Abstract

It is believed that good corporate governance practices assist significantly in uplifting corporate performance, and brings in business success and sustainability. This study aims to shed light on the impact of corporate governance practices on corporate sustainable growth in India. A sample size of leading 139 non-financial companies listed in NSE for five years has been used in this study. Abstract

By using Indonesian case studies, this research plan to fill the research gap (conceptual, methods and contexts) in the theories of transaction cost economics, multi-attribute utility theory, agency theory and information-processing theory, through variable based modeling. For business and industry stakeholder point of view, this research is expected to be useful for Indonesian e-commerce platform ecosystem stakeholders especially regulators, to give insights towards dynamics within e-commerce platform ecosystem. This paper originality lies on proposing e-commerce conceptual model by using multidisciplinary approach through combining four main constructs, which consists of relative e-commerce platform performance, digital promotion capability, customer experience review rating and supply chain capabilities. The model also accommodates seasonal pricing and logistic outsourcing as intervening variables to examine model sensitivity. Abstract

Remote working is a concept in which the employees do not commute or travel to the Organizations place of work but allows the employees to work outside of the traditional office environment. Employee engagement can be viewed as an attitude of an employee/employee’s a to be productive, to excel and therefore be committed towards the organisation. Remote working applies to a variety of employees especially office or desk-based workers. This paper explores different facets of the remote worker’s persona and provides recommendations and practices to enhance employee engagement of the employees working remotely. Remote work culture is not a new concept, but due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic situation there seems to be a rapid shift of many employees to the remote working model essentially working away from the traditional office ecosystem. This paper examines two aspects of working remotely, a.
