Pipe robot is a robot capable of moving inside the pipe. The function of the pipe robot is to monitor pipe defects. The pipe robot is designed to move steadily in the center position inside the pipe. HCSR-04 distance sensor required input to give distance value to the microcontroller so that robot keep running stable and balance, for movement of the robot using DC motor. This robot is made with the aim to move autonomously following the pipeline in detecting pipe cracks. Programming on this robot using Artificial Neural Network algorithm with the Backpropogation method of network structure, consist of 3 input layer, 3 output layer, and 20 hidden layers. Conducted experiments on inputs, hidden layers, and outputs with varying amounts to obtain robust network structure of efficient and precise movement of robots in detecting pipe cracks. The result of movement of the robot in the application of Artificial Neural Network algorithm with Backpropagation method is able to move well and more stable. In this case, it uses 2 ultrasonic sensors and 2 motor outputs. The average robot speed movement is 10 cm/sec.

Parking system has become a significant need for a university. A good parking system is used to ensure the user's vehicle safety. The current parking system applied in Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo is still manual. Instruments of the study are observation, interview, and software development method used is waterfall method. This study has designed a parking application using RFID technology that can show users to empty parking locations so that customers can find vacant parking locations quickly and reduce queuing processes. The identification process is done when a customer enters the parking lot. Media used is in the form of RFID card. With parking applications using Radio Frequency and Identification (RFID), it changes the manual parking system into a more effective and efficient parking system.

In this modern era electricity needs have a huge surge. It can even be said that humans are very dependent on electrical energy. Power outages, disturbing public activities, disrupted traffic flows and even wider relationships between countries can also be affected due to power outages. For that need to be developed alternative energy sources. One of the most untapped ones is the energy of seawater. The energy generated from seawater has advantages, such as environmental friendliness, and does not require much funding. one sign that seawater contains electric current is the presence of a high element of Sodium Chloride (NaCl) and by H2O is decomposed into Na+ and Cl-. With the free charge particle, there is an electric current. Has been done research about sea water that is able to generate electrical energy, where seawater is a compound of NaCl, sea water is a solution of electrolyte with biggest solute. From the results of research conducted that the stress contained in 200 ml of sea water obtained 0,5V, and when added 50 grams of salt voltage increased to 0.8V. By researching the conversion of alternative energy, sea water to generate electricity can help supply electricity from the government to meet the electricity needs in coastal areas.

The current implementation of tax reporting regional Pasuruan hotels have used online (Web-based), with the aim of reporting systems can run effectively and efficiently in receiving the financial statements especially from taxpayer property. Pasuruan as one small town quite rapidly in East Java, have implemented role models online tax filing system starting in 2015, with the amount of 6 hotels, there are several classes of hotels ranging from the budget class up to class three stars. After the application of the system running for 18 months (2015-2016), from existing data, conducted research on the analysis of the level of compliance of taxpayers reporting incomes in a hotel. On the research was designed and built a system to evaluate the level of compliance with the performance from the taxpayer (WP) in the 2nd year (2016) and are classified in categories (1) the taxpayer (WP) very obedient (ST), (2) the taxpayer (WP) is quite obedient (CT), (3) Taxpayers (WP) less obedient (KT). Input data will be processed using the technique of data mining algorithms Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) to form the table of probability as a basis for the process of classification levels of taxpayer compliance. Based on the results of the measurement, the test results show with an accuracy of 50% i.e. 3 taxpayers is the very obedient (ST) to pay taxes. Then from the classification, the study could be made of recommendation solutions to guide the taxpayer in reporting revenues well and true.

Achievement motivation is one of factor that can influence a person perform to doing their best activities to achieve the goal that has been set. Achievement of learning outcomes that is student ability skills determine from student involvement in the learning process, so the student must be active during their study process. Because of that, by knowing the achievement motivation level is important for the teacher to create the learning environment which suitable to student characteristic so the achievement motivation can be empowered during the learning process. This study, implemented the Radian Basis Function Network (RFBN) to develop the modeling system of student achievement motivation that are high, middle, and low achievement motivation. The study result showed the system accuracy value of 93,09%. Modeling resulted that this student achievement motivation level can be used in education as a reference in determining the learning process for vocational student so that the learning becomes effective and the learning goal can be achieved.

The ship robot uses a pH meter sensor to measure the water acidity and LDR sensors for measuring water clarity. The measurement results will be sent directly using bluetooth communication. This ship robot is made with the aim to facilitate in doing research on pH levels and water clarity level To get accurate results required sensitivity and proper sensor placement. Testing sensitivity on ship's pH robot sensors by comparing two gauges to see the difference in measurement values obtained. Sensory clarity test by looking at the change in Lux value (Lighting Refraction) based on sensor placement distance. Lux value is the readable value of the smartphone to display the clarity level in the water. Sensory clarity test using 3 samples with the clear category, somewhat clear, cloudy. The distance of sensor placement ranging from 1-5 cm. For acidity measurements, the SKU pH sensor: SEN0169 has an average accuracy of 0.06-2.33%. While on the measurement of clarity, the higher the value of lux then the higher the level of clarity and the lower the value of lux then the lower the level of clarity.

Babesia parasite is one of the parasites that infect the cow blood and it can cause death. Observation of blood data sample in the laboratory used a microscope equipped by optilab cameras. The form of microscopic observation of a blood must be supported by the skill of the observer to determine whether the blood is parasitic or not. This study aims to find the method of automatic search of parasite Babesia sp form by using the method of active contour model (ACM). Parasite in the blood is very likely to be detected by utilizing the science of image processing. One of the science image processing is Active Contour Model. Initial data in the form of image file was the result from the shoot using camera optilab and it had RGB color. The first data processing was done by doing the color conversion to be homogeneous and facilitated the Active Contour Model works. The preprocessing process invented the RGB-HSV-grayscale-binary/ BW conversion method. HSV was used to remove colors considered as noise. To reinforce the parasite object, the background was converted to grayscale, then the removed image of the noise color and the grayscale back-ground were converted to binary imagery. This research finds the method of Active Contour Model which can do maximum cropping on the binary image. In the grayscale image, there were still constraints with the edges of the contrast blood form with the background. The result of the implementation of Active Contour Model had accuracy 0.997, Sensitivity 0.99, Specificity 74%.

Decision-making support systems for beneficiaries deserving of the poor are a decision support system that can be used as a tool for assessing the feasibility of providing assistance. The established system only knows the rankings of the population proposals, the population data that has not been stored in the population database, the population data that has not been integrated with the data category, the criteria data, and value data so it requires the process of data input. In the process of data collection methods used are Interviews, Observation, Documentation, Literature Review while the software development methodology used is Prototype. The process of making software by using Macromedia Dreamweaver, language programming used is PHP, Javascript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). This research aims 1) Make the development of decision support system in giving assistance for the poor in Cekok Ponorogo. 2) Conduct the mapping for proposed poor family and received assistance in graphic form. The conclusions of the development of decision support systems are; 1) Population data stored in the form of database that facilitate the process of searching data. 2) The Recorded of the proposed data and who received assistance for each hamlet in Kelurahan Cekok Ponorogo in the form of a graph. 3) Reduce errors in the submission the proposed data of potential beneficiaries
