Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merepresentasikan pesan moral dalam film Yowis Ben 3, yang merupakan film bergenre drama dan menggambarkan perjuangan remaja dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan hidup, seperti menghormati orang lain, bertanggung jawab, menjaga integritas, serta berusaha membuktikan kemampuan diri di tengah keterbatasan. Film yang disutradari oleh Fajar Nugros dan Bayu Skak ini secara konsisten menggunakan bahasa Jawa sebagai bahasa pengantar utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pesan moral dalam film Yowis Ben 3 direpresentasikan, khususnya dalam bentuk hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, serta hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain dalam lingkungan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes, melalui identifikasi makna denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos dalam beberapa adegan yang terdapat dalam film Yowis Ben 3. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta memperkuat peran film sebagai media komunikasi yang mampu merefleksikan realitas sosial dan menyebarkan nilai-nilai budaya. Dengan demikian, analisis terhadap representasi pesan moral dalam film Yowis Ben 3 tidak hanya memberikan wawasan baru dalam kajian film, tetapi juga menunjukan bagaimana film lokal dapat berfungsi sebagai alat edukasi dan transformasi sosial yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan memediasi transformational leadership/ organizational culture/ carrier opportunities kepada employee turnover intentions dan employee engagement pada Gen Z (lahir tahun 1997 – 2012) yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta bekerja di perusahaan percetakan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian berikut mengumpulkan 400 responden dengan total 400 respons valid yang diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif transformational leadership terhadap employee turnover intentions, dan pengaruh positif transformational leadership, organizational culture, dan career opportunites terhadap employee engagement, serta pengaruh negatif employee engagement terhadap employee turnover intentions dan pengaruh mediasinya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh paling besar dengan employee engagement yang dapat menurunkan employee turnover intentions dengan implikasi saran perusahaan percetakan di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformational seperti menunjukan kepercayaan diri, merangkul, membimbing, dan mendukung timnya untuk meningkatkan tingkat ketertarikan karyawan Gen Z yang terbukti dapat menurunkan keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusaahan.

Abstract

Background: Hepatitis B is an inflammatory liver disease caused by both infectious and non-infectious causes, with Hepatitis B being a global concern. The WHO estimates 820,000 deaths from Hepatitis B in 2019, with 1.5 million new infections occurring annually. Indonesia has the highest mortality rate, at 2.14 per 100,000 population. Medical students, as future healthcare workers, are at risk of exposure to infectious diseases such as Hepatitis B, so their understanding of and attitudes toward infection prevention are crucial. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward Hepatitis B prevention behavior among students of the Faculty of Medicine, Duta Wacana Christian University, intakes of 2019 and 2020. Methods: This study used an observational analytical design and a cross-sectional study. Results: This study involved 61 respondents. Analysis using Spearman correlation test shows correlation coefficient (r) between knowledge and attitude of -0.309 and -0.296 respectively, with significance value (p) of 0.016 and 0.021. Conclusion: The level of students' knowledge of Hepatitis B is classified as good, with an average percentage of answers above 75% and a significance value (p) of 0.016. There is a significant relationship between attitudes and preventive behavior as evidenced by a significance value (p) of 0.021. Knowledge and attitudes towards Hepatitis B preventive behavior also show a significant relationship with significance values (p) of 0.016 and 0.021 respectively.

Abstract

The use of environmentally friendly materials in hospital contruction is essential to support sustainability and promote a healthier built environment. This study aims to analyze the practical application of green materials in the construction of the Pulmonary Service Building at RSUD Siti Fatimah, Palembang. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, combining content analysis of technical document (Bill of Quantity and Technical Specifications) with quantitative data gathered from questionnaires distributed to construction proffesionals involved in the project. The materials were assessed based on six sustainability indicators: local materials, certified materials, recycled and reused materials, renewble materials, prefabricated materials, and materials free from hazardous substances. The findings indicate that local and certtified materials are the most commonly implemented, while the use of recycled and renewable materials remains limited. There is also a variation in understanding among professions, with architects and engineers demonstrating higher awareness compared to supporting roles. Material mapping revealed that the majority of structural and architectural components met some green criteria, though not optimally. Key barriers to implementation include limited material availability, higher costs, and lack of strong internal policy. This studi recommends enhancing green construction awareness, improving policy enforcement, and promoting the broader use of environmentally friendly materials in hospital building projects.

Abstract

Household drinking water needs are often estimated solely based on population size, without adequately considering local characteristics. This study aims to assess household drinking water requirements in a semi-urban island setting, using Gili Iyang Island in Sumenep Regency as a case study. The analysis refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 6728-1:2015, which defines the daily water requirement for semi-urban areas as 60–90 liters per person. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey involving 100 respondents and analyzed quantitatively using Microsoft Excel and the Kruskal–Wallis statistical test via SPSS. The results indicate that the average household water consumption in Gili Iyang is 132.20 liters per person per day, significantly exceeding the SNI range. Economic status was found to have a statistically significant influence on water consumption levels (p = 0.001), while educational level did not show a significant effect (p = 0.137). These findings suggest that determining household drinking water needs should not rely solely on regional classification and population figures but must also account for local socio-economic factors. Therefore, this study serves as a basis for water supply system development in Gili Iyang Island and offers valuable insights for evaluating and planning future water supply systems, particularly for island regions with similar conditions.

Abstract

Evaluasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan semakin penting dalam era digital, terutama dengan munculnya platform seperti Google Reviews yang memungkinkan masyarakat menyampaikan pengalaman layanan secara terbuka. Platform ini berpotensi menjadi sumber data alternatif dalam menilai kepuasan pasien, melengkapi Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) yang bersifat formal dan periodik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan Google Reviews sebagai alat evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan dalam pelayanan publik kesehatan serta menilai potensi integrasinya ke dalam sistem manajemen mutu layanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literature review deskriptif dengan menelusuri artikel ilmiah, pustaka dan laporan profesional dalam rentang tahun 2015–2024 dari berbagai basis data seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Seleksi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian topik dan kualitas sumber. Temuan dari penelitian ini Google Reviews terbukti mampu mencerminkan dimensi penting dalam kepuasan pelanggan seperti kecepatan layanan, keramahan petugas, dan kenyamanan fasilitas. Ulasan daring juga dapat diolah melalui sentiment analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pola keluhan dan apresiasi secara real-time. Namun demikian, platform ini memiliki keterbatasan seperti bias partisipasi dan potensi manipulasi ulasan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Google Reviews memiliki nilai strategis sebagai alat electronic word-of-mouth yang dapat memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik kesehatan. Google reviews bukan hanya sebagai alat penilaian numerik, tetapi juga sebagai sumber informasi rinci tentang berbagai aspek yang memengaruhi persepsi pelanggan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Pemanfaatan yang cermat dan integrasi ke dalam sistem mutu layanan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, merancang intervensi perbaikan layanan yang lebih tepat sasaran serta memperkuat reputasi institusi kesehatan di era digital. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini, fasilitas kesehatan disarankan memanfaatkan Google Reviews sebagai alat pemantauan mutu layanan secara rutin. Pemerintah perlu menyusun pedoman penggunaan ulasan daring dalam sistem manajemen mutu, termasuk pelatihan respons profesional dan analisis sentimen berkala.

Abstract

Stunting as a condition of growth failure caused by lack of nutrition in the first 1000 days of life. The prevalence of stunting in toddlers in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2021 was 26% and increased in 2022 by 27.1% with a target of 21.89%, so the target is still achievable. Efforts to prevent stunting in Kutai Kartanegara Regency through the Pantas Sehat program policy. Observations of the stunting prevention program still lack socialization and there are errors in receiving information in implementing the policy, lack of understanding of staff at the locus, the division of authority has not been running well and some facilities are inadequate. For this reason, it is necessary to look at the implementation of the program through communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The aim of this research was to analyze factors that influence implementation health care policies among Community Health Center employees in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Cross Sectional method study design. The sample was employees at Community Health Center in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, totaling 160 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Bivariate data analysis used was chi square and multivariate used was logistic regression. The results study indicate that communication, resources, and bureaucratic structure have a significant effect on the implementation Pantas Sehat policy, while disposition does not have a significant effect on the implementation Pantas Sehat policy. The logistic regression equation model is Implementation = 4.467 + 1.628 (Communication) + 0.522 (Resources) + 0.264 (Disposition) + 1.482 (Bureaucratic Structure) + e. R Square of 0.338 means the level of influence of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure on the implementation Pantas Sehat policies for Puskesmas employees in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is 33.8%. It was concluded that the factors that influence the implementation Pantas Sehat policy include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Communication variable was the most dominant. It was recommended to improve communication through counseling and socialization to mothers who have under five years children regarding exclusive breastfeeding and routine immunizations carried out every month using interesting and diverse media.

Abstract

Employee retention programs are among the strategies that organizations can employ to ensure employees remain within the organization to support the achievement of organizational goals. These efforts include strategies and actions designed to keep employees motivated, satisfied, and loyal. Effective retention is essential for maintaining organizational stability and reducing costs associated with employee turnover. This study aimed to examine the relationship between pay satisfaction, perceived workload, and work-life balance with employee retention at RSUA, a public healthcare organization. The population consisted of 309 employees, with a sample of 123 participants selected using a convenience sampling technique. Statistical analysis using Pearson’s correlation revealed no significant relationship between pay satisfaction and work-life balance with employee retention. However, perceived workload was found to have a positive and significant relationship with employee retention (r = 0.257, p < .05). Based on these findings, it is recommended that RSUA prioritize managing employee workload at a level that is challenging but not excessive. Furthermore, the organization should promote job crafting, particularly through increasing challenging job demands, to maintain positive perceptions of workload as a core element in employee retention strategies. Overall, employee retention efforts may be more effective when focused on managing meaningful and balanced workloads rather than relying solely on financial incentives or general work-life balance programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the reward and punishment system on employee work motivation at Bank XYZ, ABC Bandung Branch. The background of the research departs from the importance of a human resource management system in increasing employee productivity and loyalty. A quantitative approach was used using simple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was shared with 102 active employees of Bank XYZ. The results showed that the reward and punishment systems significantly affected employee motivation, with an adjusted R squared value of 0.827. Findings show that implementing performance-based rewards and applying fair and consistent sanctions can increase employees' enthusiasm, commitment, and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The study recommends that companies continue to strengthen their rewards and punishment strategies to create a productive, competitive, and conducive work environment.

Abstract

This study analyses the current regime of ownership restrictions for foreign investment that are applicable in Indonesia with the goal to assess the level of effectiveness of such restrictions against the ever-evolving trend and form of control of companies by shareholders. The result demonstrates that the current restrictions still have imperfections and room-for-improvements that may cause deviation from the original purpose/rationale behind the existence of such restrictions, which was intended to protect national interest of Indonesia as host state and maintain, to certain extent, the ultimate control of the business entities in those sectors which are deemed sensitive by the Government.
