Abstract

The wokbolic antenna is used to capture the 2.4 GHz wireless LAN signal. The reflector is made of a frying pan. Focus on using a foil-lined paralon pipe. At the focus is given a USB adapter to capture the signal reflected by the reflector. To see the feasibility of a tool needs to be compared with equipment that has a standard data sheet. So a research was conducted by comparing the capture power of the wokbolic antenna with a directional parabolic antenna. The research method used is a real experimental method, namely an experimental signal strength measurement of both antennas at the same location, altitude under LOS conditions. From the results of experiments conducted at five distances: at a radius of 50 meters, 73 meters, 120 meters, 150 meters, and 290 meters. The farther the capture distance, the smaller the received signal, this happens to both antennas. After the data is obtained in the form of signal strength, then the antenna gain is calculated. The results of the antenna gain calculation show the difference between the gain of the wokbolic antenna and the directional satellite dish. To see if the difference in antenna gain is significant, it is analyzed by t-test. From the t test, it turns out that t count is greater than t table, it can be concluded that the difference in antenna gain is not significant.

Abstract

The majority of student teaching and learning activities are currently carried out conventionally without a touch of high technology along with the development of existing technology. The importance of using technology in teaching and learning classrooms is because current needs are increasing with the times. Therefore, activities were carried out to build a prototype application system for turning off and turning on electronic equipment built in blynk. Android as a new alternative solution for remote control. In addition, the control system built utilizes the WiFi network for sending control instructions to Arduino and the Blynk application as a system user interface on smartphones. To be able to turn off and turn on electronic devices through the Blynk application, the user must be connected to the internet and the microcontroller must be connected to the internet network. This system using the internet network will make it easier to turn off and turn on electronic devices in class every day. This tool is also equipped with a turn off or turn on feature on a smartphone via the Blynk application. This study also uses the prototype method which has 5 stages of development, namely communication, rapid planning, modeling and planning quickly, making prototypes and testing systems. This tool is very useful for educational institutions today, because with this tool teachers or staff no longer need to turn off or turn on electronic devices manually every day.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictu mosquitoes (Kinansih at all, 2020). This Aedes mosquito is one of the mosquitoes that is widespread in the territory of Indonesia, with the exception of areas that are at an altitude that exceeds one hundred meters above sea level. The Puskesmas Taman Krocok is located in the east of Bondwoso city, where every year during the rainy season there are many patients affected by dengue fever due to lack of counseling from the health department where the location under review is almost at the foot of the mountain, so the potential for dengue fever is very fast. .The researcher will carry out the classification process using Naïve Bayes which acts as a feature selection on the data obtained from the Taman Krocok Health Center. From the problems that have been described above, the researchers raised the title of Application of Data Mining for Classification of DHF with the Naïve Bayes Method (Case Study of Puskesmas Taman Krocok). Researchers hope that this classification process can help in handling dengue fever, especially at the Puskesmas Taman Krocok.

Abstract

Zakat is issued when it is able and the wealth has reached the nishab. Zakat funds are collected from zakat givers (muzakki) and then distributed to zakat recipients (mustahik). The problem that often arises when distributing zakat is the inaccurate determination of mustahik. This happened because of an error in the distribution of aid. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a GUI-assisted Matlab application to help determine the clustering of poverty in prospective mustahik residents using the K-Means algorithm. The stages of the method in this study include 1) data collection, 2) data processing, 3) data clustering using the K-Means algorithm assisted by the GUI Matlab, 4) analyzing the output into three clusters. The results of this study are cluster 1 is a cluster with a low value which is included in the affluent region, namely the Bulungan region, cluster 2 is included in the middle region, namely Tarakan, Malinau and Tana Tidung, and cluster 3 is a cluster with a high value which is included in the less fortunate region, namely Nunukan region. This means that areas in cluster 3 should be prioritized by the government in giving zakat or other government assistance programs than areas in cluster 1 and cluster 2.

Abstract

Information on water levels needs to be conveyed quickly. So, when the rainfall is high, the supervisory team that monitor the drainage water level needs to be alert move quickly to prevent losses. In addressing these problems, the author will provide a solution in Monitoring of the water level system in the drainage water reservoir so that the operator and maintenance team can find out if there is an over discharge in the drainage water reservoir when the rainfall is very high. By utilizing ultrasonic sensors to detect changes in drainage water level. The ultrasonic sensor used has better reliability than other proximity sensors. In addition, the use of the ultrasonic sensor capability on the prototype is only on the Centimeter scale, and with the help of a buzzer as a reminder indicator (alarm) to find out the water level approaching the sensor. Float switch is also used to determine the water level, namely low, medium and high.

Abstract

The cars that can move on their own or have the ability to drive without assistance from humans are called autonomous cars. The development of various types of driverless vehicles is currently underway. Where in the future the computer system will replace the role of humans in driving vehicles. However, the problem in autonomous cars that deserves attention is the need for high security. Early warning systems are needed in autonomous car systems to detect objects in front of them. This is necessary to avoid accidents, especially when on the highway. In this study, researchers designed a system for vision-based vehicle detection in detecting cars in front of them. The detection algorithm used has two main components, namely color feature extraction using GLCM values, and 6 parameter testing of GLCM dissimilarity, correlation, homogeneity, contrast, ASM and energy. In this study using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithm for the classification algorithm. Good accuracy results are found in the ASM feature and using an angle of 450, which is 88%.

Abstract

The main characteristic of the toy industry is its rapid change and uncertainty. Demand, influenced by certain trends, can change abruptly and suddenly disappear when the next viral product takes over the market. Constant product innovation, short life cycles and high cannibalization rates have the potential to incur higher relative costs compared to other industries in terms of inventory obsolescence, lost sales and reduced prices. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to predict toy sales using the LightGBM algorithm model in a time-series form with a sales dataset of 460 toy items classified into 14 categories within a time span of 1,353 days with a prediction period of 1, 3, and 6 months. This study produced 42 models based on product category and prediction period, with the best RMSE value of 0.0042 in the KARTU toy model, and 3 models for all categories based on the prediction period with the best RMSE value of 0.0380 in the 1 month prediction period.
