Abstract

KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia (BUMI) adalah lembaga keuangan berbentuk koperasi. Permasalahan yang selama ini dialami KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia (BUMI) itu sendiri adalah dalam pemberian atau penentuan apakah calon anggota pembiayaan itu layak disetujui atau tidak. Semakin banyaknya jumlah permohonan pembiayaan membuat pihak KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia (BUMI) kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan program yang belum terkomputerisasi dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pemilihan calon anggota yang layak untuk di berikan pembiayaan. Apabila jika terjadi kesalahan, maka akan terjadi kredit macet atau pembiayaan bermasalah yang menyebabkan Non Perfoming Financing (NPF) akan tinggi yang mengakibatkan koperasi mengalami kerugian. Non Perfoming Fiancing (NPF) merupakan salah satu penilaian kinerja sebuah bank syariah khususnya dalam penilaian pembiayaan bermasalah.Maka perlu di rancang sebuah Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu pihak kopeasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan, simple additive weighting, pembiayaan, koperasi, non performing financing Abstract: KSPPS BMT BINA USAHA MANDIRI INDONESIA (BUMI) is a financial institution in the form of a cooperative. The problem that has been experienced by KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia (BUMI) itself is to provide or propose whether the prospective financing member is approved or not. The increasing number of requests for financing from the KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia (BUMI) difficulties in decision making and programs that are not yet computerized can cause errors in selecting candidates for members who are eligible for financing. If an error occurs, there will be bad or problem loans which cause Non-Performing Financing (NPF) to cause the cooperative to suffer losses. Non-Performing Financing (NPF) is one of the assessments of an Islamic bank, especially in problems. So it is necessary to design a Decision Making System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of the study are expected to assist the cooperative in making decisions. Abstract

Creative thinking skills are skills that need to be developed for all students, and creativethinking is often associated with problem solving activities. Students who have the ability to thinkcreatively use all their thinking skills to find solutions to the problems they face. However, thecurrent learning process has not fully developed students' creative thinking skills. This is inaccordance with a preliminary study by researchers that teachers show that in the learning process to manage network infrastructure, teachers have not developed creative thinking skills due to the high demand for teaching materials. So this study aims to design a smart mobile cloud learning multimedia system based on animation with a Creative Problem Solving model to improve students' creative thinking skills. The research method is quantitative, using a Pre-Experimental Design research design, namely One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The multimedia development method refers to the Whole Life Cycle (SHM) method. The results of this survey: 1) Multimedia is available, the average percentage of media professionals is 86.68, and the category is “very good”. 2) Multimedia design can improve students' creative thinking skills. This refers to the four indicators of creative thinking, namely the average creative thinking ability of students as a whole or 55.12 in the "fully creative" category. In addition, the gain index is 0.48 and the effectiveness is "medium". 3) Student responses to multimedia scored 92 percent in the "very good" category.

Abstract

In determining the choice of the right study program and college to continue education for the community and high school or vocational high school students it is very important. There are factors that influence the selection process, namely interests, talents, costs, accreditation and the quality of existing teachers. By applying the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, these factors can be used as criteria in determining the best available recommendations. Various stages of the MOORA calculation process as well as minimum and very simple calculations are implemented into the Decision Support System (DSS) so that the selection is faster and more precise. This study takes the variables of the study program of informatics engineering and information systems at private universities in the city of Semarang as an alternative choice. The results obtained from the calculation of the MOORA method in this study indicate alternative A9 as a recommendation for the best study program choice at universities in the city of Semarang. Abstract

Abstrak: Biasanya untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu yaitu dengan menggunakan saklar, dengan kecanggihan teknologi saat ini lampu dapat dikontrol menggunakan smartphone yang disebut dengan Internet of Things (IoT). Teknologi IoT pengontrolan peralatan elektronik dapat dikontrol dengan remot dan smartphone untuk menyalakan atau mematikan lampu sehingga dapat dikontrol dari jarak jauh. Lampu dapat dikontrol dengan perintah suara dengan aplikasi google assistant sehingga lampu dapat dengan mudah untuk dinyalakan atau dimatikan. Hanya dengan mengucapkan sebuah kalimat perintah maka google assistant mengirim perintah ke website sinric pro yang telah dikonfigurasi pada aplikasi google home kemudian perintah diterima oleh Node MCU untuk mengontrol lampu. Adapun jarak yang dapat dijangkau oleh Node MCU ke sumber wifi tidak kurang dari 30 meter berdasarkan pengukuran yang dilakukan. Perintah berupa kalimat yang diucapkan apabila tidak sesuai maka lampu gagal untuk diperintah lampu dapat di perintah menggunakan lebih dari satu smartphone dengan syarat saat login di aplikasi google assistant menggunakan email yang sama. Abstract

Development in all sectors is needed, especially by a country that is classified as a developing country like Indonesia. In carrying out development, each local government requires development planning with the aim that each development has an accurate impact and can evaluate what is being built. Regional development planning must also pay attention to the priorities of the development plan to be planned, so that regional development planning is in accordance with what is needed by the region. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based information system design regarding prioritizing regional development planning because the system currently running at BAPPEDA Ciamis district still uses a manual system and has not yet used a decision support system so that the process of determining regional development planning priorities experiences many obstacles, starting from the lack of data needed makes it difficult to determine regional development planning priorities. The method used in this study is the promethee method which includes the Decision Support System for ranking an object. The results of this study are the creation of a website-based information system design using a decision support system for calculating the promethee method. In addition, by using a website-based information system, requests for development plans proposed by the sub-district are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan Pariwisata di Indonesia sangat tinggi dan daerah yang memiliki potensi pariwisata tersebar di seluruh wilayah. Salah satu wilayah yang menunjukan tingkat kegiatan ekonomi pariwisata adalah sukabumi. Berdasarkan data dari BPS bahwa terjadi peningkatan tingkat kunjungan wisata ke wilayah sukabumi yang mencapai hampir 100% setiap tahun sejak 2015 hingga 2018. Namun, daerah sukabumi masih memiliki kekurangan informasi tentang lokasi wilayah pariwisata dan cara menuju lokasi wisata karena sebagian wilayah pariwisata sukabumi masih minim transportasi umum untuk menuju lokasi tersebut, sehingga dibutuhkan informasi yang dapat membantu wisatawan untuk menuju lokasi tersebut. Kebutuhan sistem informasi geografis (SIG) tentang Sukabumi ini menjadi sangat penting untuk memudahkan para wisatawan. Pada saat wisata berpergian dibutuhkan informasi tentang tempat wisata tersebut, seperti tempat untuk tinggal sementara atau hotel, pengisian bahan bakar (SPBU), maupun tempat makan kuliner di Sukabumi. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah solusi dalam mencari informasi tentang daerah wisata Sukabumi. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi digunakan metode metode pengembangan Waterfall. Dari hasil pengembangan dan uji coba didapatkan bahwa SIG berbasis mobile pada Android ini dapat dibuat dengan 6 (enam) fitur utama, yaitu peta sukabumi, kuliner, informasi SPBU, hotel, wisata, dan tentang aplikasi. Disamping itu, berdasarkan hasil uji coba dengan metode blackbox testing pada 4 (empat) jenis perangkat smartphone dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menampilkan halaman yang sesuai. Abstract: Tourism growth in Indonesia is very high and areas that have tourism potential are spread throughout the region. One area that shows the level of tourism economic activity is Sukabumi. Based on data from BPS that there has been an increase in the level of visits to the Sukabumi area which reached almost 100% every year from 2015 to 2018. However, the Sukabumi area still lacks information about tourism locations and how to get to tourist sites because most of the Sukabumi tourism areas still lack transportation. general public to get to that location, so information is needed that can help tourists to get to that location. The need for a geographic information system (GIS) about Sukabumi is very important to make it easier for tourists. When traveling, information is needed about these tourist attractions, such as temporary residences or hotels, refueling (gas stations), and culinary places to eat in Sukabumi. With these problems, a solution is needed in finding information about the Sukabumi tourist area. In developing the application, the Waterfall development method is used. From the results of development and testing, it was found that a mobile-based GIS on Android can be made with 6 (six) main features, namely Sukabumi maps, culinary, gas station information, hotels, tours, and about applications. In addition, based on the results of trials with the blackbox testing method on 4 (four) types of smartphone devices can run well and display the appropriate page.

Abstract

Ortotik Prostetik adalah salah satu pelayanan kesehatan untuk pembuatan dan pemasangan alat bantu pada pasien. Pelayanan kesehatan ortotik dan prostetik di berikan oleh seorang Ortotis Prosthesis dalam hal alat bantu kesehatan berupa orthosis maupun prosthesis untuk Kesehatan jasmani dan rohani berbasis ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi adalah individu, kelompok yang disebabkan oleh disfungsi dan defisit motorik tungkai dan batang, serta kehilangan anggota tubuh dengan akibat anatomis, fisiologis, anatomis, dan fisiologis. PT. Orthocare Indonesia menyediakan alat kesehatan ortotik,contohnya ada cervical, spinal, knee, dan ankle. PT.Orthocare Indonesia menjual alat kesehatan ready stok yang terdiri dari cervical, spinal, knee, ankle. Karena banyaknya alat kesehatan yang dijual maka penulis akan meneliti penjualan alat kesehatan orthotic. Solusi dalam permasalahan ini adalah melakukan perhitungan data mining untuk menentukan penjualan produk alat kesehatan ortotik dengan menggunakan Metode Apriori. Dimana metode ini dipilih karena metode ini mampu untuk memprediksi penjualan alat kesehatan ortotik untuk masa yang akan datang. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini hanya pada variable-variabel yang berkaitan dengan penjualan alat kesehatan setiap tahunnya sehingga dapat menentukan tipe alat kesehatan apa saja yang laku terjual. Metode Apriori sendiri sebagai prediksi penjualan untuk tahun berikutnya dan acuan perusahaan untuk melakukan persediaan barang menganalisa alat Kesehatan dapat menggunakan Metode Apriori sebagai alat bantu memprediksi penjualan alat kesehatan ortotik, menentukan berapa banyak stok alat kesehatan yang laku terjual setiap tahun dan mempermudah perusahaan dalam ketersediaan alat kesehatan. Abstract: Orthotic and prosthetic health services are provided by an Orthotic Prosthesis as a medical aid such as an orthosis or prosthesis. Physical and spiritual health based on science and technology of individuals, groups caused by dysfunction and motor deficits of the limbs and trunk, as well as loss of limbs with anatomical, physiological, anatomical, and physiological consequences. PT. Orthocare Indonesia provides orthotic medical devices, for example there are cervical, spinal, knee, and ankle. PT.Orthocare Indonesia sells ready stock medical devices consisting of cervical, spinal, knee, ankle. Due to the large number of medical devices sold, the author will examine the sale of orthotic medical devices. The solution to this problem is to perform data mining calculations to determine sales of orthotic medical device products using the Apriori Method. Where this method was chosen because this method is able to predict sales of orthotic medical devices for the future. The scope of this research is only on the variables related to the sale of medical devices each year so that it can determine what types of medical devices are sold. The result of this research is that the a priori method can predict sales of Orthotic medical device products well and management can use rules to develop strategies that can increase the number of medical device stocks that are ordered by consumers

Abstract

Village Administrative Services are done in the village office, village information is also done by way of door-to-door system. This resulted in the process of delivering information fairly long. In addition, residents who want to make a submission must come to the village office and wait on the spot or will return with a period of more than one day. The purpose of this study is to provide a container in the form of online information system in the form of web-based village administration services, where residents can get Village information by opening the website. In addition, residents can submit online without having to come to the village submission place. In the design of Village information system using spiral model as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Needs analysis made has three pages, namely the main page, admin page and community page. In its design consists of the design of the database, namely ERD, input and output document design and navigation structure as the design of the admin and community web page menu. For the programming language used is PHP by using the Framework. Applications created in trials with unit testing using blackbox testing as an evaluation of the application is successful or not.

Abstract

Toko Shaliha Parfume menyediakan produk parfume dengan berbagai macam merk dan varian. Kegiatan penjualan dilakukan setiap hari maka dari itu data transaksi penjualan akan meningkat dan menumpuk. Data penjualan pada toko shaliha parfume hanya dipakai sebagai rekap penjualan dan arsip. Peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan algoritma association rule yaitu algoritma apriori untuk memberikan informasi minimum support yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menghasilkan frequent itemset tertinggi. Hasil yang didapat yaitu, N dengan support 66,67%, AB dengan support 66,67%, dan hasil yang memenuhi syarat minimum confidence 80% seperti jika membeli N maka akan membeli AB dengan confidence yang diperoleh 80%, jika membeli AB maka akan membeli N dengan confidence yang diperoleh confidence 100%. Abstract: Shaliha Parfume shop provides perfume products with various brands and variants. Sales activities are carried out every day and of course sales transaction data will increase and accumulate. Sales data at the shaliha parfume store is currently only used as a sales recap and archive. Wrong or the current problem is that Salihha Parfume has difficulty doing good stock management for smooth sales transactions at the store. Therefore, the researcher uses the association rule which is the result of the a priori algorithm that produces the minimum supporting information value or support that best suits the needs and the most appropriate certainty or confident value. Based on the final association rules, it is known that the results obtained are, N with 66.67% support, AB with 66.67% support. with this pattern the management can manage the stock of goods that are most desirable and less desirable by customers and can develop sales strategies to be able to increase sales of perfume products in the store.

Abstract

Pacitan Kota Seribu Goa dimana pacitan memiliki banyak goa, pantai dan tempat wisata sehingga pacitan terkenal akan keindahan pariwisatanya. Saat ini, Pacitan belum memiliki sistem yang mengelola informasi-informasi pariwisata di Pacitan sehingga pengunjung akan mengumpulkan informasi-informasi yang terdapat di blog – blog satu persatu selain itu banyak tempat wisata pacitan yang belum diketahui pengunjung yang sebenarnya dapat dijadikan alternatif kunjungan wisata sehingga diperlukan sistem informasi pariwisata pacitan. Sistem Informasi yang akan dibangun terlebih dahulu harus dilakukan analisa dan rancangan. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan analisa dan rancangan sistem informasi pariwisata Pacitan. Penelitian dimulai dari mengumpulkan sumber referensi, mengumpulkan data, analisa dan merancang sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisa sistem informasi pariwisata pacitan berupa Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram serta rancangan sistem informasi(SI) pariwisata pacitan berupa Entity Relationship Diagram, Class Diagram dan rancangan untuk antar muka pengguna. Analisa dan Rancangan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata ini berguna ketika implementasi ke sistem informasi pariwisata pacitan. Abstract: Pacitan City of a Thousand Caves where Pacitan has many caves, beaches and tourist attractions so that Pacitan is famous for the beauty of its tourism. Currently, Pacitan does not yet have a system that manages tourism information in Pacitan so that visitors will collect information contained in blogs one by one besides that there are many Pacitan tourist attractions that are not yet known to visitors which can actually be used as an alternative to tourist visits so a system is needed. Pacitan tourism information, while in the early stages of building an information system, analysis and design must first be carried out. This study aims to analyze and design a tourism information system in Pacitan. Research starts from collecting reference sources, collecting data, analyzing and designing systems. The research uses the waterfall method, where in this study there are still three initial stages in the method, namely collecting user needs, analyzing and designing information systems. This study resulted in an analysis of the Pacitan tourism information system in the form of Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams and the design of the Pacitan tourism information system (SI) in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams, Class Diagrams and designs for user interfaces. Analysis and Design of this Tourism Information System can be used to be implemented into tourism information systems, especially tourism in Pacitan Regency.
