Abstract

The construction sector is one of the strongest sectors in supporting economic growth in Indonesia. In supporting the development and demands for the provision of services from the construction sector, as a state of law, the state of Indonesia has laws in the construction sector, one of which is on Occupational Health and Safety (K3). One of the efforts to minimize the consequences caused by work accidents, every worker is required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Lack of self-awareness and discipline of workers in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), can result in a fairly large risk of work accidents. So there needs to be automatic detection for workers in the use of good and correct PPE. This research is using the latest method from R-CNN, namely Mask Region Convolutional Neural Network (Mask R-CNN). The best model obtained is the epoch 35 parameter with a loss value of 0.1985 and a val_loss value of 0.1933 in 461s 922ms/step. Trial ith 250 images which produces an accuracy 0f 95%.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) has an important role for an organization in supporting business activities. The implementation of IT supports the transformation of business processes, reduces operational costs (reduce costs), improves service quality to consumers, and ultimately supports organizational performance improvement. In line with the development of IT, currently IT is seen not only as a tool for business activities, more than that, IT has a strategic role in achieving the organization's business goals. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to support adequate IT management so that the existence of an IT infrastructure is needed. Of course, all forms of IT utilization and processing cannot be separated from threats to data integrity and network security. The Riau Provincial Government as part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is aware of the demands of the develop 1ent of ICT already has many Information Systems, especially in Diskominfo. In achieving the organization's business goals requires risk management for success or smooth achievement. According to Emmett Vaughan and Therese Vaughan, risk management is a scientific approach that aims to overcome all risks by anticipating losses that occur and implementing procedures that are able to minimize losses. There are various methods and tools for risk management analysis, one of which is quite popularly used is FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis). The results of the analysis show that the greatest potential for failure is hardware damage due to irregular maintenance and improper use of RPN 144. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be seen what potential failures have the highest RPN value that must be prioritized first.

Abstract

Every year the number of electricity consumers continues to increase, but knowledge about electricity is still poorly understood, especially for consumers in the household aspect even though digital kWh meters have been applied, this causes the use of electrical energy to be less efficient. This study aims to create a monitoring tool for the use of electric power as well as a notification so that consumers can save electricity costs. The method used is research and development to improve existing products by testing their effectiveness. This tool uses the PZEM-004T module as a current and voltage reader sensor, and Blynk 2.0 as an internet of things platform. The test results show the tool can read the voltage with a difference of 0.7V and the current with a difference of 0.1433A. The tool can monitor electricity, and there are notifications on tools and smartphones in the form of warnings for 500 Watt usage, increasing the number of usages of Rp. 5000, and Offline conditions. The experiment of implementing the tool for 6 days, consumers were able to save electricity usage as much as 0.51kWh or equivalent to Rp.781.01 compared to without the tool.

Abstract

Wholesale PA1000 RAJA is a wholesaler with its address at Batang Kumu II, Rokan Hulu, Riau and has been around for about 9 years. This PA1000 RAJA wholesaler is still recording sales and inventory manually with a book, so that there is often a shortage of goods when ordered by customers or too many goods in the warehouse. Based on the existing problems, a website-based information system was created to manage the existing inventory at the wholesaler. In making this information system applies the ROP method as a form if the inventory is below the minimum limit, then there is a warning so that the wholesaler reorders goods that have been exhausted. After knowing the amount of stock, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is needed to find out how much the economic quantity of goods that must be ordered. Based on the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) which was carried out 3 times, it was stated that all user needs had been met as a whole.

Abstract

Examinations in schools that still use paper require a great deal of time, effort and money to implement, especially in the activities of printing, duplicating and distributing exam questions to students who will take the exam. Therefore, we need a system that can facilitate the filling, duplication and distribution of questions at a small cost. Based on these problems, a web-based CBT application was built that can be accessed anywhere and anytime and can work on multiple platforms (multi-platform). This system was built using the prototyping method to make it easier for developers and users to develop applications from the initial prototype to the production stage. In practice, this application is expected to be able to accommodate exam activities for all students in the school at the same time. Based on this, the application that is made must have reliability and accuracy starting from the process of carrying out the exam to displaying the results. Researchers apply a cache and queue job system to the application to get maximum results. From the results of tests that have been carried out in three stages, the results show that this web-based CBT application is able to accommodate exam activities in schools with a total of 250 students in one exam session and can display a recap of exam results from all participants.

Abstract

Kubernetes is an open-source container orchestration system that can be implemented in both physical and visualized infrastructure. In the implementation of virtualization, there are remaining resources that are not utilized optimally. One way to solve this problem is to implement Nested Virtualization. This study measures performance to analyze the resource usage (CPU, memory, disk, and network) of the Kubernetes cluster on KVM-based nested virtualization technology. The results of using standby and busy Kubernetes cluster memory in nested virtualization are higher, reaching 42% compared to only the Kubernetes cluster, which is 30%. CPU usage in standby and busy conditions in a Kubernetes cluster is higher at 65% compared to a Kubernetes cluster in Nested Virtualization, which is 36%. The high latency result is 237 ms on a Kubernetes cluster compared to a Kubernetes cluster on Nested Virtualization which is 40 ms. The disk read and write speeds of Kubernetes cluster technology are 410 MB/sec and 397 Mb/sec, while the Kubernetes cluster in Nested Virtualization is 116 MB/sec and 597 MB/sec. The network speed for downloading and uploading in a Kubernetes cluster is higher, namely, 39.1 Mbit/s and 53/94 Mbit/s, while the Kubernetes cluster in Nested Virtualization is 35.54 Mbit/s and 53.58 Mbit/s.

Abstract

People's living standards are increasing with the development of the global economy, so that the production of domestic waste is increasing from year to year. However, in waste processing there is still a problem of mixing waste in landfills where hazardous waste is still mixed so that it can cause the spread of covid. Currently the trend is starting to shift to smart devices that use the Internet of Things to solve common problems such as waste management problems. In this study, a Mobile Smart Trashbin is proposed which can reduce direct interaction because it has an automatic opening and closing feature, can sort waste into hazardous and harmless, can transmit waste weight data, and can be controlled remotely and equipped with livestream. The developed system is tested by the methods of functionality testing, performance testing, and connectivity testing. Functionality testing gives the result that the whole system can work. Performance testing on the ultrasonic sensor results in an accuracy rate of 97.18%, the MG995 servo motor is at 100%, the weight sensor has an accuracy rate of 98.65%, and the use of batteries in standby can work for 13 hours 3 minutes 40 seconds and in a running state can work for 1 hour 56 minutes 42 seconds. The connectivity test of the average delay of robot control when given a command is 103.4ms, and the delay in sending waste weight data is 112.8ms.

Abstract

Merancang dan membangun game edukasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna akan meningkatkan aspek dan kebermanfaatan positif dari game tersebut. Siswa tunagrahita memiliki tingkat cederdasan dibawah anak normal. mata pelajaran  bina diri di SLB adalah bpelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa tunagrahita agar mampu melaksanakan kegiatan sehari-hari dan mengurus dirinya sendiri .  Tujuan penelitian merancang dan bangun game edukasi sesuai kebutuhan siswa tunagrahita, agar siswa  senang dan tertarik belajar  bina diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB Sri Mujinab Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research & Development (R&D), kemudian dilanjut kan dengan analisis kepuasan pengguna melalui kuesioner dan observasi lapangan.  Wawancara dan diskusi dengan guru SLB Sri Mujinab dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 orang siswa tunagrahita (10 siswa SD, 10 siswa SMP, 10 siswa SMA) SLB Sri Mujinab Pekanbaru.  Perancangan dan pengembangan game telah berhasil dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan siswa tunagrahita dan 100% telah sesuai berdasarkan pengujian UAT dan validasi materi. Hasil pengujian kepuasan pengguna, 90% siswa  tunagrahita Sri Mujinab menyatakan lebih suka dan menarik belajar bina diri melalui game.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pemiliki usaha kaos sablon adalah kesulitan dalam melakukan pemesanan bahan baku kaos polos. Selama ini pemesanan bahan baku kaos tidak mengambil perhitungan konkrit atau mengacu pada jumlah bahan yang dipesan untuk kaos polos. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem peramalan sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan pemesanaan kaos polos bagi usaha kaos sablon. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, digunakan metode Weight Moving Average (WMA) untuk meramalkan stok kaos sablon. Metode ini cocok digunakan untuk peramalan dengan dengan pola data horizontal, disesuaikan dengan pola data penjualan sejak Januari – Desember 2021. Hasil dari peramalan menghasilkan nilai error terkecil untuk kaos hitam dengan bobot WMA 5 dengan rata-rata Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) 9,97%. Sedangkan kaos putih menghasilkan nilai error terkecil untuk bobot WMA 3 dengan rata-rata MAPE 9,95%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode WMA memiliki tingkat akurasi sangat tinggi karena memiliki nilai MAPE kurang dari 10%.

Abstract

Centered light and heavy equipment rental services are services that have a high risk of loss. Most car tracking systems are still web-based, making it difficult to track and update vehicle rental unit information. In this study, the authors carried out several stages, namely interviews with related parties and following the vehicle tracking process through an ongoing system. Then proceed with an analysis of the needs of the ongoing system development. The programming language used in the development of this system is Android Studio, along with Google Maps and the use of GPS that is needed, which uses the MySql database. The development of a vehicle tracking application will maximize the existing GPS on the vehicle and the functions of Google Maps. With the Android-based vehicle tracking application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for employees and consumers to carry out the process of searching for data and information, as well as tracking units that run in a short time.
