Abstract : The existence of guidance and counseling teachers in schools have an important role to shape the character of students, helping any problems experienced by the students, and have the task of developing psychological and social aspects of students. Character is the nature or character of oneself that is unique to everyone as a result of a pattern of behavior, norms and morals that formed positively. In the aspect of character education, all that does is actually located on the affective and psychomotor contact with the character education. Improved guidance and counseling services in schools in this group bk services is one form of educational activities for the achievement of national education goals.

Communication ability is a form of development that focuses on the language aspect. This study aims to obtain data about the description of the use of role playing methods, description of communication skills (expressive language) of children, as well as to test whether there is influence of role playing methods on the ability of expressive language children. By involving 20 students selected by simple random sampling technique, data were collected through initial and final test after the students were treated using role playing method then the data was analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistic in the form of Wilcoxon test. The results of data analysis showed that the expressive language ability of children increased after being treated through learning role play method.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran hasil belajarÂ siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sumarorong yang aktif dalam kegiatan OSIS dengan yang tidak aktif. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa kegiatan yaitu merencanakan penelitian, mengumpulkan data (dengan dokumentasi), menganalisa data, dan menyusun laporan penelitian. Untuk menyusun laporan penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif dengan rancangan analisis t-test. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas XII dengan sampel 40 orang yang masing-masing 20 orang untuk kelompok yang aktif dalam kegiatan OSIS dan 20 orang untuk kelompok yang tidak aktif. Hasil analisa data didapatkan bahwa nilai t0 (thitung) sebesar 2,452 lebih besar dari nilai tt (ttabel) yaitu sebesar 2,021 pada taraf signifikasi 5%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan OSIS dengan siswa yang tidak aktif. Hasil belajar siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan OSIS lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak aktif.

Tujuan artikel pemikiran ini adalah menekankan kembali peran widyaiswara dalam menentukan kualitas sebuah kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Beberapa hasil penelitian sebelumnya dikaji, dibandingkan dan disimpulkan guna melahirkan sebuah hasil pemikiran yang sekaligus dapat direkomendasikan untuk peningkatan dan perbaikan kegiatan Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dapat diukur melalui tingkatÂ kepuasan dan tingkat kepentinganÂ pesertaÂ diklat terhadap kompetensi widyaiswaraÂ yang terdiri dariÂ KompetensiÂ Pengelolaan Pembelajaran,Â KompetensiÂ Kepribadian,Â dan KompetensiÂ Substantif. Kesimpulan pada artikle iniÂ :1) Widyaiswara harus mencermati ketiga kompetensi widyaiswara yang meliputi KompetensiÂ Pengelolaan Pembelajaran,Â KompetensiÂ Kepribadian,Â dan KompetensiÂ Substantif. 2) KompetensiÂ Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, perlu mendapat perhatian utama sesuai hasil penelitian sebelumnya, untuk dicarikan pemecahannya agar pada diklat berikutnya dapat memuaskan peserta diklat. 3) Kurikulum perubahan diklat kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat. Artinya Jika kurikulum perubahan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta dikat maka kepuasan peserta diklat akan semakin tinggi, sebaliknya semakin kurang baik dan kurikulum perubahan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta diklat maka kepuasan peserta diklat akan semakin rendah.

This research was held to find out the dynamics of psychological subject in polygamy, the way of handle the family, and the interaction of another family member, the research method is qualitative research by using study case approach through deepÂ interview and observation during the interview, the subject of the research is the main subject it is husband, for another subjects are first wife, second wife, third wife, and forth wife, and one of the children from the main subject, the research result shows that there is psychological dynamic in her polygamy life and her family, the are, positive impact and negative impact, from the positive impact like protect and help the old women but not yet marriage and the woman who have criminal problem like harassment in their family, stay away from something not good in religion, and can built a good relationship, the wife have a partner in working and care together to the husband, and feel free when they donâ€™t have time, the other ones, there is a negative impact, there are there is a jealousy between the wife and the polygamy, the is negative thinking in social life, the way of subject care the family, by teaching religious point to all the member of family, the interaction of family member held by meet together, built a relationship, care each others, protect, and keep to all the member of family, the subject is blind person but he has a good personality to all people so thatâ€™s why many woman love her.

Language development is a very important stage in the lifespan of early childhood. The problem in this study is the low ability of children in the language which is characterized by several indicators of language development. The aimed of this study was to determine the effectiveness of role-playing both macro and micro to develop the language of early childhood. The research method employed was classroom action research which approach is done through quantitative analysis (percentage analysis) to calculate the number and percentage of children who achieve the development in cycle I and cycle II. Qualitative analysis (assessment analysis) is conducted to determine the progress of children achievement in the form of not yet developed (BB), developing (MB), developing as expected (BSH) and developing very well (BSB). The data collection technique is done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that role play is very effective for developing early childhood language skills. In language learning activities through role play then the factors that must be considered is the factors of motivation and interest of early childhood.

The objective of this research is to improve the competence of farmers innovation and to commercially work. Specific targets to be achieved are analyzing the process of trying to improve people's welfare. The goal achievement method is to implement intensification, extensification, diversification, agricultural rehabilitation and cooperation with agricultural extension and to analyze the result of intstrumental rational action and commercial action. The results of this study describe the innovations developed by farmers and the innovations gained from agriculture. This research is conducted in Pallime Kabupaten Bone. The findings of this research can illustrate the techniques of innovating, intensifying and diversifying in order to produce export quality agricultural products. While other findings, farmers can increase the commercial competence of farming. Moreover, the results of research can be used as reference for the development of science and technology in the field of agriculture. This research can have implication to the improvement of people's prosperity which is in Pallime of Bone Regency. The conclusion of this research is farmer try farmer which suitable agriculture extension advocate and experience of farming. Farmers choose farming activities that can be commercially profitable from their rational actions. Farmers prioritize commercial benefits and optimal added value.
