Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, economic actors began to experience a drastic decrease in income due to the spread of covid 19, while one of the impacts of the spread of the covid 19 was the decline in the income of UKM in the tourism sector, this has been real experienced since March 2020 where many UKM have gone out of business, especially UKM that only belong to the home industry, Through the background which has been described, this study aims to analyze the Impact of Covid 19 on the Income of Small Business Actors in the Gemah Beach Tourism Area in Tulungagung Regency, In this study, researchers applied the use of quantitative methods and for the type of data primary data was collected randomly to 30 selected respondents, Based on the testing and processing of the data above, it gives an answer that there is a very big difference in the value of the income of small business actors in the gemah beach tourism area, where the average business actor experienced a decline of up to 50% - 75% due to the impact of this pandemic.

Abstract

The massive transmission of the second wave pandemic of Covid-19 in Indonesia in June 2021 caused the Government to take a decision to impose an Emergency Java-Bali Community Activity Restriction (PPKM) aimed to minimize the effect of its spread. By using an event study, the objective of this article is to analyze the impact of announcement of public restrictions on the price and returns of stocks of the 5 largest banks in Indonesia, namely BCA, BNI, BRI, BTN, and MANDIRI. The analytical technique used was the paired sample T test and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results reveal that neither stock prices nor stock returns indicated a difference in the 5 days before and after the date of the announcement of the emergency PPKM. This shows that the announcement does not contain relevant information for investors. This may be because investors have made adjustments due to the effect of the pandemic Covid-19 in the initial phase of the corona outbreak in Indonesia.

Abstract

       Employees want to be treated appropriately and properly as human resources. Employees need to attend to things that support job satisfaction, such as the work environment, tasks, job transfers, and more. This study aims to determine the impact of job increase and work environments on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Brim Karimunjawa Surabaya’s job satisfaction. Quantitative methods used in this study. The population and sample of this study were staffed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Brim Karimunjawa Surabaya. Partial least squares (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis of this study using SmartPLS. The consequences of this research concluded that the increase in employment has had a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction and that the employment environment has had a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Work experience increase with a job transfer. Increasing work experience increases the knowledge and skills that employees have at work. The work environment makes a significant contribution to job satisfaction, the better the work environment in the company, the better the job satisfaction of employees.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial learning, which is seen from the individual learning approach and collective learning and financial proactive behavior on business performance. Research respondents are monel handicraft business actors in Jepara district, Central Java. By using multiple regression analysis, it is found that individual learning has a significant effect on proactive financial behavior, while collective learning has no significant effect on financial proactive behavior. And, financial proactive behavior also has a significant influence on the realization of business financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of key components of the firm, including return on equity, debt to equity ratio interest on the the value of the book shares of construction firms. The research model covers 8 companies in the manufacturing, utilities and transport sectors listed in IDX for the period 2019-2020 using the target selection method. The panel data were analyzed using SPSS 25 and this method was integrated to obtain the best regression results. According to the study, the main factor influencing the difference in the price of a group of animals. Significant positive correlations can be found in the return on equity, the ratio of debt to equity and the book value of changes in share prices.

Abstract

This research was based on the decline in consumer buying interest during Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine the influence of product diversity and trust toward online buying interest during the Covid-19 pandemic to FKIP Riau University students. The type of this research is correlational reseacrh with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University with students from 2018, 2019, and 2020 batch being the population. This research used puposive sampling in determining the research sample. To interpreted the research results, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this study found that product diversity and trust had a positive and significant effect on online buying interest with a significant level of 66.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of servant leadership and career development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of KPP Madya Semarang employees. It analyzes the influence of servant leadership, career development and OCB on employee performance of KPP Madya Semarang and analyzes OCB which mediates the effect of servant leadership and career development on employee performance of KPP Madya Semarang. The population in this study were all employees in the KPP Madya Semarang consisted of 108 people. The sample were 108 employees of KPP Madya Semarang obtained from census sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Career development had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance. OCB had a significant positive effect on employee performance. OCB mediated the effect of servant leadership on employee performance. OCB mediated the effect of career development on employee performance.

Abstract

The IDX 30 indexed banks are the banks with the largest market capitalization values and are often referred to as bluechip stocks. So this research has the aim to see the effect of LDR and BOPO on Financial Performance. The research data is obtained from the bank's annual report. Abstract

Riset  ini bertujuan untuk (1) menelaah serta memaparkan pengaruha antara kualitas kehidupan kerja serta employee engagement  terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. (2) Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja serta employee engagement terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya SemarangPopulasi pada riset ini yakni seluruh pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang yang terdapat 122  orang. Sampel  pada  riset  ini  yakni  karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus sampling, yakni teknik Penentuan  sampel memnggunakan seluruh populasi yang ada guna dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 122 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier digunakan pada penelitian ini.Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil penelitian yakni Kualitas kehidupan kerja menghasilkan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. OCB pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang dipengaruhi positif oleh employee engagement. Resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. Abstract

This study aims, firstly, to find out the category of district/city areas in the SARBAGITA area with Klassen typology. Second, knowing the level of economic inequality in urban districts in the SARBAGITA area with the Williamson index. Third, knowing the relationship between growth and economic inequality in the SARBAGITA region by testing the Kuznets hypothesis. The analysis was carried out using secondary data with the results, first, that in the SARBAGITA area there are still districts as relatively underdeveloped areas which indicate that the spread effect of the regional center development is not yet optimal. Second, the absolute level of economic inequality shows fluctuations, but if viewed based on trends, it shows a positive trend. This means that the longer the period, the higher the level of inequality. The final result is the proof of Kuznets hypothesis in the SARBAGITA area. At the beginning of the study period, economic growth was followed by an increase in inequality but at a certain point, the inequality decreased. Thus, we need a regional planning that can create a balance of economic growth so that inequality between regions can be minimized or even avoided.
