Abstract

ABSTRAK. CV. Robert Jaya Sejahtera merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan kayu balok menjadi pallet. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan diantaranya berkaitan dengan target produksi setiap bulannya. Dalam memenuhi target perusahaan seringkali perusahaan tidak dapat mencapainya. Selain itu permasalahan yang ada di perusahaan yaitu karyawan yang kurang disiplin dalam bekerja yang menyebabkan waktu bekerja menjadi tidak efektif. Selain itu juga permasalahan yang dialami yaitu terjadinya pengembalian produk oleh pelanggan akibat kerusakan pada produk yang dikirim ke pelanggan. Selama ini perusahaan belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara terintegrasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja secara terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode performance prism. Metode performance prism terdiri dari lima perspektif yaitu kepuasan, kontribusi, strategi, proses dan kapabilitas. Pengukuran kinerja performance prism juga didukung oleh metode analytical hierarchy process. Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengolahan yaitu didapatkan key performance indicators (KPI) dengan nilai bobot tertinggi setiap stakeholdernya. KPI dengan bobot tertinggi maka akan diberikan usulan perbaikan. Dengan dilakukan perbaikan terhadap indikator tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan kedepannya. Kata Kunci: AHP, KPI, Pengukuran Kinerja, Performance Prism.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan (sustainability) merupakan isu penting dengan belakangan ini. Manajemen Rantai Pasok Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Supply Chain Management, SSCM) yang merupakan pengembangan dari kajian manajemen rantai pasok dengan menggabungkannya dengan konsep keberlanjutan juga menjadi salah satu tren riset dalam bidang rantai pasok. Pentingnya kajian SSCM ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah publikasi dalam bidang ini. Makalah ini mengkaji riset SSCM secara kuantitatif untuk mengetahui tren risetnya. Metode kuantitatif dengan statistik diskriptif digunakan untuk mengolah data seluruh luaran publikasi SSCM yang diindeks oleh SCOPUS sampai dengan periode Maret 2017. Pengolahan data juga dilakukan dengan membandingkan perkembangan ilmu SSCM di dunia, dan Indonesia. Analisis perbandingan perkembangan riset SCM berdasarkan wilayah, subjek, kata kunci juga dibahas pada makalah ini. Secara khusus, tren riset SSCM di Indonesia juga dianalisis berdasarkan subject area terkait yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah SSCM. Tren keilmuan SSCM juga disarikan dari beberapa literature review yang terpilih.

Abstract

Competition in the electronic industry in Indonesia is very tight, which encourages industries to compete with each other. PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia as one of the companies that produce television, especially Light Emitting Diode (LED) TV, often has problems related to quality, which are still many defects that occur in the production process. Based on the calculation of the DPMO (defects per million opportunities) average value and the sigma average value in January 2019, it was 672.67 and 4.71 respectively. The process capability index (Cpk) of production is 1.07724. The purpose of this study is to reduce the number of defects in PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia television factories using Six Sigma through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) stages. This quality improvement is simulated with a Monte Carlo simulation which is divided into 3 scenario success solutions (reduced number of no raster, no picture and no power defects). The Cpk value in the simulation results increases to 1.1; 1.11; and 1.12.

Abstract

Pada proses serah terima komponen yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan terdapat pemborosan atau kegiatan yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah. Salah satu cara untuk menghilangkan pemborosan pada aktivitas serah terima komponen adalah dengan menerapkan Just In Time (JIT), sehingga terdapat beberapa aktifitas yang dieliminasi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  penerapan Just In Time (JIT) dan menganalisis dampak penerapan Just In Time dengan metode Root Cause Analysis pada proses serah terima komponen dies. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis untuk mengeliminasi pemborosan menjadikan aktivitas serah terima komponen dies menjadi Just In Time. Hasil Penelitian ini mengindikasi adanya 3 akar penyebab masalah dari pemborosan serah terima komponen dengan user. Penerapan JIT mengeliminasi proses yang sebelumnya memiliki 9 tahapan proses untuk melakukan serah terima menjadi 4 tahapan proses. Bagian DCCP tidak perlu lagi melakukan serah terima dengan user barang. Waktu menjadi efisien dari 33 menit menjadi 16 menit per satu kali proses serah terima komponen. Serah terima yang dilakukan langsung dari supplier ke line produksi tempat user barang, menyebabkan barang tidak perlu lagi untuk disimpan di gudang transit, sehingga gudang transit hilang.

Abstract

The "wen" welding workshop business does welding with bad work postures that cause muscle injury (Musculoskeletal Disorders). For this reason, it is necessary to design a work facility for an efficient welding process. The Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire was used to find out which body parts had complaints that they were not sick, enough pain, illness and evaluation using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to become an input to improve the operator's work posture to be better. The design of welding facilities is carried out using the Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) method because it can evaluate the costs and material of new design facilities with pre-existing design facilities in the testing phase. The design results are in the form of a workbench that has a footrest, a welding wire, a material laying place, a bow and vise in a facility, based on testing the lower the REBA score results so that the work posture is better, the facility can be used to weld all products to the workshop weld and efficiency compared to the previous tool at 35%.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The company produces water pumps. An important component in the water pump is the stator. The observation results in the Stator Assembly line 4 show that low line efficiency occurs because the production process has not run optimally. So that an improvement in the production process is important to do on this line. One method to improve the production process is ECRS based line balancing. By still considering the concept of line balancing, line efficiency can be improved through improving the production process. Through the improvement of the production process, there was a decrease in the number of work stations from 10 work stations to 9 work stations, improvement of line layout and 7th work station (Heating Air Dryer), also an increase in line efficiency from 74.72% to 81.09%.

Abstract

PT. Y is a company in the pharmaceutical industry that produces finished drugs. Based on observations in the packing process of Tablet XYZ products, it is still found that there are bottlenecks between work stations caused by a lack of equal distribution of work. Work stations whose workload is not evenly distributed, can cause the low of line efficiency. This study improved line balancing using the Ranked Positional Weight method which aims to increase the line efficiency value of the Tablet XYZ packing process. The result of this study is an increase in the value of line efficiency after the distribution of work elements is evenly distributed.

Abstract

Indonesia Power UBP Mrica ltd. in the Banjarnegara district is a company that runs is the field of provision and distribution of electricity. For a company that specialized in the field of provision and distribution of electricity it is vital to have a place to store items and spare parts for production, usually called warehouse. Beside for a place to store stuff, a warehouse can also function as a temporary storage for products or spare parts that will be used and distributed, either to the consumers or the other warehouses. The main goal of this study is to know how the 5S method is implemented in the warehouse of Indonesia Power UBP Mrica ltd. Implementation here include the labelling of shelf and cabinet, and also the standardization for the whole activities in the warehouse for the sake of optimizing performance in the warehouse. The result of this research will be a suggestion of refinement related to the warehouse performance.

Abstract

As one of the manufacturing companies engaged in food, PT SMART Tbk. Surabaya often having problem about the quality of materials stored in Warehouse Packaging Marsho which is often founded scrap materials. Based on the data from April 1st, 2017 to February 15th, 2015, the percentage of scrap material is increasing every month from 5% to 23%. The purpose of this research is to minimize the scrap materials in Warehouse Packaging Marsho PT. SMART Tbk. Surabaya using DMAIC method by implementing Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control stages. The results are the most dominant cause of scrap is the laziness of operator to place materials in accordance with the provisions (general batch). Thus, it is necessary to make improvements to minimize the scrap material by doing a routine briefing from PIC Area Warehouse Packaging Marsho before the operational activities begin.
