Abstract

Abstrak. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dominan pada aspek pengabdian masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan ini ada banyak konsep yang bisa dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari media pembelajaran untuk mahasiswa. Salah satunya adalah KKN tematik berbasis masjid yang pelaksanaannya juga dilakukan selama masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Masjid Darussalam, Desa Marga Mulya Sakti Kecamatan Penarik Muko Muko. Metode pengambilan data melalui observasi, dan interview. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan KKN pemberdayaan berbasis masjid terdiri dari tahap persiapan dan tahap pendampingan berbasis masjid. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil Setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) selama kurang lebih 40 hari adalah bahwa semua program kerja yang di programkan berjalan lancar baik program unggulan, pokok maupun penunjang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how halal certification affects business actors in Bengkulu City, consumer perceptions of halal-certified products, and the challenges faced by business actors in obtaining and maintaining halal certification. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings of the study indicate that the impact of halal certification varies; 2 out of 5 business actors feel that they have not experienced an increase in their business due to dependence on seasonal markets. Halal certification has a positive impact on consumer trust, where 4 out of 7 consumers consider it important, although 3 out of 7 other consumers pay less attention to it. The main challenges faced by business actors include understanding the certification process, costs, and the obligation to renew the certificate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much land area, capital, labor, and technology influence in increasing the income of chili farming in Tirta Mulya Village, Air Manjunto District, to find out the Islamic production view on production factors in increasing the income of chili farmers. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 30 chili farmer respondents selected through proportional area random sampling techniques, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The results of the hypothesis testing study using the t test showed that the four independent variables studied were proven to be significant, land area and technology had no effect, capital and labor had a partial effect on the dependent variable, namely farmer income. Through the F test, there is a simultaneous influence between land area, capital, labor, and technology as seen from the F_count 10.468 > 2.76 F_table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted, the large influence is seen from the results of the determination coefficient test R^2 of 0.626 or 62.6% while the remaining 38.4% is explained by other factors originating from outside the variables studied. In Islamic production, the production factors used are not only seeking profit but are oriented towards worship so that whatever goods a person produces will emphasize ethics in production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi sertifikasi halal sebagai sumber nilai tambah bagi pelaku usaha komoditas daging ayam potong di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari tingginya konsumsi ayam potong di masyarakat serta kewajiban sertifikasi halal berdasarkan regulasi Jaminan Produk Halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menghimpun literatur primer dan sekunder terkait sertifikasi halal, nilai tambah ekonomi, perlindungan konsumen, serta praktik operasional rumah potong unggas. Analisis konten dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tema, pola, serta implikasi sertifikasi halal terhadap kepercayaan pasar, peningkatan penjualan, daya saing produk, dan kepastian hukum bagi konsumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen, meningkatkan kualitas proses produksi, serta memperluas pangsa pasar bagi pelaku usaha ayam potong. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan sertifikasi masih menghadapi kendala berupa biaya sertifikasi, keterbatasan pemahaman teknis, dan tantangan operasional dalam pemenuhan standar penyembelihan sesuai syariat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sertifikasi halal tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai instrumen perlindungan konsumen, tetapi juga sebagai faktor strategis peningkatan nilai ekonomi pelaku usaha. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi pemerintah, lembaga sertifikasi, dan pelaku industri dalam memperkuat ekosistem produk halal nasional melalui edukasi, pendampingan, dan penguatan kebijakan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist the Social Forestry Business Group (KUPS) of Batu Raja Rejang Village, Hulu Palik District, North Bengkulu Regency in completing the halal certification process for Sako Lemo Nakai Coffee products, which had been delayed. The assistance was carried out through stages of survey and problem identification, education on halal certification, and collaborative continuation of the certification administration with the Halal Laboratory of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno (FAS) Bengkulu. The assistance process included restoring the Halal Information System (SIHALAL) account, checking the completeness of documents, and verifying the production process to ensure that the products are safe for consumption and meet halal requirements. The results of the activity show that structured and collaborative assistance can increase business actors' understanding of the importance of halal certification and successfully encourage the issuance of halal certificates by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). This activity is expected to become a model for halal certification assistance for community-based micro businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, e-wallet-based financial technology, and halal lifestyle on Islamic consumption behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City. The background of this study is based on the many recent phenomena related to consumption behavior, including impulsive shopping, where some individuals, especially Generation Z, tend to buy goods excessively through online shopping due to the temptation of discounts or flash sales even though the goods are not necessarily needed. The data obtained from this study comes from a questionnaire that has been distributed to Generation Z in Bengkulu City who have used E-wallet. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative method using d3escriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Islamic financial literacy and halal lifestyle have a positive and significant relationship with Islamic consumption behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City, while E-wallet-based Financial Technology does not have a significant influence on Islamic consumption behavior among Generation Z in Bengkulu City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko terhadap perubahan itinerary perjalanan ibadah umrah pada PT Berkah Utama Tour and Travel Bengkulu. Perubahan itinerary merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang kerap terjadi dalam penyelenggaraan umrah dan berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai risiko, baik bagi jamaah maupun pihak perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri dari pimpinan perusahaan, staf operasional, serta jamaah umrah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan itinerary disebabkan oleh faktor internal seperti keterbatasan operasional dan koordinasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti perubahan jadwal penerbangan dan kebijakan maskapai. Dampak yang ditimbulkan meliputi risiko kenyamanan jamaah, penambahan biaya, serta penyesuaian pelayanan. Penerapan manajemen risiko yang baik dinilai mampu meminimalkan dampak negatif perubahan itinerary serta meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan jamaah umrah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk management faced by prospective Umrah pilgrims, particularly victims of Umrah Package fraud in Talang Tinggi Village, Seluma Regency, this study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of prospective Umrah pilgrims, fraud victims, and umrah travel agencies. The result show that prospective Umrah pilgrims face various risk, including administrative, operational,legal, economic, social, and psychological risks. The most dominant risks are economic and legal risks, which cause financial losses and uncertainty about departure. The implementation of risk management is carried out through the stages of identification, analysis, evaluation, and risk mitigation. Recommended strategies include increasing pilgrim literacy regarding travel legality, transparency ind fund management, strengthening internal coordination of travel agencies, and emotional support for victims. The impelentation of appropriate risk management is expected to minimize the potential for fraud and increase protection for prospective Umrah pilgrims

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service strategy for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, service quality, and reputation-building efforts of PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri as a Hajj and Umrah travel agency. The research employed a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving managers, supervisors, customer service staff, and Umrah pilgrims. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri implements a systematic service strategy, starting from service planning at the registration stage, transparent package information, well-planned departure schedules, and continuous evaluation through communication with pilgrims. The service quality meets the SERVQUAL dimensions, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, contributing to pilgrim satisfaction and comfort. Reputation building is achieved through regulatory compliance, professional service delivery, consistency between promises and service realization, and the implementation of sustainable social responsibility programs. These results demonstrate that the integration of service strategy and service quality plays a crucial role in building and maintaining corporate reputation in a sustainable manner.
