Abstract

Antrian adalah suatu keadaan di mana seseorang harus menunggu gilirannya untuk mendapatkan pelayanan, yang terjadi akibat oleh sekelompok orang yang membutuhkan jasa pelayanan pada waktu yang bersamaan. Salah satu aktivitas mengantri terjadi pada saat melakukan pendaftaran pasien pada suatu Puskesmas. Di masa setelah pandemi, kita sebagai masyarakat di anjurkan untuk tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan, salah satunya adalah menjaga jarak (physical distancing) atau menghindari kerumunan. Namun, di beberapa tempat yang harus didatangi oleh masyarakat, seperti klinik atau puskesmas, kerumunan tidak bisa dihindari karena banyak masyarakat yang sakit dan harus mengantri untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Disamping itu pelayanan yang cepat dan baik juga merupakan salah satu target layanan dari setiap tempat pelayanan publik termasuk puskesmas. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Pekanbaru, Puskesmas Rumbai merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah Pekanbaru yang menangani 6 Kelurahan dengan jumlah penduduk kurang lebih 83 ribu jiwa. Setiap harinya rata-rata kunjungan ke puskesmas Rumbai adalah 35 - 60 pasien. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat maka dibangun sistem antrian online berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan My SQL sebagai databasenya. Aplikasi ini dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) yang berfungsi sebagai pendaftaran online sehingga setiap pasien untuk mendapatkan informasi nomor antrian dan perkiraan waktu pelayanan sehingga tidak perlu menunggu langsung di Puskesmas dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Aplikasi antrian yang dibuat dilengkapi dengan fitur monitoring laju antrian yang sedang berjalan yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Informasi nomor antrian diimplementasikan menggunakan SMS Gateway sebagai notifikasi setelah pengambilan antrian berhasil dilakukan. Hasil pengujian dari aplikasi ini berhasil dilakukan dengan 100% fitur berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Seluruh fungsi dalam aplikasi memiliki respond time yang baik, dengan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap 10 user dengan masing-masing request sebanyak 10 dalam waktu 1 detik.

Abstract

Minanga Village, Bambang District, Mamasa Regency, the people of which cultivate rice plants, usually the yields fluctuate each season, which often decreases or increases unstable. This research is expected to assist in predicting rice yields in accordance with pre-existing criteria and data such as land area, number of seeds, type of fertilizer, rainfall, pests and weeds, pest and weed control, and the rice planting system used (jajar legowo) , by applying the Random Forest Regression algorithm. Evaluation of algorithm performance is measured using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and the coefficient of determination (R²), the results of the Random Forest model obtained from 9 trees, the variable that has the highest value on the variable importance is the variable land area. So that from this model an accuracy value of 95.11% is obtained, the MAPE value in this model is 4.884%, the RMSE value is 0.250 and the R² value is 0.99.

Abstract

School libraries should be accredited with the aim of improving the quality of libraries. Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service (DISPUSIP) in determining a school library that deserves to be accredited is still done manually, namely DISPUSIP went directly to the field to monitor the library in the school and the data collection still used manual entries. Meanwhile, a lot of data must be collected, causing the data to be inaccurate and take a long time. For this reason, a decision support system is needed. The data used are nine junior high schools both public and private as an alternative. While the criteria refer to the school library accreditation instrument issued by the National Library consisting of six criteria, namely collections, library facilities and infrastructure, library services, library staff, library administration and management, and reinforcement. Data analysis using the ARAS method. The results of the study are that Sek 4, Sek 5 and Sek 2 are school libraries that are eligible for accreditation

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (covid-19) merupakan pandemi dunia yang menimbulkan berbagai kerugian di dunia. Diagnosis covid-19 yang valid memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan hasil ini tidak sepenuhnya akurat. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan hasil akurasi adalah dengan menggunakan image classification. k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) adalah salah satu Teknik klasifikasi yang paling banyak digunakan untuk melakukan pekerjaan tersebut, hanya saja kNN masih memiliki kelemahan. Untuk mengatasi kelemahan pada kNN, maka dilakukan modifikasi dengan menambahkan local mean dan distance weight, di mana varian kNN ini dikenal dengan nama Local Mean Distance Weight k-Nearest Neighbor (LMDWkNN). Oleh sebab itu, penelitian kali mencoba membandingkan kinerja kedua algoritma ini untuk melakukan image classification pada citra covid-19. Kinerja diukur berdasarkan nilai akurasi, precision, dan recall, di mana dari hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa kinerja LMDWkNN lebih baik dari pada kinerja kNN. Algoritma LMDWkNN mengalami peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 3.5% untuk nilai akurasi, 2.89% untuk precision, dan 3.54% untuk recall. Meskipun begitu kNN tetap mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang sama baiknya yang mana kinerja kNN akan sangat bergantung dari nilai k yang digunakan

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak bisa kita hindari sehingga segala sektor usaha sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat proses bisnis yang berjalan. Salah satunya adalah Pertamina DPPU SSK II Pekanbaru yang melakukan inovasi terhadap proses monitoring gain and lossess bridger dengan menggantikan proses manual menjadi proses yang menggunakan website. Pembangunan website menggunakan metode waterfall yang memiliki lima tahapan yang harus diselesaikan pertahap. Adapun tahapan dari waterfall adalah requirements, desain, coding, implementation, deployment, dan maintenance. Dengan adanya website yang ini sangat membantu pihak dari Pertamina DPPU SSK II Pekanbaru dalam membantu pihak pertamina DPPU SSK II efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kemudahan dalam mengakses website tersebut. Abstract

Food waste management should be an essential concern in the food and beverages (F&B) industries. FAO notes that the F&B business is one of the causes of food waste, both from the production level to consumer consumption. This study aims to help F&B businesses have a food waste management application, as well as help recommend menus that have a lower probability of food waste appearing. The study uses queuing techniques in handling material stocks and conducting food waste audits by documenting the groupings of the waste produced. The results of the two previous functions become input for the menu recommendation process with minimal waste based on the Contextual Model approach and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The results show that the queuing mechanism in handling material stocks has succeeded in reducing COGS by 24.8%. The waste audit succeeded in calculating the percentage of food loss and food waste that appeared, and the menu recommendations succeeded in providing the best alternative that minimized the appearance of waste

Abstract

Cloud Computing Cluster consists of different servers, working together to ensure that downtime of critical resources is reduced to a minimum with the aim of ensuring that critical resources reach maximum availability which is known as high availability. For the implementation of cluster cloud computing requires a platform that has tools that can support these needs. One platform that can be used is Ovirt. Ovirt is an open source based virtualization solution, designed to manage the entire infrastructure of an agency. Ovirt uses the KVM hypervisor and is built on top of several other community projects, including libvirt, Gluster, PatternFly, and Ansible. Technically Ovirt can have Clustering technology and have High Availability in environments that use more than one hypervisor. Its usefulness is that if one hypervisor has a problem, the Virtual Machine (VM) in it can move to another hypervisor. The result of this research is the achievement of high availability on web server services where web services can still be accessed when two nodes are turned off and when one of the servers is turned off. CPU usage increases when there are multiple number of http requests when multiple nodes are shut down and also when one of the physical servers is shut down, the same thing happens to memory usage which increases by 1% when multiple nodes are shut down and also when one of the physical servers is shut down

Abstract

Politeknik Caltex Riau (PCR) sebagai sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta dengan 10 Program Studi telah mempunyai Sistem Akademik Mahasiswa. Salah satu dari program studi yang ada di Politeknik Caltex Riau yaitu Sistem Informasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara ke Kaprodi, selama ini monitoring akademik mahasiswa dilakukan dengan melihat tabel pada sistem akademik. Dalam melihat pola perkembangan akademik mahasiswa masih memiliki keterbatasan dimana belum adanya dashboard khusus nilai, Proyek akhir, TAK, kompen dan Carry over mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu didapatkan solusi merancang Data Warehouse yang dapat membantu pihak prodi Sistem Informasi dalam menganalisa data terkait akademik mahasiswa. Teknik Pemodelan yang digunakan adalah Fact Constellation. Diharapkan dengan adanya perancangan dan visualisasi ini membantu pihak prodi Sistem Informasi dalam menganalisa perkembangan data akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

In this digital era, information technology is growing rapidly so that it is used to market various things, including homes. There is a lot of information technology about houses being marketed, but it takes a long time to collect information and compare one house to another. However, some of the housing marketed no longer prioritizes comfort, but rather cheap or economical prices. Due to the fact that sometimes unclear data is needed to solve problems, the fuzzy method is a decision-making approach that uses standard relationships but applies fuzzy set theory to the database. Decision making regarding the selection of comfortable housing criteria according to consumers is carried out using the fuzzy Tahani model approach. The fuzzy holdi technique uses house data that has been processed to produce output in the form of house data that is recommended for customers.

Abstract

Public service is one of the activities carried out to fulfill the need for services to the community or individuals. With the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus some time ago, it demands public service delivery to innovate so that public services can run well and optimally even in a situation of physical distancing. One of the innovations was utilizing technology or digital transformation in public services. The aim of this study is to analyze the role and influence of digital transformation in improving licensing services in Majene Regency through the use of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and the SiCantik Cloud application. The method used in this study is explanatory research with analytical techniques using Gartner Analytic Ascendency. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Government of Majene Regency needs to take persuasive approaches to remove existing obstacles to the use of digitalization in licensing services, such as regulating the use of regional digital-based licensing services in a binding regulation, conducting thorough education for users of licensing services, conduct outreach regarding the importance of this digital-based licensing service and expand the reach of fixed broadband and mobile broadband networks in Majene Regency. These things can be done by involving the cooperation of related agencies such as the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and Communication, Information, Statistics and Coding Services (Dinas Kominfo) of Majene Regency.
