in the contact because it affects the power loss in the conductor. This research was conducted on Busbars 1 and 2 at the 150 KV Substation Telukjambe. After calculation and analysis, it can be said that the contact resistance value is included in the normal category because the permissible standard value is 100, so repairs do not need to be made. By assuming one month to calculate and analyze power loss, electrical energy loss, the largest power loss occurs in busbar 1 phase R, which is 0.0003 kW and the lowest power loss is on busbar 2 phase S and T, which is 0.00009 kW, loss The largest Electrical Energy occurs in Busbar 1 phase R, which is 0.216 kWh and the lowest Electrical Energy Loss is in Busbar 2 phase S and T, which is 0.0648kWh. The greater the value of Power Loss, the greater the Value of Electrical Energy Loss.

Abstract Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis aligned with Quality of Service is a parameter to evaluate cellular network performance. Telkomsel as one of the cellular operators applies quite strict parameters to always improve its network performance. The parameters discussed in this study are used to support network performance including accessibility, retention, and integrity. These parameters were analyzed to compare Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex (TDD) technologies on Telkomsel's LTE network. As a result, Quality of Service (QoS) which has been aligned with the Key Performance Indicator parameters compares the performance between LTE TDD and FDD networks. LTE TDD has an average failure percentage of 0.073%, smaller than LTE FDD which has a higher failure percentage of up to 0.159%. Keywords: Key Performance Indicator (KPI), BTS, QoS, LTE

Information systems have become one of the fundamental requirements for organizations or companies. With an information system, business processes can run more effectively. Next Generation Operation Support System Assurance (NOSS-A) is an information system used by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, to monitor and record internet disruption complaints of Indihome service. The NOSS-A Information System manages a lot of data related to customer and staff data. For this reason, in this study, the research was carried out to audit the NOSS-A information system to see whether there is a need for an improvement in the information system, based on audit results that can show the impact of the effectiveness and capability level achieved. The audit standard used in this study is COBIT 5.0 with the domain Deliver, Service and Support. The results obtained from this study are the NOSS-A Information System is at level 4 which means the activities on the DSS domain has been done and monitored regularly. The NOSS-A Information System needs to have a regular evaluation with target improvement to increase its level in the future.

SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus is one of the Vocational High Schools in Kudus Regency has several expertise programs, one of which is the Merchant Ship Sailing Expertise Program. Merchant Ship Nautical Competencies and Merchant Ship Engineering Competencies, which is under the Merchant Ship Sailing Expertise Program, using the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Culture[1], the Ministry of Transportation[2] and International Maritime Organization[3], there is a ship training for a minimum of 12 months on a merchant ship which is carried out in semester VII. The process of registering and reporting on board training is currently still done manually which causes problems in the recording, reporting, monitoring and administration of documents. To overcome these problems in this study a web-based On Board Training Monitoring System was designed using Framework Bootstrap with the advantages of responsive display system both uses in browsers on computer and smartphone devices.
