Abstract

This paper aims to build the concept of business risk in an Islamic perspective by making the mudarabah financing product as a starting point for the development of the theory. This research includes library research. The method of collecting data is documentation, collecting relevant library sources both in print and electronic form. The library sources were analyzed through Content Analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusions or verification. The results of the research indicate that the concept of risk that has been understood and practiced in Islamic business and financial institutions is oriented only to the materialism value. It is not in accordance with the spirit of Islamic economics. Islam views risk not only on the aspect of material gain and loss, but more importantly, Islam prioritizes the value of maslahah. Therefore, mudarabah which is considered a product that contains a high risk, for the Islamic economy, the risk inherent in mudarabah is an opportunity to achieve the ideal goal, namely the creation of benefit in the form of increasing the welfare of the poor, in accordance with the noble values ​​contained in the mudarabah itself. The results provide an initial framework for the development of Islamic risk management discipline.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum pesantren di sekolah formal, (2) proses pengembangan kurikulum pesantren di sekolah formal, (3) hambatan dan dukungan pengembangan kurikulum pesantren di sekolah formal dan implikasi pengembangan kurikulum pesantren di sekolah formal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan; Pertama, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum pesantren didukung penuh oleh pesantren namun dalam pelaksanaannya secara penuh dengan mengelola dua jenis kurikulum pendidikan, yaitu kurikulum pendidikan pesantren dan kurikulum pendidikan formal. Kurikulum bersifat integral, artinya kegiatan yang dilakukan saling mendukung dan masih dalam suatu rangkaian. Kedua, proses pengembangan kurikulum pesantren di sekolah formal adalah sebagai berikut: 1) perencanaan yang meliputi visi, misi, tujuan, fungsi dan nilai yang harus dijalankan oleh santri 2) pengorganisasian yang meliputi kurikulum pendidikan pesantren, dan pendidikan formal. kurikulum pendidikan; 3) penerapannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran pondok pesantren dan metode pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, mengetahui bagaimana prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan Strategi pembelajaran Inside-Outside Circle (IOC), apakah dengan strategi pembelajaran Inside-Outside Circle (IOC) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan kompetensi dasar. Hasil penelitian siklus I hasil Hasil Belajar Siklus I pada aspek pengetahuan baru mencapai 28 peserta didik (77,78%), siklus II meningkat mencapai 32 peserta didik (88,89%), aspek ketrampilan pada Siklus I 24 peserta didik (66,67%) pada Siklus II mencapai 32 peserta didik (88,89%), pada aspek sikap tuntas lima karakter bangsa 30 peserta didik (83,33%), pada siklus II aspek sikap tuntas lima karakter bangsa 33 peserta didik (91,67%). Simpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1)proses pembelajaran menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Inside – Outside Circle (IOC) dapat dapat diketahui prestasi belajarnya 2) terjadi peningkatan kompetensi dasar; dan 3) terbukti ada kebenaran antara teori yang disampaikan oleh Ahli Ilmu pendidikan dan Permendikbud dengan proses pembelajaran dalam upaya peningkatan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

This article examines the contextualization of Islamic education perspective ulul albab in the era of digital literacy. Ulul Albab education that transforms Islamic values. So that these values can have a function and can develop in society. This research is carried out by looking for research information and data in books, scientific journals, and publication references in the library. The library material in question is works related to Islamic education and ulul albab. The figure of the next generation of the nation is a person who is intellectual and has an understanding of the verses of God, and makes this nature used as a field of science for the humane kususnya believers who always remember God in In any situation, digital literacy in the concept of ulul albab education is an effort to improve digital literacy for the provision of life in the world. Ulul Albab education is a mainstream that can lead to changes in education so that it can develop ideas and solve problems that occur about religion, social and politics. Ulul Albab education is aimed at how to guide and direct children potentially and have competence so that they can be actualized, and emphasize the intellectual and moral aspects of good morals and child development such as spiritual, scientific, intellectual, physical, language. The ultimate goal of this education lies in the realization of devotion to God.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sebuah pemberdayaan potensi manusia, melalui gerakan trasformasi nilai-nilai, sehingga muncul sikap kritis terhadap seluruh fenomena yang terjadi. Pendidikan juga merupakan kebutuhan mutlak yang harus dipenuhi oleh umat manusia dalam mengarungi bahtera kehidupan untuk menggapai cita-cita yang diidamkan, memperoleh kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan, dan mencapai kehidupan aman dan damai, baik secara personal maupun social. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya pendidikan sebagai salah satu sarana untuk mempersiapkan generasi yang akan datang, juga untuk kehidupan anak sekarang yang sedang mengalami perkembangan menuju ke tingkat kedewasaan. Dengan demikian, pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat urgen dan perlu diperhatikan serta dikembangkan sebaik mungkin.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the relationship between teacher work motivation and principal's leadership. The research method uses a survey with correlational analysis techniques. A total of 95 private junior high school teachers were used as research samples. Determination of the sample was carried out randomly on teachers at 9 private junior high schools in Cilandak District, South Jakarta. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire with five validated options. Data analysis used simple linear regression to analyze the relationship between the two variables. The results of the research show that there is a strong relationship between the two variables. This finding concludes that there is a strong relationship between teacher work motivation and principal's leadership. Based on these findings, it is suggested that in determining school principals, they should pay attention to the suggestions and inputs of teachers in schools.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe The issue of divorce between Islamic law and constitutional law which is very distinction, one of argumentation in Islamic law; according to one opinion, divorce only needs to be witnessed, while in constitutional law, divorce must be tried in the Religion Courts. This provision is contained in Article 39 paragraph (1) of Law No.1 of 1974, Article 65 of Law No.3 of 2006, and Article 115 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, which stipulates that divorce can only be carried out in front of a Court session after the court concerned tried and failed to reconcile the two parties.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the judge consideration to accept underage marriage aplication in Luwuk Religious Court. This reseach was qualitative approach. The result showed that Judges' considerations in giving marriage dispensation decisions to minors have several impacts, namely positive impacts which can avoid promiscuity, prevent a relationship, and learn to be responsible. The negative impact of dropping out of school, psychological and health impacts. In the Maslahah Perspective on Judges' Considerations in Giving Underage Marriage Dispensaation Decisions regarding the determination by judges in cases, it is in accordance with maslahah, especially in the context of maintaining, because it can avoid promiscuity and can realize legal goals, especially in the context of maintaining offspring.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the analysis socio-juridic of under-age marriage caused to pregnancy outside of marriage (study in Bulagi district, banggai islands). This study was qualitatif approach with case study. The results showed that underage marriages have legal consequences for husband and wife relations, children's position, and assets. However, on the other hand, it is necessary to solve the problem and prevent child marriage, among others, by making strategic policies in various fields. Prevention of underage marriage can be achieved through changing the way people are aware of their legal behavior, socializing sex education and reproductive health, and providing access to affordable education.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe children’s social relationship out of marriage based on Islamic law perspective in poso district. The reseach was qualitative approach with the case study. Equality and the difference about the children right protection out of wedlock is the similarity in Islamic law and constitutional law that children out of wedlock have rights from their parents, namely the rights of parental authority, the right to care for and education of children, the right to inherit, and the right to a family name, while the difference lies in the relationship Islamic law argues that children out of wedlock have a civil relationship with their mother and their mother's family, and Constitutional Law argues that children out of wedlock have a civil relationship with their mother and mother's family, and their biological father which can be proven by evidence according to applicable law.
