Stunting is a major nutritional problem worldwide that occurs due to deficiencies of macronutrients and micronutrients during the first 1000 days of life. Stunting can affect brain development and cognitive development of children. Stunting increases the risk of obesity as an adult. This study aims to analyze the deficiency of macronutrients and micronutrients during the first 1000 days of life impact adult obesity. This study uses a literature review. Three electronic database are used : Google Scholar, PubMed Central and ScienceDirect. The article used in this research are 8 articles. The inclusion criteria for this study were articles published within ten years, namely, 2013-2022, full text, open access, and in Indonesian and English. Deficiencies of macronutrients such as energy and protein as well as deficiencies of micronutrients such as iron, zinc, folic acid and iodine affect the regulation of cell division growth factors such as the insulin growth factor-1, low hormone levels can interfere with lipolysis, so that stunted children can experience obesity in adulthood due to low metabolic rate. The fulfillment of nutrition in the First 1000 days of life is very important for the growth and development of children

This study has the objective of examining and analyzing disputes over the ownership of the Bensu brand and legal protection efforts in the Geprek Bensu case against I Am Geprek Bensu, which in this study discusses cases of intellectual property rights in the trademark field. This research uses a normative juridical approach with secondary, primary and tertiary data. The results of this study are that: the Geprek Bensu dispute originated from business similarities between Geprek Bensu owned by Ruben Onsu and I Am Geprek Bensu owned by PT Ayam Geprek Benny Sujono where Ruben claimed Bensu was his business; the Bensu case is that there was trademark protection out of good faith and the registration system at that time adhered to first to file, which meant that the first recipient was the one who was protected; there are many similarities between the two types of brands Bensu and Ruben were judged to have plagiarized I Am Geprek Bensu, and the Supreme Court considered the case and decided that Ruben Onsu's appeal was rejected

E-media transactions have emerged as a result of the quick development of technology, bringing efficiency and ease to a variety of economic and legal exchanges. However, establishing confidence and defending the interests of the parties involved depend on maintaining the legality and security of these electronic transactions. A key instrument in achieving this is the Notary Deed for e-media transactions. This paper explores the important features of a Notary Deed for e-media transactions, including authentication and certification of identities, secure electronic signatures, time tamping, data integrity, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. By incorporating these features, the Notary Deed establishes a solid legal framework that enhances the authenticity and integrity of e-media transactions. It guarantees identity verification, inhibits data tampering or manipulation, and ensures adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. The study's findings help stakeholders navigate the legal environment of electronic transactions while fostering trust and confidence in the digital world by illuminating the critical elements that must be present in a Notary Deed for e-media transactions.

Minat terhadap teledentistry dan teleassistance dalam bidang kedokteran gigi telah mengalami peningkatan signifikan, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19. Teledentistry memiliki peran yang penting dan tidak hanya terbatas pada situasi pandemi, tetapi juga akan terus relevan dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan gigi di era post COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas teledentistry dalam menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di masa post COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dengan melakukan pencarian dalam database seperti Scopus, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, dan PubMed dengan rentang tahun 2020-2023 yang berkaitan dengan teledentistry pasca pandemi. Peneliti menetapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dalam proses penapisan artikel yang ditemukan, dan kemudian melakukan penilaian terhadap artikel yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teledentistry memberikan efektivitas dalam proses diagnosis, kemudahan penggunaan, penghematan biaya, dan dari perspektif pasien dan dokter gigi, teledentistry sangat membantu dalam proses konsultasi dan penjadwalan waktu yang tepat untuk perawatan, serta merupakan solusi yang efektif untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gigi kepada pasien. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan potensi pengembangan dan penggunaan yang lebih luas dari teknologi teledentistry di masa depan.

It is known that there are several losses in the company's operating activities caused by the performance of contractors who have little understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS). Negligence by contractors can pose danger to the company's operations and cause accidents. therefore activities of contractors must be managed properly to ensure safety in every work activity on contractors, so it requires the management of contractor workers, namely the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS). The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis method of in-depth interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and field observations. The data will then be analyzed. Result: From the analysis that has been carried out, the results of research by interviewing workers, the implementation of CSMS began in 2014. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk experienced a drastic reduction in lost time injury to zero accidents Where before the CSMS implementation, accidents were very frequent; 56 accidents in 2008 and 56 accidents in 2009. In conclusion, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk has implemented CSMS properly and adequately. PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk involving contractor workers in the most questionnaire results are Accident and Near Accident Investigations, Safety Monitoring, Safety Talks, Making Work Permits and Hazardous Work Permits, Equipment Certification, Emergency Response, Personal Protective Equipment The factors that affect the effectiveness of CSMS implementation the most are training factors, communication factors, and behavioral factors, this can be seen in fewer rejections from respondents regarding the contents of the questionnaire

Economic development as part of the concept of national development, as an effort to realize the welfare of the people who are just and prosperous. In order to strengthen national development, the government invites the banking world to participate in collecting and distributing public funds, both on a small and large scale. The government issued basic rules of banking law, namely Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking (which was later shortened to the Banking Law). The aim is to regulate various banking activities, both transactions, depositing money, investment and credit so that the public also gets legal protection. Implementation of financial business services to connect lenders with loan recipients to reach loan agreements in rupiah directly through digital platforms using internet services. PayLater is a technology-based lending and borrowing service with the motto "buy first, pay later". Consumers are often considered to have an unequal position with business actors. Consumers are powerless in the face of a stronger position from business actors. This is not in line with the regulations in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (later abbreviated as UUPK), especially Article 4 concerning consumer rights, including the right to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods and / or services received in accordance with the agreement or not as it should be. Karakteristik Adverbia Berakhiran -nya Dikaitkan dengan Unsur Pembentuk dan Posisinya dalam Kalimat Fauzan Al-Rasyid; M. Umar Muslim

Adverbia adalah kelas kata yang dapat mendampingi adjektiva, numeralia, atau proposisi dalam konstruksi sintaksis. Kelas kata ini dapat ditemukan dalam bentuk dasar dan bentuk turunan. Bagaimanapun, dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu tentang adverbia, belum ditemukan pembahasan mengenai ciri-ciri adverbia berakhiran -nya dikaitkan dengan posisinya dalam kalimat, yaitu apakah adverbia yang dikonstruksi melalui proses afiksasi ini memiliki pola, ciri, dan fungsi tertentu ketika berada di awal, tengah, atau akhir kalimat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan secara metodologis, yaitu pendekatan deskriptif dengan dimensi eksplanatif. Data diambil dari Korpus Indonesia (KOIN) dan kemudian dianalisis dengan memeriksa bagaimana letak adverbia berakhiran -nya di dalam kalimat dilihat dari kelas kata pembentuknya. Penelitian ini menemukan karakteristik adverbia berakhiran -nya dalam kalimat, yaitu adverbia yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung satuan sintaksis dan adverbia yang memiliki fungsi khusus secara sintaksis.
