Abstract

Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) as one method or terms of reference for building an information architecture that is oriented to the needs of the business which consist of data architecture, application and technology as well as the plan to the implementation of the architecture that was created to support business activities for the achievement of the organization's mission. Abstract

This study aims to design a letter archive application at the Kedungwaringin Village Office. The data collection method used is by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation that relates to the problem being studied. Based on the results of observations and observations made, the problem that hinders the process of filing mail archives is because it is still done manually so it is less effective and efficient in its implementation. The suggestions are given to improve the mail archive system that has been running, namely by replacing the manual system by building computer applications so that the mail archive management process is more effective and efficient, faster in making mail archive reports, making it easier to store and search for archived mail data. The results of this study are the design of e-archive applications that can be built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as the database and the application development method used by using the waterfall method.

Abstract

Supply of goods information system at jonan indonesia is use running has using the computer but it is use only in the field of administration while the marketing still used the manual wraiting .There fore it is necessary to computer based information system supply of goods better sofware .The aimed for this supply of goods informatin system simplify the processing of supplier data in detail , precise and accurate. The metods of data collection used is by doing observation and interview and is equipped with a literature review that has a close relevance to the subject matter. Microsoft visual studio 2010 was chosen to be a software in making the information system of home supply of goods and using microsoft acces 2007 database.This supply of goods information system is made to facilitate the administrative work of consumer data because data received administration is computerized . The suggestion given is to develop and refine this system to complete the existing facilities.

Abstract

Triopanca mart is a mini-market belonging to the Infantry Battalion 305 Para Raider Unit located on Jl. Raya Teluk Jambe, Sirnabaya, Kec. Teluk Jambe Timur, Kab. Karawang, West Java 41360. This mini market operates in the retail sector, managed directly by members of the 305th Para Raider Infantry Battalion. The current running system, namely the data processing of incoming and outgoing goods, is still being recorded. Into a ledger according to receipts and stock inventory, only recorded on a piece of paper then copied back to the computer input using excel by the warehouse admin. Problems that often arise are usually related to the accuracy of the number of goods and stock information; sometimes, the information provided does not follow existing goods' availability. This study aims to create a web-based inventory information system model that can manage incoming and outgoing goods and inventory using the Waterfall method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for structural modeling.

Abstract

Advances in technology today require humans to increase their effectiveness and efficiency in various ways. Basically the purpose of creating a tool is to help human work to be more effective and efficient. Thus, humans are expected to function in a relatively short time, especially when it comes to safety. The parking lot is a medium that is used as a way of getting in and out of vehicles. Anticipating some problems in the parking lot, for example: losing parking papers, losing cars in parking lots, and preventing illegal parking at high levels. Then we need an automatic parking door system. This final project aims to build a prototype of an IoT-based automated parking system. This project is a simple parking simulator with a microcontroller device programmed to use the Arduino idea. Hardware integrated with mysql database and run by simple web. The automated parking system is designed using nodemcu lolin, expansion board, 16x2 + i2c LCD adapter, mini mp3 dfplayer, 0.5 watt ohm earbuds, infrared sensor, rfid rc522 and SG90 servo motor. Infrared sensor detects vehicle, rfid receives input by tapping card and then gives output to i2c and web. Furthermore, the output from the LCD goes to the service motor which opens and closes the parking door, and the dfmp3 player, as well as the speaker which makes a sound when the card is tapped. This prototype automatic parking system can provide access and close automatic parking doors which saves time and effort. It can be concluded that the prototype of this IoT automatic parking system can be used as a guide for the development of a better technology.

Abstract

Employee recruitment that occurs at PT. Shoei Surabaya, which is located in Mojoagung district, still uses manual methods in the process of hiring new employees. So that it is appropriate to develop a computer-based employee recruitment management information system that helps support tests for HRD staff or for those who will apply for jobs to come and provide information without having to go directly to the company. In this study, a design plan using the waterfall system development method aims to make the new employee recruitment process usable according to the company's needs. So that with the construction of an employee admission information system based on this computer-assisted test, you can immediately find out information about job vacancies without having to come to the company first and supervise the costs that must be paid properly from the company or applicant.

Abstract

In general, sorting waste is still done manually by human hands. For example, it is still done manually by human hands to sort metal and non-metal waste from a pile of garbage. This results in less efficiency in terms of time and energy and also greatly impacts the health of oneself and others. With these conditions, one solution is to build a metal and non-metallic waste sorting system in the trash. The metal and non-metal waste sorting system that is made can sort metal and non-metal waste automatically because it is equipped with an inductive proximity sensor system which functions to detect metal waste plus a NodeMCU module which functions as a data sender of information on the weight capacity of the waste. With this automatic waste sorting system, waste can be sorted according to predetermined types of waste such as metal waste and non-metal waste.

Abstract

The success of pesantren education institutions can be measured by the success of their students. By predicting the possible outcomes of the learning process based on prediction results can help an Islamic boarding school, by adjusting the factors that contribute and influence the success rate of students' performance studies. And by utilizing data mining techniques that can be used to increase the level of success and reduce the failure of students. this can greatly help pesantren educational institutions to improve their graduates 'skills, because data mining is the best solution to find hidden patterns and can predict the success of students' performance studies. This research presents a model based on decision tree classification algorithm C 5.0 used in this model with alumni tracer study filled by santri alumni. In this study also used the k-folds cross validation test scenario with k values of 2,3,6,10 and 15 with a total of 300 alumni data and 84 data used for validation tests without cross validation. Determination of the criteria for the classification results using a confusion matrix form the measurement of the classification results obtained, namely the highest value in this study is 95% resulting from 15 folds the scenario 1. And form the results of testing the validation data without cross validation, the corresponding results are 73.81%, when compared to the k-folds, there was an increase of 21.19% and it can be ignored that the C 5.0 algorithm is able to classify well. So that pesantren educational institutional can provide a foundation in the arrangement for their students in deciding the right school choice.

Abstract

Every business sector certainly wants consistency in production results, this can be realized through collaboration with raw material providers or suppliers who can ensure the consistent availability of raw materials because the production of raw materials is very vital. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good raw material procurement system and supplier selection so that the production process can run smoothly. Milkyway Cafe is the first pioneering UKM of beverage and food business in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan which has a special characteristic of beverage products made from milk which are liked by many customers, especially teenagers, children, and families. There are problems experienced when selecting suppliers who provide raw materials for UHT milk because there are several factors to consider, namely price, delivery, service, and accuracy of quantities. The sample of the research is the owner of the business that regulates the procurement of UHT milk. The results of the analysis and calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Microsoft Excel stated that the chosen alternative, namely the Kompas with a weight value of 0.46, was superior to the Simpang Utama with a weighted value of 0.34 and the Tops Jaya with a weighted value of 0.20. The main factors that are prioritized in the selection of suppliers at Milkyway are service criteria with a weight value of 0.18, the accuracy of the number of goods with a weight value of 0.15, prices with a weight value of 0.08, and delivery with a weight value of 0.06.

Abstract

PT PLN Mojokerto is responsible for managing electricity distribution in the Mojokerto area. To effectively manage electricity distribution, accurate forecasting is crucial. Data plays a pivotal role in making decisions related to electricity distribution in Mojokerto. The primary objective of this research is to forecast the amount of electricity to be distributed in the area. Having an accurate forecast is essential for estimating future electricity distribution. The research utilizes the Moving Average model, a time series forecasting model. Data for the research is sourced from the Mojokerto statistical agency, covering the period from 2014 to 2020. By employing the Moving Average method, researchers can generate forecasts for the future. Additionally, the researchers calculate MSE (Mean Squared Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) when using the Moving Average method.
