Abstract

Downtime is a condition in which the machine stops operating not on scheduled stops but due to a disturbance that occurs on the machine, so the machine will be idle until the machine has been repaired or is not in a state of disturbance. Downtime is when production equipment is not functioning due to a sudden inspection and repair of damaged equipment. Elevators can raise the material to a height of up to 50 meters; the capacity can reach 50 ????3/hour. The construction can reach a vertical position. The working principle of this tool is to move the material vertically by placing the material in buckets which are linked by a chain or belt at a certain distance which rotates on the pulley so that the bouquet can move vertically. This study uses the tree diagram method to analyse downtime problems by applying the 5 M + 1E technique.

Abstract

A spirometer is a medical instrument that functions to measure the capacity and volume of human lungs during expiration. This research is important because pulmonary function examination is an objective method of assessing changes in a person's lung function or suspected lung disorders, and assessing the type of treatment to be performed. In this study, a portable spirometer instrument was designed, which is a tool to measure the strength of the breath used to measure the amount of air volume that can be exhaled after maximum inspiration commonly called FVC (Forced Vital Capacity), VC (Vital Capacity), and the amount of air volume at the first second that can be expelled after maximum inspiration or commonly called FEV1 (Forced Expiratory Volume 1 second). This tool is designed using the MPX5500DP Air Pressure Sensor, which is an air pressure sensor to detect the pressure and airflow exhaled by the respondent through the mouthpiece pipe. There are 3 operating modes, namely, a test mode for measuring 3 parameters (VC, FVC, FEV1). Tool testing was carried out by comparing it with a standard tool that has been calibrated and measured using a calibration syringe. The results obtained were the percentage of accuracy or accuracy of measurement when measurements were made with a 3-litre Calibration Syringe of 98.1%, and the percentage of errors or reading errors when compared with a tool in the hospital or the market by 2.5%. The percentage error value is still within the tolerance limit of ±10%. From these results, it can be concluded that this tool can work well and can be used in pulmonary function examination.

Abstract

The development of information technology is moving increasingly rapidly so its existence provides benefits and impacts on daily life. With the existence of information technology, it makes it easier to access information dissemination without knowing space and time. In terms of culture, information technology is one of the factors that influences the existence of local culture. Local culture, which is starting to fade, is influenced by the existence of information technology. To maintain culture, future generations are needed to continue preserving culture. Therefore, more in-depth research is needed that is targeted at the next generation, namely Generation Z, to find conclusions regarding the influence of advances in information technology on culture for Generation Z. This must be proven by research involving Generation Z as respondents. From the results of data collection, it is necessary to take the percentage and average of respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The Likert scale is used as a reference in research using quantitative methods. Using quantitative methods involved 79 respondents to conclude. It was concluded that Generation Z tends to frequently use information technology devices, meaning that Generation Z is more aware of renewable technology and tends to make less use of the presence of technology to preserve and maintain the existence of local culture.

Abstract

Currently, one of the problems that occurs at the Indramayu District Health Office is that the process of searching for data stored in folders is taking too long because you have to go through one sheet at a time. The data sought is also not always complete or even lost. This is because the data has not been stored in a computerized database. The purpose of this research is to create a filing information system for the Indramayu District Health Office, which will change the filing process that was previously still manual to be computerized. The formulation of the research problem is how to design a filing information system for the Indramayu District Health Office and create an appropriate application program. At the implementation stage, this system will use the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. Based on these objectives,

Abstract

Earthquakes in Cilacap often occur with a strength above 5 SR or with a smaller strength. This condition means that earthquake research in the Cilacap area will always be needed. This study aims to display a visualization of the time series of earthquakes in the Cilacap area using QGIS and the USGS dataset. The data set used is the earthquake data set around the Cilacap area from USGS with a time span from 1918 to 2021. The data boundaries of this study are Latitude 7.324˚, Longitude 107.941˚, and Latitude -10.407˚, Longitude 111.116˚. The results of spatial data visualization using the heatmap technique are then analyzed temporally using the Temporal function in the QGIS software. The results of the temporal analysis with frames per year produce 104 frames. Visualization of earthquake data in a time series can show changes in the pattern of earthquake magnitude density and show changes in the geographical location of earthquake points from year to year.
