<![CDATA[The increase in return on equity, company size and debt to equity ratio is not always followed by an increase in share prices in trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. This study aims to examine and analyze how the effect of return on equity, company size and debt to equity ratio on stock prices in trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research method used in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive quantitative research that is explanatory. The population used in this study were all trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 129 companies with a sample size of 39 companies with purposive sampling technique. <![CDATA[Jepara salah satu Kabupaten yang diminati oleh PMA yang bergerak dibidang industry pengolahan kayu karena potensinya. Namun beberpa tahun terkahir banyak industri besar PMA yang bergerak dibidang garmen, tektil, tas, dan sepatu yang mulai berdiri. Industri-industri baru tersebut mulai masuk di Jepara pada tahun 2014 seiring tingginya laju pertumbuhan PMA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) di Kabupaten Jepara. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan obyek penelitian Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) yang masuk di Kabupaten Jepara tahun 2010-2016. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kegiatan penanaman modal asing di Jepara terus mengalami pertumbuhan. Laju pertumbuhan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2014 sebesar 147,9%. Selama kurun waktu 7 tahun sejak 2010 hingga 2016, nilai investasi di Jepara mencapai US$ 271.043.300. Selain itu, PMA di Jepara juga memliki kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian daerah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, dampak yang ditimbulkan pada home industry terutama perusahaan mebel yang menjadi ciri khas Jepara mengalami dampak negatif. Ini disebabkan tenaga kerja yang tersedia lebih banyak memilih bekerja pada pabrik PMA yang ada di Jepara. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on performance at PT. Huawei Tech Investment. There are negative factors that reduce the performance of employees of PT. Huawei Tech Investment, including decreased employee desire to achieve work performance, lack of timeliness in completing work so that they do not comply with regulations, influence that comes from their environment, coworkers who also decline in enthusiasm and there are no examples that should be used as a reference in achieving work performance. well. This research method uses a quantitative approach method. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. PT. Huawei Tech Investment uses google form with a sample of 50 people. Using the descriptive analysis method and SEM (Structural Equetion Modeling) research method with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis with the help of PLS 2.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis of factors that significantly influence employee performance are motivation and work discipline because it is proven in the hypothesis test with the t-statistic greater than the t-table, while the leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan keuangan ADD di Desa Damarwulan Kecamatan Keling Kabupaten Jepara. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Damarwulan Kecamatan Keling Kabupaten Jepara dengan perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan Desa menurut Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 113 Tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tujuan dapat mendiskripsikan atau member gambaran pada peneliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Damarwulan Kecamatan Keling Kabupaten Jepara. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan keuangan ADD dalam upaya meningkatkan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa damarwulan kecamatan keling kabupaten jepara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan ADD di Desa Damarwulan disusun oleh sekretaris desa untuk kemudian diserahkan kepada kepala desa dan dibahas dengan BPD untuk mendapatkan kesepakatan bersama selanjutnya diserahkan kepada camat Keling. Setelah diterima oleh camat Keling kemudian dievaluasi dan diserahkan kembali kepada desa untuk ditanggapi evaluasi tersebut. Setelah kepala desa Damarwulan menanggapi evaluasi camat Keling dan disetujui maka rencana ADD baru dapat ditetapkan dalam bentuk peraturan desa. Proses perencanaan hingga evaluasi perencanaan ADD di desa Damarwulan ini sudah sesuai dengan permendagri nomo 113 tahun 2014 yaitu pada pasal 20 hingga pasal 23.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of underpricing of IPOs of companies on the still occurs due to economic uncertainty and a large information asymmetry. As many as 31 companies offered their shares to the primary market and underpricing. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the factors that determine the underpricing of IPO shares on the from 2012 to 2017, including company size, auditor reputation, financial leverage, and EPS. This research uses a quantitative approach using 84 companies. The results of multiple linear regression indicate that stock underpricing is influenced by company size and auditor reputation, whereas Financial leverage and EPS do not lead to underpricing of IPO shares. Investors can consider the company's size and auditor's reputation as a benchmark for valuing IPO shares. This study also provides evidence that underpricing of IPOs can illustrate investor behavior in valuing developing companies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of investment opportunity sets and corporate governance on company value. The population of this study is all commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011-2017. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that the investment opportunity set had a positive and significant effect on firm value while the corporate governance mechanism had no effect on firm value. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the influence and factors that cause low school year expectancy, life expectancy, purchasing power, and the number of poor people on economic growth in Banten Province. This study uses data from 2014 to 2019. The method used in this study is the panel data analysis method with theapproach Random Effect Model. The result of panel data analysis shows that the variable of school duration expectancy, life expectancy, purchasing power, and the number of poor people simultaneously influence economic growth in Banten Province. Partially, the variable expectation of school years and people's purchasing power has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Banten Province, the variable life expectancy has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Banten Province and the number of poor people has a significant negative effect on economic growth in Banten Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Pajak reklame adalah salah satu pajak daerah dan salah satu sumber pendapatan asli daerah. Semakin banyak pemasangan reklame maka pendapatan pajak reklame akan meningkat dan PАD Kabupaten Jepara juga meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihаt potensi pajak reklame yang ada di Jepara serta mengetahui fаktor apa yang berpengaruh dalam penerimaan pajak reklame. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 data dari BPS dan BPKАD tahun 2012 -2016. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah Penduduk, Jumlаh Industri, PDRB dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara bersama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pajak Reklame di Kabupаten Jepara. Secara parsial Jumlah Penduduk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pajak Reklame di Kabupаten Jepara. Jumlah Industri mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Jepara. PDRB mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Jepara. Pertumbuhan Ekonomi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Jepara.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of variables work environment, work stress, and organizational commitment toward turnover intention, study at CV Bagaskara Galih Perkasa. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were employees of 90 employees, using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using the IBM SPSS.25 program. The results of the study at the 5% significance level can be concluded that partially (1) the work environment has no effect on turnover intention, (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While simultaneously work environment variables, work stress and organizational commitment have a significant effect toward turnover intention. Based on the R2 test that the three independent variables affect the turnover intention of CV Bagaskara Galih Perkasa employees by 30.5% and the remaining 69.5% are influenced by other variables such as organizational culture, transformational leadership, and perveived organizational support.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to examine the effect of non-performing loans (NPL), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and bank size on bank lending. The population of banks listed on the IDX in 2012-2016 amounted to 43 banks. The purposive sampling technique collected by documentation so that 105 observations were obtained (21 banks × 5 years). Data analysis techniques with panel regression using EViews 9.0. The research findings show that only the CAR variable has an effect on lending, while the NPL, LDR, and bank size variables have no effect.]]>
