The rapid development of chat application features shows that information technology is increasingly global. This study aims to help smartphone users, especially beginners, to be more selective in choosing the chat application that suits their needs. The method used in this study is a Decision Support System with a Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) as a solution for solving cases. The dataset used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents at random, both directly and virtually by using the google form to provide an assessment of the questionnaire to some active users of the Chat application. The alternatives used are Messager, Line, Instagram, Whatsapp, and Telegram and the criteria used are storage media, security, display (interface), application features, and network usage. The results obtained indicate that the Whatsapp alternative is the first recommendation as to the best chat application with a final score of 8.l5. Alternative Instagram became the second recommendation with a final score of 7.21 and Messager became the third recommendation with a final score of 6.18.

Communication is a very important thing, VoIP is one of the supports that is often used to facilitate communication. VoIP is connected to the internet network so that communication can occur, but VoIP is very vulnerable to security problems in communication. It is very easy for eavesdropping to occur by parties who want to know ongoing information for certain purposes, therefore VoIP security must exist, openVPN is one that is often used. With services that are private / private so that the communication network is protected. In this security research, testing is carried out on a VoIP network with a linux asterisk server using a VPN and not using a VPN. With different results on tests of delay, packet loss, jitter. In the test made a phone call that was registered on the voip server so that the call could be made. The call test was carried out several times and for 6 days in order to see if the results produced were as expected because the internet network could also be disrupted by weather condition. The first phone call that was made without using a VPN the results that were obtained were not very good, in contrast to the second phone call that used a VPN the results produced by the analysis were better.

Adiwiyata is one of the Ministry of Environment's programs within a framework supported by school knowledge and awareness in environmental preservation and sustainable development efforts. Therefore, appreciation is needed for Adiwiyata schools in order to provide motivation and improve performance. The determination of the North Sumatra adiwiyata award recipient still uses a manual system and requires quite a long time. Based on these problems, we need a system that supports the decision (SPK) that allows you to receive recipients of adiwiyata awards using existing criteria. Al-Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims whose information is eternal and has miracles that can always be proven by the progress of science and technology that is fast and powerful. The Qur'anic revelation revealed to the Prophet Muhammad for about 23 years left a long, special footprint in the cities of Mecca and Medina. In this Centennial era, some Muslims were preoccupied with technological advances which sometimes led to the neglect of the Qur'an. So that the crisis of knowledge of generations of Muslims about the footsteps of the Prophet Muhammad in receiving the revelation of the Qur'an is very little, This is very dangerous for the unity of Muslims. So that with technological advances we also attract the interest of young people to learn the Qur'an. Augmented Reality technology with the Marker-based tracking method utilizes Qr Code and the use of agile development methods and design using UML so that application developers can produce Augmented Reality applications that can show traces of the decline of the Qur'an in Mecca and Medina. The appearance of Mecca and Medina in the form of 3 dimensions along with asbabunnuzul information causes interest and ease for someone to study the verses of the Qur'an. It is hoped that this application helps to facilitate the generation of Islam in learning and understanding ayat of the Qur'an.

The weighing clerk is part of the BUMN employees whose job is to calculate incoming and outgoing income from the results of the company's raw material scales. Of course, every company engaged in this field requires quality weighing machines that can improve the quality of a company. In selecting the best field weigh-in, several criteria can be used as references, such as performance, responsibility, age, level, and number of dependents. And due to the large amount of data that is not suitable for field weighing clerks but has registered to be field team assistants, the head of the company is confused and it takes a long time to select suitable field weighing clerks to be employed. In order to assist in the selection of candidates for the weigh-in election, a decision support system is needed. The Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method is one of the supporting methods in determining the priority criteria for the selection of field weigh-in candidates. As for the results in the research on the selection of the best field weighing clerk, alternative A2 with a value of 0.583 on behalf of the Libra Purba.

Practical tools are one of the lecture facilities that are at risk of being damaged or lost, so a system for recording borrowing and returning transactions is needed so that the existence of borrower data and tools can be known. Therefore, an android-based information system was designed as a medium for borrowing and returning laboratory equipment, to make it easier to borrow tools, record equipment borrowing, and inventory laboratory equipment. The method used in this research is the FAST (Framework for the Application Systems Thinking) method. This application is built using the Java programming language and utilizes the Firebase Real-time Database for data storage and processing. The application of this android-based information system has had a positive impact on laboratory assistants and colleagues in the process of borrowing and returning equipment. In addition, for the Computer Vision laboratory assistant Multimedia, this information system helps in carrying out inventory and maintenance of lab equipment.

Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is social food assistance that is paid in non-cash form every month by the government. However, the problem of identifying BPNT recipients has not been identified properly and it is not certain that the poor really deserve to receive BPNT. So far, the existing system has not been optimal for selecting BPNT recipients with the existing criteria. Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. A creative solution to overcome this problem is the use of a web-based decision support system (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. A system based on human and computer intelligence that creates options to improve decision making. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that helps decision making in deciding the acceptance of BPNT in poor families. This makes it easy to determine who is eligible and who is not eligible for assistance. This method is easy to apply for ranking by comparing it with other methods so that the results are more precise and accurate. The calculation process for the ARAS method using a very complex web-based system greatly facilitates and speeds up the determination of BPNT receipts. To facilitate implementation, 10 data with 5 criteria were used as sample data. Based on the calculation results of the potential beneficiaries on behalf of Selamat and Prayogi, the priority is getting assistance with a final score of < 0.07.

Disorders of the eye become a disease that is often experienced. There is a new symptom model found, causing confusion that occurs. Diseases of the eye often attack humans, especially in the current era of digital technology, because they spend more time staring at cell phone or computer screens. So the application of this expert system is made to provide solutions for the community to diagnose the symptoms that are often experienced. In making this application, the forward chaining method and certainty factor are used in the application built and comparison with the combined forward chaining and naive Bayes method. The test is carried out by testing 40 data samples based on existing symptoms, carried out by the system and also manually to see the accuracy of the values given. The results given are that there is a fairly high level of certainty in the diagnosis of hypermetropia with a certainty value of 88.43% and the smallest certainty value in the diagnosis of presbyopia with a value of 61.702% of the total testing obtained a probability level of certainty ranging from 51%-79%.

One of the uses of the internet in processing an information can be applied to the design of a system. One of them is a sales site that makes it easier for entrepreneurs to promote their products and make it easier for people to find information and needs. The limitations of product marketing are an obstacle in increasing sales turnover and recording inventory as well as recording sales reports which are still done manually which will have a bad impact so that it hampers the sales process. The purpose of this study is to create an online store website using the User Centered Design method to provide better service for customers and provide convenience for sellers. Researchers use the waterfall method, this method is used to create a software system that is flowing starting from design analysis, coding, and testing. This program is tested using the Blackbox method by entering existing data. This design uses UML or the abbreviation of Unified Modeling Language, PHP language as script, and MySQL database.

People in general will think that building a house with a larger building area will cost more than building a house with a smaller building area. This view is not always correct because one of the factors that affect the size of the cost depends on the size of the building and the ratio of the mixture between cement, sand and lime. The smaller the cement mixture for buildings, the smaller the costs will be. Based on this case, the researchers grouped the data (clustering) using Euclidean distance to measure the distance between points. Grouping 200 data based on 2 features, namely the amount of cement and the amount of costs that do not have a label. The results showed that clustering with the K-Means method was able to group 200 data into 3 groups with the results of group one as many as 50 data, group 2 as many as 50 data, group 3 as much as 100 data with a computation time of 0.444 seconds and silhouette 0.82 while the results of clustering research using the Agglomerative Hierarchical method with a single linkage shows 100 data in group 1,50 data in group 2, 50 data in group 3 with a computation time of 3.22 seconds and silhouette 0.51
