Technological advancement provides the biggest impact on the administration and information delivery system in hospitals. The adoption of a Paperless policy by hospitals demands that all activities involving information delivery to be done digitally. The availability of relevant media such as smartphones serve to support the adoption of such a policy. Patients who required the services of the Radiology Facility used to be given printed rontgen images to assist their doctors in their diagnosis, but with the emergence of digitalization, the patients are now provided with digital images that are distributed via WhatsApp. Such a method can also be applied to Radiograph interpretation, where information can be delivered remotely through the usage of PACs and/or WhatsApp. The interpretation standard for radiographs utilizes the DICOM Viewer, which means that recent social media developments offer an increased ease of access to the interpretation process by way of WhatsApp. The image that is sent via WhatsApp typically gets compressed, which consequently causes a loss of information in the image. This study aims to compare doctor’s opinions and image quality viewed between WhatsApp and DICOM viewer. This study is a quanitative comparative study through documentation, observation, and data collecting questionnaire. The study found that the image that was sent using WhatsApp suffered a decrease in size and pixel quantity. Therefore, the anatomical information provided by the two radiographs were different.

Learning activities outside the study program can be participated by active students in the current semester through the credit recognition mechanism according to the study program policy. These activities are monitored by Field Supervisors (DPL) through certain communication media. The obstacles that arise such as students not contacting DPL or communicating with DPL, not reporting activities regularly, only asking for a signature on the final report, and only asking DPL to fill out an activity assessment. The activity recording information system that available only has features for submitting proposals, recording activities and reporting activities for study program admin users. So that it is necessary to develop a feature for monitoring learning activities outside the study program to make it easier for DPL to monitor student activities in certain semesters. The information system was created using the MySQL database and the Codeigniter 3 framework. Feature development was created using the Scrum method with a focus on determining priority features, working on priority features and reviewing the results of feature work. This can help to get information system output quickly according to development needs

Cloud Computing is a network/internet-based computerized system, where resources, software, information and applications are provided for use by other computers in need. Cloud Computing is often used by companies to support the company's web services. The problem that is often experienced in cloud computing is downtime. Where this problem occurs because the file system or web server is an error and does not have a backup. This problem can be overcome by means of cloud computing cluster techniques that can provide web services that have high availability. Clusters consist of different servers working together to ensure that downtime of critical resources is reduced to a minimum with the aim of ensuring that critical resources reach maximum availability which is known as high availability. For the implementation of cloud computing clusters, we need a platform that has tools that can support these needs. One of the platforms that can be used is OpenStack, OpenStack is a free software and open-source software platform for cloud computing, mostly used as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) . One of the packages released by OpenStack is MicroStack which contains tools from OpenStack to build clusters in cloud computing. The result of this research is the achievement of high availability on web server services where web services can still be accessed when two nodes are turned off and when one of the servers is turned off. CPU usage increases when there are multiple number of http requests when multiple nodes are shut down and also when one of the physical servers is shutting down. Memory usage also increases when multiple nodes are shut down and also when one of the physical servers is shutting down.

VPN adalah sebuah teknologi komunikasi yang menggunakan jaringan private (pribadi) yang dapat terhubung ke sebuah jaringan publik. Dengan cara tersebut, maka akan didapatkan hak dan pengaturan yang sama seperti halnya berada didalam jaringan lokal itu sendiri, walaupun sebenarnya menggunakan jaringan publik. Pada penelitian ini yang dipakai adalah protokol GRE over IPSec. GRE adalah protokol enkapsulasi yang secara default tidak mendukung keamanan enkripsi. Maka untuk menambahkan lapisan enkripsi di GRE Tunnel dengan dukungan IPSec dan protokol enkripsi IKEv2. Maka dibuat lah kombinasi antara GRE dan IPSec pada Fortigate yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk membuat jalur tuneling aman antara dua jaringan yang berbeda. Seluruh lalu lintas data yang melewati jalur tuneling akan dienkripsi menggunakan protokol IPSec. Setelah berhasil membangun VPN tunnel GRE Over IPSec, kemudian jaringan tersebut di uji. Hasil pengujian terhadap GRE Over IPSec tunnel VPN dengan protokol IKEv2 sudah berjalan dengan baik dan paket yang melalui tunnel tersebut sudah terenkripsi dengan aman. Sedangkan Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap performa jaringan GRE over IPSec pada Fortigate dilakukan untuk mengukur performa dari delay dan throughput paket yang dikirim, pengujian dilakukan dua kali pengujian yaitu upload dan download. Menurut THIPON dari jaringan yang dibangun termasuk kedalam kategori “sangat bagus”.

Accessing and processing information more effectively and efficiently is made possible through the employment of quality information technology, one of which is in the technology the clinic requires. According to our case study, the clinic is still manually documenting customer service data and experiencing declining repeat client visits. Utilizing information technology is necessary for efforts to boost customer value innovation. As one of its aspects, Customer Relationship Management uses a framework of dynamics to acquire customer satisfaction data from loyal customers. The utilization of customer data will be categorized into platinum, gold, and silver using a ranking system for decision-making with the Simple Additive Weighting method—rating customers through the normalization of a decision matrix. The maximum consumer value based on the parameters determined by the choice matrix is one, while the lowest is 0.27. The testing that has been conducted is black-box testing. It is determined that 100 percent of the system's functionality is operating correctly, and UAT testing reveals that all features operate properly. Usability Testing conducted on patients yielded a ratio of 78.1%, indicating that the clinic evaluated customer satisfaction with the customer relationship management system.

Penggunaan teknologi sangat membantu dalam berbagai proses bisnis organisasi, salah satunya koperasi. Koperasi adalah usaha bersama untuk memperbaiki nasib kehidupan ekonomi berdasarkan tolong menolong. Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi Riau harus berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada anggota dan pelanggannya untuk menciptakan loyalitas anggota. Meskipun telah lama berdiri, koperasi Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi Riau masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft excel dan dokumen kertas dalam manajemen data koperasi. Selain itu, untuk transaksi melakukan peminjaman uang koperasi juga masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Tidak jarang terjadi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data koperasi terutama apabila ada anggota koperasi yang keluar, penambahan simpanan, atau yang melakukan perubahan skema pinjaman. Melihat berbagai kelemahan manajemen data koperasi tersebut, perlu adanya sistem koperasi yang mampu mempermudah kinerja manajemen koperasi. Pada penelitian ini, system koperasi dibangun dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box dengan teknik Boundary value analysis, sistem berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, di mana fitur utama adalah memberikan transparasi, kemudahan transaksi dan pengelolaan data, menghitung simulasi, dan menghindarinya kesalahan pencatatan data.

Therapeutic communication in nursing is the process of communication conducted by a nurse while carrying out nursing interventions, with the aim of providing therapeutic benefits in the patient's healing process. In therapeutic communication, a nurse can gain a deep understanding of the condition of the patient being treated and decide on the most appropriate nursing actions. This is to ensure that the care provided is tailored to the patient's needs, thereby helping to expedite the healing process. A nurse-call device, also known as "nurse-call," is one of the common devices used in hospitals as a means of communication between patients and nurses. This device plays a vital role in delivering optimal nursing care, especially when patients require immediate assistance. In the context of this research, a Smart Glove device is proposed that allows patients to communicate with nurses when they have various needs during the care process. The developed system was then tested using functionality and performance testing methods. The performance testing results showed a minimal error rate of 14%, while functionality testing indicated that the sensors worked well, with an average latency of approximately 9.53ms.

The use of chatbot applications has grown rapidly in areas ranging from customer service to interactive assistance on multiple platforms. In order to improve the quality and responsiveness of chatbots, this research focuses on utilising natural language processing (NLP) as the main method. NLP is a technology that allows for more natural communication between humans and computers and thus allows chatbots to understand and respond to user requests more accurately. The study includes the development of chatbot applications that incorporate the latest NLP techniques, including natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and context understanding. The results show significant improvements in chatbot performance, improved user interaction with the app, and increased user satisfaction levels. The purpose of this study is to ease the work of administrative staff in providing information and make it easier for students and prospective students to get information that exists today. So that providing and getting information becomes easier and more efficient. Data collection is in the form of literature studies, interviews, and observations. Quantitative methods are used in this research process to conduct testing. The system was tested using black box testing successfully and carried out the User Acceptance Test (UAT) by obtaining an average score of 88.6% of student responses with the predicate "strongly agree," which means users are satisfied with this chatbot application. The results of this study prove that chatbot applications using the NLP method can be used to make it easier for students and prospective students to get the information they want.

The research is based on the DeepSun method, a system that uses Convolution Artificial Neural Networks (CNNs) to classify the phases of sunlight by color. Light phases such as the Golden Hour, Blue Hour, and Pink Hour have distinctive visual characteristics, and identifying these light phases automatically can provide a better understanding of the mood and aesthetics of an image. The proposed approach uses a dataset consisting of images collected during various sunlight conditions. The data is annotated with the appropriate light phase label. CNNs are used to extract important features from these images. Then, those features are used as inputs for classifiers trained using machine learning algorithms. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the DeepSun system. The results obtained show that this system is able to classify the phases of sunlight with a high degree of accuracy. Misclassification mainly occurs when light conditions are very similar between certain phases. However, by increasing the amount of training data and improving the CNN architecture, the accuracy rate can be further improved. With the ability to classify the phases of sunlight. With the ability to classify the phases of sunlight automatically, DeepSun can help users to choose the right time to take quality pictures. In addition, the system can also be used to improve automatic image processing and editing based on the desired light phase.

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan suatu bentuk kemampuan dengan menyesuaikan berat dari tubuh manusia yang harus dipenuhi seseorang agar dapat melakukan segala aktivitas atau kegiatan sehari-hari tanpa ada rasa lelah. Kebugaran jasmani juga dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kesehatan jantung dari berapa kali pengguna melakukan gerakan beserta BPM (Beat per Minutes). Pada umumnya orang lupa dalam menghitung berapa kali mereka telah melakukan gerakan dan tidak tahu berapa detak jantung yang mereka dapatkan selama latihan kebugaran. Maka dari itu, dibangunlah sistem monitoring untuk melacak pergerakan tubuh serta kondisi kesehatan jantung dalam latihan kebugaran jasmani yang menggunakan basis IoT yang didukung dengan metode fuzzy mamdani dalam menghitung detak jantung. Mikrokontroler yang digunakan adalah ESP8266 yang dilengkapi dengan modul wifi, sensor PIR dan Heart Rate Sensor. Sensor PIR akan mendeteksi gerakan pengguna. Heart Rate Sensor akan mendeteksi detak jantung pengguna. Dari kedua parameter ini akan dihasilkan status kondisi kesehatan jantung. Kemudian modul wifi akan mengirimkan data ke aplikasi android untuk ditampilkan. Berdasarkan hasil rancangan dan dengan adanya sistem monitoring latihan kebugaran ini pengguna dapat menerapkan gaya hidup yang sehat dan memudahkan dalam melatih kebugaran secara riil time.
