Abstract

The results of a product review will provide considerable benefits for producers or consumers. Female daily is a forum that discusses beauty products. There are many reviews that are obtained every day. Therefore a technique is needed to analyze the results of the review into valuable information. One of the techniques is aspect-based sentiment analysis. Aspect-based sentiment analysis will analyze each text to identify various aspects (attributes or components) then determine the level of sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) that is appropriate for each aspect. From the results obtained, there are reviews that use multilingual languages. Then the steps taken are to translate the multilingual language into one language only, namely Indonesian. Before the review is processed, preprocessing will be carried out to make it easier to process. Then the word weighting is done using TF-IDF, and the method for classifying sentiments that will be used is Complement Naïve Bayes to overcome unbalanced data. From the test results obtained the best F1-Score of 62,81% for data translated into English and then into Indonesian and not using stopword removal

Abstract

This Research aims to develop a decision support system that can facilitate the proposal selection process and provide an alternative ranking for the selection results of student creativity program proposal selection. This decision support system uses a combination calculation of the Simple Additive Weighting and Weigthted Product methods, hereinafter referred to as Modified SAW. The criteria used in this assessment refer to the 2020 Student Creativity Program Guidebook. The data used in this decision support system uses proposal selection data in the Student Creativity Development Unit of Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in 2019 for 2020. This system was developed by determining criteria and weight determination using the Simple Additive Weighting method and then make improvements to the weight and determine the preference value using the Weighted Product method. Each of the SAW and WP methods certainly has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of SAW with a simple and simple ranking process, can be applied to decision-making cases such as in the recommendation of selecting proposals with various attributes. While the use of Weighted Product (WP) is often used because the weight is calculated based on the level of importance and can evaluate the set of attributes by multiplying all criteria with alternative results as well as the power between weights and alternative multiplication results. This WP method can also be used in assisting in recommendation of proposal selection based on what is needed by the University. By utilizing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, this combination is able to produce an accuracy of 91% for the SAW method, 97% for the accuracy using the WP and 99% for the accuracy value for the combination of the SAW and WP methods. This decision support system using MOD SAW can help facilitate the proposal selection process and provide alternative ranking results. Further research is suggested for the development of a decision support system for proposal selection using a combination of different methods between SAW and other methods.

Abstract

Cooperative for Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing BMT Insan Mandiri is a sharia financial institution that is a cooperative in Central Java Province. Insan Mandiri has several branches in Central Java with more than 50 employee. Insan Mandiri uses manual attendance to record attendance and return of employees. The use of manual attendance currently being implemented feels ineffective because it is easy to fake and makes it difficult to calculate attendance and prepare attendance reports.This research aim to designing and creating an Android-based presence application to simplify the attendance process and making attendance reports through the website application. The attendance application is made with two applications. The first application is made with a website with the PHP programming language which are used to input employee data, applicable working hours, and create attendance reports along with the results of the analysis of employee performance levels. The second application is an Android-based built using the Java programming language with the functions as a tool for presence. This application will send attendance data to the server in the form of attendance hours or returns and the location of the employee makes a presence in the form of location coordinate data taken from the smartphone Global Positioning System (GPS) used by employees. This research was conducted by applying the Simple Additive Weighting algorithm which is run on a website application. This algorithm will calculate the sum with the weighted addition method by normalizing the matrix of all alternative ratings sent by the Android application. From the research conducted, it can assist the company in determining the level of employee performance. Furthermore, the system developed is called the presence and performance appraisal system. Testing the attendance application and performance assessment using the SAW method which was completed, obtained accuracy of 60.1% valid data and 39.9% non valid. The accuracy value obtained is low because there are several alternatives that have the same value, causing the alternative order to be different. The system application can run online, Android mobile and the website can be integrated to evaluate employee performance, and can simplify the process of recording employee attendance and return. Based on the black box test, the website and Android applications were 100% running as expected and no errors were found in the software development process. Based on the results of the beta test, 80.3% of respondents agree with the functionality of the application system and the rest are still unsure.

Abstract

Lack of water can cause serious health problems.  In reality, some people do not know the amount of water they must drink daily.  It's hard to find out the daily water intake needs because it is affected by a lot of things and it will be better to involve a nutritionist or health expert to get the best amount, which may require extra cost. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a system that is incorporated in an integrated system with the ability to calculate the ideal level of water needs for the body according to factors that affect the level of water needs and able to remind users to keep their daily needs. IoT-based smart water dispensers that can be integrated with android applications and cloud servers into a single system can be used to help solve these problems. The system has a knowledge base obtained from professionals to determine user water consumption. The system calculates the water consumption using the GPPAQ questioner and Estimated Energy Requirement (EER) formula. The base knowledge is implemented on Android applications, and this application can track the amount of water that has been consumed by the user. The test results show that the system can calculate the amount of water demand based on some factors such as the level of physical activity, age, and body weight. The water dispenser system has an accuracy of recording the amount of air released by 92.6%, so there is a difference in the calculation in the Android application to the amount of air that the user takes from the water dispenser

Abstract

The Head of the Study Program is fully responsible for the process of academic sustainability activities in the study program he leads. In addition to being responsible for managerial functions, the Head of the Study Program is also responsible for whether or not the study program he leads is active or not. In addition, the Head of the Study Program must also be able to protect his subordinate members who are structurally in the study program. Therefore, the Head of the Study Program must be required to have high integrity and competence. So in this case, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the highest leadership at the university. The performance assessment is carried out to assess whether the Head of the Study Program is still eligible to serve again for that position or not. So in this case the assessment must be carried out as well as possible and also as objectively as possible so that the results of the assessment carried out do not harm one party and can also be held accountable. Decision Support System is a system that is part of an information system that is able to process data and is used for organizations in helping managerial parties to solve semi-structured problems. The Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of ratio Analysis (MOORA) is a multi-objective method of optimizing two or more conflicting attributes simultaneously. The results obtained in research using Decision Support Systems get objective, optimal and also good results. The highest Head of Study Programs in a row are alternatives A2, A6, A5 and A4. As for the Head of the Study Program, the lowest ratings from the bottom are A1 and A3 respectively.

Abstract

Business is a very important activity in advancing the economy of a region, business development certainly requires a strategic location in building a good image and opportunity in a new place, often businesses that have developed experience destruction and even substantial losses due to a decision. in choosing the wrong new location can affect the development of the pace of business and the business as a whole, mistakes in choosing a business location can result in many unwanted risks occurring in the future, several internal and external risks that will affect the company if one chooses a strategic location, so it is important take a decision in choosing a strategic location in building a business using a system, the system is able to calculate several possibilities with predetermined criteria, the decision support system in this research uses the promethee II method, the method this is a method developed from the promethee method, this method has a higher level of accuracy. The results of this study selected location A as an alternative that has the highest rating level of 0,081659, it shows that this location is the best location to set up a business

Abstract

Work is something that everyone will do. This is because by working we will earn money that can make us able to fulfill our needs. But sometimes there are still quite a lot of people out there who don't even know what job is right for them. Therefore the author designed an application called Your Job based on Android, this application will provide suitable job recommendations based on the person's personality. In this study using the fisher-yates shuffle algorithm. Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm can be applied to randomization of questions. The design of this application also uses the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Indicator) method to make it easier to determine a person's personality. After doing it to several people about this application. They gave a very good response, it is certain that the fisher-ystes shuffle algorithm runs well in randomizing the questions and using the MBTI method the accuracy level is almost 100% accurate.

Abstract

The development of automotive industry in Indonesia can be classifiedas very rapid and annually increasing, causing highly competitive circumstances because many companies provide various types of motorcycle brands with quality and competitive prices. The company must create a marketing strategy pattern that can increase the level of sales efficiency of Yamaha motorcycle products. To overcome this problem, a strategy that can help increasing sales of motorcycle products is needed, in which by utilizing sales data owned by the company. Data mining can be used to process company sales data by looking for association rules with apriori algorithm on motorcycle product variables. From the results of the association rule analysis on sales data, with a minimum support of 30% and a minimum confidence of 75% can produce 3 rules with 3 products that are most in demand by consumers, namely the NEW MIOM3 CW, NEWAEROX155VVA and N-MAX, by knowing the most selling products, the company can add the most selling product supply and develop a marketing strategy to market the products with other products by examining the comparative advantage of the most sold products over the other products.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on every sector of life, including the economy. The government implements social activities that make people have to carry out activities at home. Because of this, humans choose to do everything digitally, including ordering food. With the application of public interest in ordering food online, the income of one of the food orders, namely Gojek (Gofood) has increased. However, Gofood has many pros and cons in the community. In this case, many people give their opinion about the use of social media, especially twitter. The purpose of this study was to analyze public opinion on the performance of Gojek (Gofood) in Indonesia. The grouping into three classes, namely positive, negative and neutral classes were tested using the Naïve Bayes and SVM methods and compared the two methods. The analysis of public sentiment regarding Gofood on Twitter resulted in 92.8% worthy neutral, 5.2% worthy positive and 2.0% worthy negative. Comparing the accuracy results, the Support Vector Machine method has greater accuracy than the Naïve Bayes method, with the Support Vector Machine accuracy values of 83% and 98.5%, while the Nave Bayes accuracy values are 74.6% and 91.5% respectively.

Abstract

The utilization of different results from the pace of technological development provides a lot of convenience, benefits, and time efficiency. Now, many related companies or organizations are engaged in technology, offering various services that they have developed to meet the needs of a highly consumptive society, with different terms and conditions. There are many descriptions related to the experience of using the platform that it developed on social media, where everyone can express their feelings and opinions about something since people commonly use Twitter. This study used sentiment analysis and opinion mining to see public satisfaction with digital payment services available in Indonesia by focusing on several available services such as GOPAY, DANA, and ShopeePay. The dataset that became the source of this research was taken from Twitter data through several preparation stages, including data crawling, data cleaning, feature selection, and classification with two machine learning approaches (K-Nearest Neighbour and Naïve Bayes). The raw data held is pre-processed until making the clean data. According to the classification algorithm, a feature search is implemented in this study so that the classification process and data modeling validation provide significant results.
