Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent and purpose to help provide information about courses in the Sorong City area, especially at the University of Victory Sorong, namely Dalyes Couse. This course previously used introductory media or physical promotional materials such as brochure printing. The researcher intends to create a web-based course application as a modern way to introduce and promote the Dalyes Course. The data collection method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of this study are the Design of a Web-Based Course Information System for the Dalyes Course which includes the structure of the Dalyes Course and the teacher data in it. Researchers believe that this application can help managers in the promotion process and the learning process. The system is made with the programming language used is PHP and software for designing interfaces using Sublime Text Editor/AdobeDreamweaver CS6. Database creation using MySQL with XAMPP application. The result of this research is a Dalyes Course website with admin functions to add teacher data, manage data edits, schedule inputs and confirm payments. The teacher's function is to upload material, enter value data and absent data. Student functions to download certificates, view grades and course schedules.

Abstract

Fires that occur at this time when the house is left empty by the owner Fires cannot be estimated at the place and time, and will occur at any time so that tools are needed to detect fire events. Currently, most of the fire detection tools are still not integrated by the internet and the fire department, which results in delays in the arrival of the fire department to the location.For this reason, a home fire detector was made using the Thinger.Io platform as a server to display the occurrence of fires in a house. This tool uses NodeMCU ESP8266 as a connection to the internet. There are two sensors used, namely a flame sensor and a DHT11 sensor and several electronic components used including relays, water pumps, and buzzers. The test is carried out by sending data using the NodeMCU ESP8266 in real-time to the Thinger.Io platform.Based on tool testing, the tool can work well. The results of the comparison of the DHT11 sensor value with the thermometer produce an error percentage value of 1.4%. The results of testing the delay in the process of sending data from the device to the Thinger.Io platform require an average of 03.04 seconds later for testing the accuracy of GPS showing accurate coordinates on operator 3, Telkomsel, Indosat and XL. This tool can send email notifications via the platform thinger.Io to the fire department then Firefighters who receive the email will immediately get ready and rush to the fire location to extinguish the fire and save fire victims.

Abstract

Electroplating is the process of coating metal surfaces by electrochemical methods. The electroplating research process uses aluminum material, where aluminum is a material that is easy to obtain, lighter and cheaper than other metals. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the electric current to power aluminum (Al) coated with silver (Ag) by the electroplating method, to determine the effect of the magnitude of the electric current and the length of time the coating process took on the weight of aluminum coated with silver (Ag) and to determine the strength of the metal. aluminum after being tested using the Brinnell test. The method used is to compare pure aluminum (Al) and aluminum coated with silver (Ag) by electroplating at different currents so that it can determine the effect of the electroplating process. After that, the Brinnell test was carried out to determine the hardness of the aluminum (Al) material after electroplating was carried out. The results of the study are the amount of current that flows during the electroplating process is directly proportional to the thickness of the electroplating layer attached to the aluminum (Al) surface. If the electroplating process uses a large current, the results of the attached layer will look rough and not smooth, the electroplating layer also affects the material testing using the Brinnell method. The results of the Brinnell test prove that the hardness value of the aluminum (Al) material is directly proportional to the thickness of the layer.

Abstract

Remu Public Health Center is one of the oldest public health center in Sorong City and the only public health center with a major accreditation ranking for Papua and West Papua regions. The data processing at Remu Health Center Office in Sorong City has not been fully computerized, as for the procedure carried out is that the personnel section receives employee data files in form and is copied back into the personnel archive or blank form from Sorong City Health Office which will be sent back to Sorong City Health Office and continued keeping in a cupboard. This way can make searching for employee data more difficult if at any time the data is needed. The method used in the development and design of this system is the waterfall method with a descriptive approach. The waterfall method process, namely the work of a system is carried out sequentially. The conclusion of this research is that with the employee data information system, users are able to search data, add data and store data permanently as well as reporting for all stored data.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent and purpose to help make it easier for Small Medium Enterprise (SME) of Karmina taro chips to promote and sell during the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, to promote and sell SME Karmina taro chips, they only used social media, and also made face-to-face transactions. The researcher intends to create a promotion and sales website as a modern way to promote and also sell while utilizing existing technology. The data collection method used in this research are observation and interview. Website Design Promotion and Sales of Karmina Keladi Chips contains information about the products being sold as well as media for conducting transactions. The system is made using the PHP programming language. Database creation using MySQL on XAMPP applications. The result of this research is a Promotion and Sales Website in which there is an admin function as a website manager and also a visitor function to place an order or even just to visit.

Abstract

Email is one of the advanced features related to electronic correspondence by utilizing internet technology. One of the reasons why many people use email, because it provides an easy and fast way to send information. But email is also inseparable from security problems such as being intercepted, forged, infiltrated by viruses, spamming, mailbombing, mail relay. But email confidentiality is threatened not only by hackers, but by system administrators themselves. One way to overcome this is to encrypt the email using Gnu PG. So, the focus of this research is on email security issues as well as to create a trusted certification path. In this study, an authentication protocol is proposed that makes the certificate repository size as log2 N using the concept of Hamming Distance, convincingly to create a secure certification path from one node to another. It also provides a public key management mechanism for issuing, updating and revoking certificates between nodes based on Hamming Distance.

Abstract

Cans are steel sheets coated with tin (Sn) and used to package food and beverage products. The use of cans as packaging for food products because cans are difficult for microorganisms to pass and cannot be penetrated by ultraviolet light so that the quality of packaged food or beverage products is maintained. The cans selected as packaging must be in a non-defective condition so that an inspection process is needed on the cans. This research implements the Lacunarity and Naïve Bayes Classification methods to classify the types of cans which are grouped into 2 classes, namely Good and Reject. From the implementation of the Lacunarity method, it is able to produce 28 values of texture feature extraction that vary in each image. The results of the evaluation of the classification of the Naïve Bayes Classification method to classify the condition of packaged cans obtained an accuracy value of 0.87, a precision of 0.88, a recall of 0.86 and an f-measure of 0.87, so that the Naïve Bayes Classification method can classify the types of cans packaging in Good and Reject condition based on the value of texture extraction using the Lacunarity method.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak is an unresolved problem because it is a new disease, so that a definite control formula is still being pursued, including by providing vaccines. There are no specific medical prescriptions for Covid-19 patients, and many experiments are carried out to achieve healing. This study offers observations of temperature and humidity in the treatment room for Covid-19 patients because temperature and humidity greatly affect the patient's recovery. The application of the Internet of Things with the nodeMCU ESP8266 module can make observations with location distances for security. These results will empirically obtain an average value for temperature and humidity in the treatment room for Covid-19 patients which can be used as a reference in other treatment rooms, especially for those who are self-isolating. From the test results of the instrument system, good results were obtained, and the percentage change in sensor readings in the temperature test sample was 3.8% and air humidity was 3.2% to the average value, and the instrument system was tested for 15 consecutive days. and the sample was taken 3 days to obtain a stable value.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct clustering of isolation houses for residents of the city of Surakarta who carry out self-isolation due to Covid-19 infection. The isolation house was processed with the k-means algorithm for subsequent analysis. The data collection time span is 1 day for the emergency PPKM period. The data is clustered with the R programming language which is open source. The k-means algorithm evaluates the distance between data based on the degree of similarity to the centroid. This independently working algorithm produces data visualization of clustering isolation houses for residents of the city of Surakarta who are self-isolating because they are infected with Covid-19, namely the optimal value of clusters in 54 villages, namely c1 as many as 2 villages, c2 = 3 villages, c3 = 8 villages and c4 = 41. Ward. The results of clustering based on these data show that the city of Surakarta has 2 (3%) red zones, 3 (5%) orange zones and 8 (14%) yellow zones and 41 (75%) green zones. This shows that the use of residents' houses which have been converted as self-isolation facilities and efforts to limit community activities can control the spread of Covid-19 in the city of Surakarta.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam menurut UU No 25 tahun 1992 adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menghimpun dana dan menyalurkannya melalui kegiatan usaha simpan pinjam dari dan untuk anggota koperasi yang bersangkutan, calon anggota koperasi yang bersangkutan, koperasi lain dan atau anggotanya [1]. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Beta Karina Jaya memberikan pelayanan penyimpanan dan peminjaman uang kepada masyarakat di daerah Cilacap Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan dalam Koperasi Beta Karina Jaya adalah nasabahnya hampir secara keseluruhan berasal dari beberapa pasar di wilayah Cilacap, dan Koperasi ini melakukan sistem jemput bola, sedangkan proses simpan pinjam masih dilaksanakan secara manual dan tidak tersistem sehingga menimbulkan resiko kesalahan informasi sempan pinjam per nasabah dan proses yang lama dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka akan dibuat Sistem Informasi Simpan Pinjam Berbasis Website dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySql. Sistem ini dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses simpan pinjam dalam menghasilkan informasi kepada nasabah pada koperasi Beta Karina Jaya Cilacap.
