Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the practice of paroan sawah (sharecropping) in improving farmers’ welfare and to analyze its conformity with the principles of the muzaraah contract in Islamic economics. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving ten informants, consisting of five landowners and five tenant farmers in Sarimulyo Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The results show that the sharecropping system in Sarimulyo Village is carried out traditionally based on verbal agreements between landowners and farmers. The distribution of yields generally follows a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio depending on the contribution of capital and production costs. This practice reflects mutual trust, social justice, and cooperation values, as described by Koentjaraningrat in his theory of agrarian social systems. However, from the perspective of Islamic law, this practice does not fully comply with the principles of muzaraah because there is no written agreement, the distribution of yields is not entirely transparent, and the sharing of production costs tends to be unequal. In terms of welfare, the sharecropping system helps farmers meet their basic household needs, although it has not yet ensured sustainable economic improvement.

Abstract

The Indonesian banking system adopts a dual banking system, consisting of conventional and Islamic banking. Islamic banking emerges as an alternative free from interest (riba), emphasizing Islamic principles in financial transactions, such as financing based on the murābaḥah contract. One financial institution implementing this system is BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Murābaḥah has become one of the most in-demand products, increasing annually and showing a significant contribution to the bank's operations. However, the increase in murābaḥah financing does not always align with rising profitability, which in this study is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Based on financial reports from 2015 to 2021, murābaḥah financing tends to increase, while ROA fluctuates and tends to decline. This phenomenon raises questions about the effectiveness of the murābaḥah profit margin in improving the profitability of Islamic banks.. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population includes the financial reports of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar from 2018 to 2023. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, which gives each population member a chance to be selected as a sample. The data were analyzed using classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results show that the murābaḥah financing profit margin does not significantly affect profitability (ROA), with a t-count value of -1.700, which is smaller than the t-table value of 2.064. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.116, indicating that the murābaḥah profit margin only contributes 11.6% to the profitability variable, while the remaining 88.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of iB Working Capital products at Bank Jateng Syariah to find out the target market of iB Working Capital products and to determine the level of customer interest. This type of research is field research conducted using qualitative research. The study obtains data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. This research was conducted at Bank Jateng Syariah, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive type using a deductive mindset, namely by comparing theory with catalytic events from the field. The result of this study is that the marketing strategy applied to the Working Capital iB product at Bank Jateng Syariah is a marketing mix consisting of products, places, promotions, people, and processes (5P) this shows a significant positive influence in increasing customer interest or the general public. Improving marketing strategies for the better provides socialization around rural areas where the dominant community may not yet understand Islamic banking and its products. This research is expected to put forward research implications that may be beneficial for the bank and society. Optimizing the role of Islamic financial institutions in the implementation of working capital iB.

Abstract

Transformation leaders play an important role in directing the organizational transformation process, especially in integrating the stages of change into the new organizational culture. Management in the digital era emphasizes the use of digital technology to manage business operations and human resources, including the implementation of digital systems to improve operational efficiency, communication, and decision making. This research is a description with a qualitative approach that uses a literature review as a secondary data source to examine leadership transformation in strategic management in the digital era. The transformational leadership model highlights the importance of leaders in driving organizational focus, building trust, and improving performance. Leadership in the digital era demands value congruence, inspiration, empowerment, and simple strategies. Future leaders need to have creativity, good communication skills, the ability to manage failure, and the ability to lead innovation in a changing era

Abstract

The main problem in increasing the scale of MSME businesses is the digital platform that should be used in marketing programs. The purpose of this study is to answer the question of how the role of social media Instagram and Facebook Ads in increasing the scale of MSME businesses. This research applies the Systematic Literature Review method. The findings show that social media Instagram and Facebook Ads have contributed to the increase in business scale. Instagram and Facebook social media have played a role in increasing business scale and influencing consumer engagement and behavior, and generating data that supports marketing strategies.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the application of Artificial Intelligence in the employee recruitment and selection process. The research method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Method using the Publish Or Perish 8 (POP) Application and Vos Viewer. Researchers searched the database from Google Scholar for the period 2015 – 2022. Obtained 200 journals then carried out data reduction using inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain 11 journals that would be reviewed. The results of this research state that artificial intelligence in the recruitment and selection process is very good to use in carrying out the initial recruitment and selection process because it will impact the efficiency of time, energy and costs for the company, but in the final selection it still requires a human recruiter, not IA because IA is difficult to adapt. regarding language and culture which will result in bias in decision making. The tools that are often used in multinational companies are Job Agrigator software, candidate assessman software and ATS (Applicant tracking software).

Abstract

This research aims to answer the question regarding how to implement sharia compliance supervision at BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Gresik. The type of research used is field research using qualitative methods with a prospective case study approach (Prospective Case Study) and described descriptively. The research results obtained show that sharia supervision at BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Gresik is generally carried out in 2 ways. First, every new product/activity that will be launched. Second, supervision is also carried out on products/activities that have been launched. Both forms of supervision are carried out in several stages which have been adapted to applicable regulations

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, sikap kerja dan kinerja karyawan Hotel X di Samarinda. Data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil dari kuisioner menggunakan google form yang dibagikan kepada responden penelitian yang diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh sebanyak 46 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Aquare (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sikap kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sikap kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Bagi Hasil dan BI Rate terhadap Deposito Mudharabah. Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa data sekunder. Populasi penelitian yaitu laporan keuangan PT. BPRS Al Wasliyah Medan dengan sampel penelitian data laporan keuangan dari periode tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji persamaan regresi dengan presepsi Tingkat Bagi Hasil (X1), BI Rate (X2), dan Deposito Mudharabah (Y).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Tingkat Bagi Hasil dan BI Rate berpengaruh terhadap Deposito Mudharabah, secara parsial Tingkat Bagi Hasil yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Deposito Mudharabah di BPRS Al Wasliyah Medan. Dari hasil uji t disimpulkan bahwa variabel Tingkat Bagi Hasil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Deposito Mudharabah. Hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan perhitungan parsial untuk t hitung pada variabel Tingkat Bagi Hasil (5,826) dan BI Rate (2,613) sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,423 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yang ada di BPRS Al Wasliyah Medan 57,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, bahwa BI Rate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Deposito Mudharabah dan Tingkat Bagi Hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Deposito Mudharabah. Kata kunci: Tingkat bagi hasil dan BI Rate, Deposito Mudharabah

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perubahan Kurs Rupiah dan Harga Batu Bara terhadap pergerakan harga saham PT Baramulti Suksesarana Tbk (BSSR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah data fluktuasi kurs rupiah, harga batubara, dan pergerkana harga saham sedangkan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah data harian fluktuasi kurs rupiah, harga batubara, dan pergerkana harga saham PT BSSR selama satu tahun terakhir (Januari 2021- Februari 2022). Data yang digunakan merupakan data skunder yang diperoleh melaui berbagi sumber resmi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan Program Eviews dengan menggunkan metode Vector Autoregression/Vector Error Correction Model (VAR/VCM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guncangan harga batubara dunia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pergerakan harga saham BSSR dalam jangka pendek sementara pengaruh tersebut cenderung melemah dan negatif untuk jangka panjang sehingga harga batubara bisa dijadikan sebagai salah satu dasar pertimbangan utama dalam menentukan keputusan investasi saat ini pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan khususnya batubara. Sementara itu, kurs tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pergerakan harga saham BSSR khusunya jangka pendek sementara untuk jangka panjang terdapat kenaikan pengaruh meskipun tidak signifikan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kurs lebih sesaui digunakan sebagai dasar keputusan investasi untuk jangka panjang atau lebih dari satu tahun. Kata Kunci : Fluktuasi Kurs, Harga Batubara, Pergerakan Harga Saham Abstract This research aims to determine the impact of changes in the Rupiah Exchange Rate and Coal Prices on the share price movements of PT Baramulti Suksesarana Tbk (BSSR). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is data on fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate, coal prices, and stock price movements, while the sample that will be used is daily data on fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate, coal prices, and PT BSSR share price movements during the last year (January 2021-February 2022) . The data used is secondary data obtained through sharing official sources. The data analysis technique was carried out with the help of the Eviews Program using the Vector Autoregression/Vector Error Correction Model (VAR/VCM) method. The results of this research show that world coal price shocks have a positive and significant effect on BSSR share price movements in the short term while this effect tends to be weak and negative in the long term so that coal prices can be used as one of the main considerations in determining current investment decisions in the company. mining sector, especially coal.
