Abstract

Pepper Plant (Piper nigrum L), better known as pepper, is one of the most economically valuable plantation commodity crops that has the opportunity to be developed in order to increase economic income for the State and for the farming community. This plant starts to bear fruit at the age of 2-3 years. Historically, the Nyogan villagers used to plant climbing pepper as their livelihood. So far, farmers have planted climbing pepper which requires a sturdy climbing pole. Climbing poles for pepper plants besides being expensive are also increasingly rare nowadays, for the Nyogan villagers to do socialization and planting of pepper shrubs. In theory, shrub pepper plants will grow and develop well if cultivated properly and grow without climbing poles so as to reduce the cost of purchasing climbing poles and do not require large areas. On this basis it is very possible if applied to sleeping land that is not used anymore or (on land that already has unproductive commodities). Pepper plants are very likely to be developed on people's lands around residential areas or empty plantation areas that have not been utilized in the Nyogan Village, Mestong Subdistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency. By utilizing this pattern, people can use their land to be productive and have economic and ecological added value

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have shown their role in creating employment opportunities and as an important source for the growth of Gross Domestic Product. However, many MSME entrepreneurs do not understand yet the importance of financial planning and financial statements. So, they have not gained trust in accessing the capital facilities offered by the banks. The purpose of this community service activity is to raise the awareness of MSME entrepreneurs about the importance of business financial planning and the preparation of financial statements. The coaching of financial reporting skill is conducted using the "Akuntansi UKM”, an android based application. Participants in this service are MSME entrepreneurs in the Bali region. The results of this service activity are an increase in understanding of the importance of financial planning and making financial reports by using the application of "Akuntansi UKM".

Abstract

This service activity aims to design fish dryers to help with the problems of the drying process in the rain, packaging repairs, and market expansion. This activity is conducted from September to October 2018 in collaboration with Ratama KUB. The results achieved were the design of a device called The Solar Powered Drier System, which has a capacity of 216 liters and a temperature of 50-70 degrees Celsius, and a market network has built with Arsala department store. Activities. The existence of SSPD equipment for cracker salted fish drying machines, does not provide a significant increase in production because the engine capacity is tiny. Packaging repairs can improve marketing in the surrounding area, namely East Aceh and the city of Langsa.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Delo memiliki usaha peternakan yang dilakukan secara tradisional yaitu dengan cara melepaskan ternaknya pada siang dan membuang kotoran di sembarang tempat, sehingga menimbulkan bau busuk yang tidak sedap dan mencemari lingkungan sekitar pemukiman.  Bau yang ditimbulkan oleh kotoran ternak juga mengganggu para tetangga di sekitar rumah sehingga menimbulkan persoalan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan merancang reaktor biogas dengan memanfaatkan kotoran ternak masyarakat. Reaktor ini berfungsi mengolah kotoran ternak menjadi biogas sehingga dapat dipakai sebagai sumber bahan bakar untuk keperluan memasak. Hasil pengabdian ini menghasilkan reaktor biogas yang mampu mengubah kotoran hewan menjadi biogas sebagai energi alternatif untuk rumah tangga. Penggunaan instalasi biodigester portable memudahkan pengoperasian dan didesain membuang ampas kotoran yang langsung dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk. Pembuatan alat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber energi alternatif sebagai pengganti minyak tanah atau kayu hasil penebangan di hutan.

Abstract

Negara, pemerintah, dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta Pusat berkewajiban untuk melakukan perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan agar lingkungan hidup Indonesia dapat tetap menjadi sumber dan penunjang hidup bagi rakyat Indonesia serta makhluk hidup lain. Penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan hidup merupakan bagian dari materi hukum lingkungan. Para siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta Pusat belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan tentang penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan. Oleh karena itu para siswa, khususnya siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta Pusat perlu memperoleh informasi hukum lingkungan, melalui penyuluhan hukum. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah agar para siswa memperoleh wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang hukum lingkungan khususnya mengenai penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan untuk selanjutnya makin berdaya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum bagi siswa di sekolah dan menularkan pengetahuannya kepada lingkungan di sekitarnya. Penyelesaian   sengketa   lingkungan   hidup dapat ditempuh melalui pengadilan atau di luar pengadilan. Kegiatan penyuluhan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman secara signifikan bagi peserta dan merupakan media yang cukup efektif untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan.

Abstract

This mentoring program aims to provide an understanding of the provisions of tax collection by religious foundations, such as the MRBJ Foundation managing the Great Mosque of Bintaro Jaya located in Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang. In carrying out its activities, the MRBJ Foundation involves and makes payments to several parties, such as lecturers, doctors, and service providers. However, so far, the foundation has not fully understood the provisions regarding the tax deduction. Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN (PKN STAN) conducts assistance to identify objects and calculate the amount of payable income tax that must be deducted or collected, which is deposit to the state treasury, up to the reporting of the Income Tax Period SPT. The results of the assistants are expected to enable the MRBJ foundation to analyze itself and carry out its obligations as a cutter/collector per the provisions of tax laws and regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing community service is the Export Product Development Program (EPDP) to increase the quantity and quality of rattan production, and increase the sale of rattan products. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) involved as many as 2 (two) SMEs in Trangsan village, namely the Three Colors Rattan UKM, and the Wayan Rotan UKM with the problem of scarcity of raw materials and purchasing methods not optimal, equipment that is not feasible to use, layout not optimal, designs that change frequently. The solutions offered are training, including training in raw material purchasing methods, tool management training, and product design training, as well as upgrading equipment. The output of community service activities is that rattan production increased by more than 10% for three-color UKM, Rattan and 29% increase in UMKM production, Wayan Rotan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to evaluate the use of the village financial system application, the implementation of tax obligations for village treasurers and administration of village assets in Cibereum Village, Sukamaju Village, and Cipayung Datar Village in Bogor Regency. This activity involves students in the student work program. The results of the service activities obtained results that the Cibereum Village and Cipayung Datar Village had implemented this application well. From the aspect of village taxation, the main obstacle faced by the three villages above is understanding reporting obligations. Especially for Sukamaju Village, it found that there were difficulties in making e-billing for paying taxes. The Cibereum and Cipayung Datar Villages already understand the mechanism of e-billing. From the aspect of managing village assets, Sukamaju Village documents very well the evidence of asset ownership. Cipayung Datar village has used Inventory Working Paper (KKI) by the applicable laws and regulations. Cibereum Village has also recorded very well even though it is not entirely by the specified format.

Abstract

The purpose of the service program is to develop small businesses that are economically independent with creative and innovative ideas. The business partners in this program are small business MSMEs that produce local wicker-based handicrafts named Rattancious which was founded by Erick Budiman Soetanto. The problems faced by partners are the lack of product innovation with the mindset of less innovative small entrepreneurs, lack of market share and promotional activities, lack of understanding of management management and allocation of operational funds. The method of implementing service activities is in the form of assistance to optimize management management with creative and innovative ideas and entrepreneurial values. The results achieved are the creation of Petit-Pot which is a local rattan-based handicraft product made from creative ideas of collaboration with partners. Petit-pot is a mini-sized container made of rattan where the pot is made in the form of simplification of cute and cute animals. This assistance program is expected to be able to facilitate the development of partner businesses and then be able to provide a multiplier effect for similar businesses and other related businesses.

Abstract

Culinary business is very developed in Batam City. Moreover, the majority of people are workers. Because they do not have time to cook, people prefer to buy food outside while relaxing with family. More and more demand, more and more businesses have also opened up in this culinary field. So that competition in selling gets heavier. This service activity aims to increase the market share of Miss Tape and Toteles Donuts through the use of e-commerce, design improvement, and marketing management fostering. The result of the service that has done is the creation of partner websites to promote their products, attractive design packaging (packaging design) becomes its concern for buyers. Taste does determine the repurchase, with a beautiful look that is expected to add positive value to the customer's eyes. Dedicated solutions will require implementation by creating unique shapes and different print layouts. Marketing management is doing by guiding how businesses can maintain business continuity and still pay attention to buyer satisfaction. More details are: analyzing, planning, implementing, and monitoring the program so that the goals of culinary business continue to advance and develop.
