Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality, facilities, and image partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Sari Asih Ar Rahmah Islamic Hospital. This study uses quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The research sample consisted of 100 outpatients at Sari Asih Ar Rahmah Islamic Hospital, selected using random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis using SPSS Ver 27 software. Based on the data analysis results, the partial test (t-test) results show that service quality (X1), facilities (X2), and image (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y). The simultaneous test (F test) results show that the calculated F value (31.994) > F table (2.70) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that service quality, facilities, and image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah dan mudharabah terhadap profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Asset (ROA) pada Bank Muamalat periode 2020-2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan data laporan keuangan triwulan Bank Muamalat sebanyak 20 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t dan uji-f) dengan software Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0031 < 0,05 dan t hitung -3,44415 > t tabel 2,10982, sedangkan pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0097 < 0,05 dan t hitung 2,91306 > t tabel 2,10982. Secara simultan, pembiayaan murabahah dan mudharabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai F hitung 6,5161 > F tabel 3,592 dan probabilitas 0,0079 < 0,05. Kontribusi kedua variabel independen terhadap ROA sebesar 36,73% sedangkan sisanya 63,27% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, e-wallet-based financial technology, and halal lifestyle on Islamic consumption behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City. The background of this study is based on the many recent phenomena related to consumption behavior, including impulsive shopping, where some individuals, especially Generation Z, tend to buy goods excessively through online shopping due to the temptation of discounts or flash sales even though the goods are not necessarily needed. The data obtained from this study comes from a questionnaire that has been distributed to Generation Z in Bengkulu City who have used E-wallet. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative method using d3escriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Islamic financial literacy and halal lifestyle have a positive and significant relationship with Islamic consumption behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City, while E-wallet-based Financial Technology does not have a significant influence on Islamic consumption behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City

Abstract

The research problem addressed in this study is divided into two main areas: how the provision of interest-free loans by the Alpen Barokah Al-Amien Prenduan Micro Waqf Bank can encourage the growth of MSMEs around the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School and how the promotional strategies implemented by the Alpen Barokah Al-Amien Prenduan Micro Waqf Bank can encourage the growth of MSMEs around the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The focus of this study was to understand the marketing strategies implemented by BWM and their impact on customer business development. The results showed that the promotional strategies implemented by BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri were quite effective in raising public awareness of the importance of Sharia-based financing. These strategies included a community approach through group religious study and training (HALMI). utilization of social media, and partnerships with community leaders. Furthermore, the interest-free loans provided by BWM have been shown to have a positive impact on MSME growth, both in terms of increased turnover and business sustainability. This study recommends increasing innovative promotional strategies to enable more MSMEs to utilize this Sharia financing facility.

Abstract

Abstract Economic empowerment of the community is a goal of the teachings including Islam and Christianity. In Islam, zakat serves as an obligatory form of worship with strategic socio-economic dimensions, as emphasized in At-Taubah:103. Meanwhile, in the Christian tradition, tithing is a religious obligation deeply rooted in the Old Testament (Leviticus 27:30–31) and continues to enjoy moral legitimacy in the New Testament. This article aims to analyze the concept and practice of economic empowerment through zakat and tithing, placing them within the framework of community economic empowerment. This research uses qualitative approach with a literature review method that emphasizes philosophical, theological, and conceptual analysis of primary and secondary sources. The results show that zakat contributes significantly to economic empowerment by increasing the independence of MSMEs, strengthening social institutions, developing business partnerships, and providing educational and business capacity development assistance. Meanwhile, tithing serves as a source of church funds with the potential to improve the economic welfare of congregations through business capital assistance, social infrastructure development, strengthening economic networks, and providing support to the congregation. These findings confirm that despite differing theologically and through distribution mechanisms, zakat and tithing share a common orientation: promoting the independence and well-being of the community.   Keywords: Economic empowerment, zakat, tithing, community welfare

Abstract

The development of cooperatives as the main driver of tempeh Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, is an interesting model in the context of strengthening competitiveness and local economic independence. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by tempeh MSME cooperatives in Sidoarjo, using qualitative research methods with a case study approach at the Sidoarjo Branch of the Indonesian Tofu and Tempeh Producers Cooperative (KOPTI) and similar cooperatives. The results show that the strategy to strengthen competitiveness is carried out through supply chain consolidation, particularly the collective procurement of soybean raw materials (Dethier & Effenberger, 2012; Poulton et al., 2004). In terms of economic independence, cooperatives play a role as learning and inclusive financial institutions (Birchall & Ketilson, 2009) that facilitate increased managerial capacity, access to soft capital, and the formation of a broader marketing network. Synergy between cooperatives, local governments, and other supporting institutions has proven crucial in creating a sustainable business ecosystem (Mazzarol et al., 2018). Challenges faced include fluctuations in global soybean prices, competition with non-organic products, and the regeneration of business actors. It is concluded that the tempeh MSME cooperative in Sidoarjo has developed an effective integrative strategy to build collectivity-based competitiveness and promote local economic independence.

Abstract

The development of social media has increased the role of influencers in shaping Generation Z’s consumption behavior, particularly in the highly competitive cosmetics industry. On the other hand, religiosity represents a value-based factor that potentially influences consumers’ decisions to engage in brand switching. This study aims to analyze the effects of influencers and religiosity on brand switching behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Generation Z respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 18.The results indicate that influencers have a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior. Religiosity also has a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior. Simultaneously, influencers and religiosity significantly influence brand switching behavior, with an Adjusted R Square value of 42.3%. These findings suggest that brand switching behavior among Generation Z is influenced not only by digital social factors but also by religious value considerations such as halal awareness and ethical consumption. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for formulating marketing strategies that align with the characteristics and values of Generation Z.

Abstract

AbstrakSektor pasar modal syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan eskalasi pertumbuhan investor ritel yang signifikan, terutama dari kelompok generasi muda. Data Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) per Desember 2024 mencatat jumlah Single Investor Identification (SID) mencapai 14.871.306, dengan 79,31% di antaranya berasal dari investor berusia di bawah 40 tahun. Meskipun peningkatan partisipasi investor berlangsung pesat, fenomena tersebut belum diimbangi oleh tingkat literasi keuangan syariah yang memadai. Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan (SNLIK) 2024 menunjukkan bahwa indeks inklusi keuangan syariah masih berada pada level 12,88%, yang mengindikasikan adanya kesenjangan antara kemudahan akses digital dan pemahaman fundamental terhadap prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara literasi keuangan syariah, persepsi risiko, dan perilaku investasi investor ritel. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya paradoks antara tingginya inklusi digital dan rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, di mana partisipasi investor lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh dorongan digitalisasi dibandingkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai struktur akad serta strategi mitigasi risiko. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya reposisi strategi edukasi dan kebijakan yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada perluasan akses, tetapi juga pada peningkatan kualitas literasi guna mendukung keberlanjutan ekosistem pasar modal syariah yang kredibel. Central Securities Depository (KSEI) data as of December 2024 records 14,871,306 Single Investor Identifications (SID), with 79.31% aged under 40. Despite the rapid growth in investor participation, this expansion has not been accompanied by an adequate level of Islamic financial literacy. The 2024 National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK) reports that the Islamic financial inclusion index remains relatively low at 12.88%, highlighting a gap between the expansion of digital access and investors’ fundamental understanding of Islamic financial principles. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the relationship between Islamic financial literacy, risk perception, and retail investment behavior. The findings reveal a paradox between high digital inclusion and low Islamic financial literacy, whereby investor participation is primarily driven by digitalization enthusiasm rather than a comprehensive understanding of contractual structures and risk mitigation strategies. The study emphasizes the need to reposition educational strategies and policy frameworks by prioritizing the quality of financial literacy to ensure the development of a credible and sustainable Islamic capital market ecosystem. Abstract

Asuransi syariah dirancang sebagai sistem pengelolaan risiko berlandaskan prinsip risk sharing dan nilai tolong-menolong (ta’awun). Namun, data industri menunjukkan pangsa pasar asuransi syariah di Indonesia masih tertahan di kisaran 5%, mengindikasikan rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan (trust) masyarakat meskipun regulasi dan standar akuntansi (PSAK 108) telah memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara konseptual penerapan prinsip ta’awun dalam asuransi syariah serta implikasinya terhadap pembentukan trust. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-konseptual melalui studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prinsip ta’awun dalam praktik kelembagaan cenderung direduksi menjadi sekadar kepatuhan administratif dan formalitas pelaporan. Akibatnya, nilai tersebut belum terinternalisasi secara substantif dalam tata kelola dan pengalaman etis peserta, yang berdampak pada lemahnya pembentukan trust. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa revitalisasi prinsip ta’awun sebagai nilai etis yang transparan dan akuntabel merupakan strategi krusial untuk memperkuat legitimasi serta keberlanjutan asuransi syariah di Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas distribusi zakat produktif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik yang dikelola oleh BAZNAS Madiun, BAZNAS kota Madiun memiliki berbagai program zakat produktif, seperti BISAFARI, BISAFARI penyandang disabilitas, pemberdayaan UMKM melalui Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) berbasis masjid/musholla, dan program BUNDA (Bantuan untuk Dhuafa Janda). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS Kota Madiun telah melaksanakan program zakat produktif dengan memberikan bantuan modal usaha kepada mustahik yang memiliki potensi ekonomi. Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui survei lapangan dan verifikasi administratif. Hambatan utama dalam pelaksanaan program ini antara lain terbatasnya dana, kurangnya pendampingan usaha, serta rendahnya literasi kewirausahaan di kalangan mustahik. Meskipun demikian, program ini memberikan dampak positif seperti peningkatan pendapatan, kemandirian ekonomi, dan berkurangnya ketergantungan pada bantuan konsumtif. Oleh karena itu, zakat produktif merupakan solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan perlu direplikasi secara lebih luas di daerah lain. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik managed by BAZNAS Madiun, BAZNAS Madiun city has various productive zakat programs, such as BISAFARI, BISAFARI for people with disabilities, empowerment of MSMEs through mosque/musholla-based Zakat Collection Units (UPZ), and the BUNDA program (Assistance for the Dhuafa Widows). Data analysis was carried out descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing was carried out through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that BAZNAS Madiun City has implemented a productive zakat program by providing business capital assistance to mustahik who have economic potential. The selection process was carried out through field surveys and administrative verification. The main obstacles in implementing this program include limited funds, lack of business mentoring, and low entrepreneurial literacy among mustahik. Nevertheless, this program has had positive impacts such as increased income, economic independence, and reduced dependence on consumer assistance. Therefore, productive zakat is a strategic solution to improve community welfare and needs to be replicated more widely in other areas.
