Abstract

In the literature of Management Sciences found a varietyof definitions of the meaning of management. However, the definitionindicates a process that occurs in a management is the definition madeby Ricky W. Griffin which defines management as a process of planning,organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources to achieve thegoals and objectives effectively and efficiently. Referring to the ordermanagement process, then planning is the most early and decisive steptowards the goal of management itself. In our opinion, that the peoplewho are lucky are those who have a good plan in living her life. Thisis the nature of the planning process in which ideals are translated intoaction. Abstract

Claims of absoluteness for each religion being enlarged by thedifferences between religions. Inclusive problem in Islam is a continuationof the thought or the idea of neo-modernism to a more specific area afterpluralism, precisely in the field of theologywithout leaving a space oftolerance in this field. For empathy or sympathy, how others perceive theirown religion and we often judge the faith of others by seeing our owntheology. To solve that we can use an external relations for the creation ofreligions, interreligious dialogue needs to be done. Then, in the internalreligion,it is required a reinterpretation of religious messages moreuniversal human touch. Problem formulation problems associated withit can be taken the following issue of religious inclusiveness relationshipwith the efforts of inter-religious harmony.

Abstract

Lately visible symptoms in the West kematerian bored with life and seek to live spirituality in the East; No one goes to spirituality in Buddhism, there is a spirituality to the Hindu religion and spirituality tak sedikit have also adopted the Islamic religion. In the face of materialism that is sweeping the world today, it needs to be revived spiritualism. Here Sufism with noble teachings of spirituality and morality can play an important role. In the world of Sufism, known by the term makrifah. Epistemologically, makrifah is a science in which there is no doubt whatsoever, he not only protected from all doubt, but also free from any errors and mistakes. This is the “knowledge” that is true, the true reality, atau kebenaran intrinsic built based on perfect belief (Haqq al-Yaqin). Makrifah menurut al-Ghazali ialah “ knowing the secret and rules that consist of the entities”. Makrifah places in the idea of Sufism al-Ghazali not just limited to the recognition of God, but also include the introduction of all His statutes for all creatures. Makrifah, as knowledge essential and reassuring, did not come easily but through struggle (alMujahadah) and exercise (al-Riyadah) heavy, demanding patience and it took a long time to pass through several stations (al-maqamat) and grace God is the impact of the station (al-Maqam) that has beenachieved. This is the path that must be taken by every person who wants to achieve makrifah. According Al-Ghazali, makrifah can not pass the sensory experience and can not be achieved through understanding but through nur of God as Sufi experience. From here revealed all reality that can not be captured by the senses and can not be reached by reason (ratio). To obtain ma’rifah it is a process that is continuous. The more a Sufi obtain ma’rifah of God, the more he knows about the secret of God and he was getting close to God. However, obtaining a perfect ma’rifah of God is not possible for humans is limited (finite), while Godis (infinitife). As for the goal of a Sufi is to meet with God. This is the pleasure that may never be known by anyone other than Allah SWT. If it has been reached, delete all the hardship and the whole desire for heart drowning in pleasure to meet with him. Had thrown into hell, he would not feel the pain of the punishment of hell because she had drowned in that enjoyment. And if offered to him the pleasures of heaven, he will notcare about him because he has reached the highest pleasure and perfect, which no longer higher enjoyment thereof. Al-Ghazali said that it isso difficult to reveal the nature of reality makrifah; ordinary language is not enough to be able to express it appropriately and it is difficult towrite. Even if a Sufi forced to reveal it, she just express it symbolically.

Abstract

Indonesia is a fertile place for shamanism. This country seems shackled by shamanism. Just sell the land must go to the shaman, want his business to run smoothly, want his position to survive, want to have the authority and feared subordinates must go to the shaman. In this discussion will be focused on the Islamic view in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW about the beliefs of people who come to paranormal, because if they are wrong perceptions then this will ration their faith in Allah and His messengers. This research is a library research.

Abstract

The presence of the interpretation of the Qur'an in the midst of Muslims is an intermediary instrument to bring together human inequalitiesin translating Divine messages stored in it. And the existence of al-Kashshaf's interpretation by al-Zamakhshari is one of the tools used to translate the language of the Qur'an to humanity. Tafsir al-Kashshaf is one of the famous tafsir bi al-ra'yi books of mu'tazili, which in its discussion uses language and literary approaches. The method of interpretation is viewed from several aspects; 1) The source of interpretation is the interpretation of bi al-ra'yi. 2) In terms of explanation is an interpretation of muqarin. 3) The broad aspect of interpretation is bi al-itnabi / tafsili. 4) The terms of the target & orderly verse is tahlili.

Abstract

Politics is the biggest source of Muslim division. Starting from a dispute that occurred between Ali bin Abi Talib and Muawiyah who wanted revenge for Uthman’s death, a Siffin war broke out which was a new chapter in the history of the birth of sects which had their own political vision. There are two schools - even two tendencies which gave birth to many schools - which were born as an implication of the war, namely Shi’ah and Khawarij. Both of these streams emerge because of the same factor, namely extremity and contradiction. The appearance of the Khawarij gave a large share of the emergence and spread of Shi’ah. Extremity claims propagated by one of the streams above encourage the emergence of rival extremities from other schools. The struggle between the two schools gave rise to another stream which aimed to mediate between the two contradictory sides, namely Murji’ah, a school that dared to bring up its own vision, even though in the end one of the two firqahs was followed. In subsequent developments emerged the flow ofMu’tazilah, Qadariyyah and Jabbariyyah.

Abstract

Kebenaran suatu ilmu pengetahuan benar-benar dapatdiketahui kebenarannya. Kebenaran merupakan puncak kajianepistemology yang bermuara pada metafisika. Esensi suatu kebenaranilmu adalah cocoknya informasi, atau teori dengan kenyataan objeksndiri. Dalam aspek-aspek dunia metafisis dan realitas mutlaktranscendental, parameter kebenaran itu adalah teks wahyu (al-Qur’andan Hadith) yang maknanya diketahui secara pasti menurut standarIjma’ dan logika untuk derajat “normal”. Parameter kebenaran suatuilmu pengetahuan dapat dibuktikan dalam al-Qur’an, didalamnyamemuat berbagai ilmu pengetahuan yang kebenarannya mutlakserta keasliannya yang tak dapat disangsikan lagi dan juga telahmemberikan kedudukan istimewa kepada al-Qur’an diantara kitabkitabsuci yang lain.

Abstract

This article explores the use of several Islamic terms, and provides guidance to clarify their use in internal and external discourse. This article describes the typology of Islamic education and the institutions associated with it. It aims to increase understanding of important conceptual differences that depend on subtle language variations such as the differences between Muslim and Muslim education, and between teaching Islam and teaching about Islam. This article then attempts to explain the theoretical conception of “Islamic education,” which considers scripture and the prophetic statement of Islam, along with the commonly held approach to education in Muslim history. This article concludes that the main motivations and characteristics of a holistic and directed education program are divided between Islamic and Western traditions, a phenomenon partly explained by transmission and cumulative divided educational values from classical times to the present.

Abstract

Educational institution is an institution that has a big responsibility because it is a non-profit agency. Though education is a primary need of every human being, with education, people will have the opportunity to live a better life, in addition to the education as well as the vanguard (Avand - garde) a nation, therefore, educational institutions should be designed in accordance with the conditions of the community. But until now the institution is often used as a tool to perpetuate the domination and hegemony of one group against another group. Royal tradition that tends dictator inherited presumably still is no exception in the world of education. Massive power holders often selfish personal interests of the public interest. Though progress and development of an institution is strongly influenced by its leaders. For the presence of leaders who can turn potential into energy is a necessity that must be owned by an agency to be able to abolish the status quo. The leader of the transformative spirit does not come from those who bernasab great leaders or given, but this leader is someone who is always learning, striving, and have lofty ideals for the sake of fighting for humanity.
