Abstract

The aim of MBKM is to encourage students to master various fields of science with their fields of expertise. This policy gives students the opportunity to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Independent Learning Campus policy encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Not only highly educated but able to become agents of change in small and large scope. The resulting changes and innovations are able to make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. In general, this research is based on the principles of descriptive analytic/descriptive analysis. The results of the research that has been done, namely about the implementation of independent learning on an independent campus to support the creative digital economy of students, obtained good results in terms of understanding and implementation in the field when carrying out assistance in downstreaming processed food products for rural communities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention of Vocational High School (VHG) students in East Jakarta. This study aims to determine and analyze the mediating effects of self-efficacy on the effect of digital literacy on students' entrepreneurial intention. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The population of this study were all students SMK 22 dan 67 in Jakarta Timur of class XI class 2021/2022 as many as 316 students, while based on Slovin calculations the sample of this study was 70 students. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that: 1) the level of digital literacy, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial of students were in the very high category. 2) Digital literacy affects the entrepreneurial intention of students. 3) self-efficacy mediate the effect of digital literacy on students' entrepreneurial intention. These findings indicate that to increase intention in entrepreneurship, the learning process in SMK needs to be emphasized on efforts to increase digital literacy and self-efficacy

Abstract

One function of the BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi is collect zakat, infak, and shadaqah, but the limitations it has encouraged the BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi to maximize the role and duties of UPZ. The research is aimed at figuring out UPZ’s role in boosting ZIS collections of BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi. The research site is BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi office, which ran from 17 January 2022 to 17 February 2022. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method by using two data sources that were generated from interviews with staff BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi or called primary data and data obtained from boooks, journals, thesis, and notes or called secondary data. Research shows that the amount of money that goes into the BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi via UPZ is down through the year, but the ZIS collected by UPZ to BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi is highest in value compared to the collection from other sources. The more funding that can be collected, the more channeling that can be given to those who are entitled to it.

Abstract

Studies on business strategy analysis using digital marketing are quite a lot done for large company loci. But the study of business strategy analysis using digital marketing for MSMEs is still growing. This study aims to analyze business strategies using digital marketing for MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was obtained through searching and observing various digital applications related to MSME marketing. The results showed that in the post-covid-19 pandemic, there was a habit of people who like to shop online and a business strategy was needed to deal with this and to maintain the existence of MSMEs. with digital marketing. Business strategies can be implemented in post-pandemic MSMEs as a digitalization strategy using digital marketing, by applying search engine marketing, digital content marketing, Pay-per-click Ads, to influencer marketing. Although the pandemic has begun to end, it is believed that the use of digital media will not decrease

Abstract

Start-ups have become an important part of the business development of young entrepreneurs. There is enough evidence to show that young entrepreneurs are successful with the start-ups they build. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused massive digital use in life. This reality is increasingly providing greater opportunities for young entrepreneurs to do business by building start-ups. Even though the pandemic is almost over, it is believed that the massive use of digital media will not decrease. This study aims to analyze the role of start-ups for the development of student entrepreneurship after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was obtained through observation and searching on various digital media platforms and official websites related to student entrepreneurship. The results showed that the role of start-ups during the pandemic for the development of student entrepreneurship was very beneficial, due to the assistance of various platforms or media that could be used to develop the business of student entrepreneurs. Thus, the role of start-ups is the main factor, it is important that these business ideas arise from problems that have been experienced by the Indonesian people, so that from these problems emerge creative solutions so that they are developed by startup business people into a value that can help solve problems and also meet community needs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of servicescape and trust on interest in buying bags moderated by personal selling. This research was conducted in the Greater Jakarta area. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. This research data is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers using live streaming on Facebook. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the PLS data analysis method. based on statistical tests, the results of the study show that servicescape has a positive and significant effect on trust and significantly on buying interest. While personal selling moderation has no significant effect on buying interest

Abstract

Technology that develops rapidly causes significant changes in the accounting field. These changes require accountants to continue to follow developments and improve their competence. Historically, the development of accounting has been divided into three eras, starting from the farming era and then the industrial era to the present, namely the information age. The more advanced information technology (IT), the more influence it will have on the accounting field. One of the effects of IT progress can be seen in the development of accounting information systems (AIS) in terms of processing data, internal control, and increasing the amount and quality of information in financial reporting. The development of computer-based AIS in producing financial reports also has an impact on the audit process. Although at first it gave the accounting profession a sense of worry, the development of IT in the end provided new opportunities for the accounting profession. The new opportunities that can be achieved include computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consultants and web trust audits. Advances in IT brought significant changes to the development of accounting and also brought many benefits for both employees and companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the comparison of PSAK 55 and PSAK 71 and their impact and implementation on PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk. The descriptive qualitative method which is explanatory research with a literature study approach and content analysis is the research method used. In this study, secondary data is the data used which takes data and information from the annual financial statements of Bank BNI sourced from the BEI website. The results of the study are the impact of the enactment of PSAK 71 which lies in the measurement and grouping of financial assets, as well as the calculation of CKPN which was originally calculated based on historical data to be forward looking.

Abstract

Intangible assets are non-monetary assets that have a value and useful life of more than one year. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of intangible assets to LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The data in this study uses secondary data obtained from LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 that apply intangible assets to their financial statements. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 24 of 42 companies that are used as objects of research and qualitative descriptive methods to analyze the presentation of intangible assets in the statement of financial position and notes to financial statements. The results show that the majority of LQ45 companies present intangible assets in the financial statements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. The population according to Arikonto (2010:173) is the entire research subject. Population research is done if the researcher wants to see all the elements in the population. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMK Islam Donomulyo Malang Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year which consisted of 2 classes totaling 65 students. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation methods. Validity test with Product moment technique and Alpha Crombach reliability test, test data analysis requirements using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect of the variable mastery of productive subjects, industrial work practices (prakerin) and learning motivation on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Islam Donomulyo Malang Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year. of 49.905%. There is a significant influence on the mastery of productive subjects on the work readiness of class XI students at the Donomulyo Islamic Vocational School, Malang Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year by 51.31%. There is an influence of prakerin on the work readiness of class XI students at Islamic Vocational School Donomulyo, Malang Regency in the academic year 2021/2022 by 31.84%, There is a significant influence of learning motivation on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Islam Donomulyo, Malang Regency in the Academic Year 2021/2022 by 33.05%.
