<![CDATA[This paper is to investigate the changes in the dividend tax rate effect on the stock price of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and to demonstrate the existence of abnormal returns by examining stock trading situations before and after the ex-dividend date. Standard event study methodology, using the market model, is employed to determine the abnormal returns surrounding the ex-dividend date. The findings are useful to researchers, practitioners and investors interested in companies listed on the Indonesian stock market for their proper strategic decision making. In particular, the results can be used to encourage transparency and good governance practices in the Indonesian stock market. This study is the first to use dividend tax rate data after the Introduction of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation and the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations. By using the event study method, the study reveals that there is no significant difference in abnormal returns prior to and following the ex-dividend date, both preceding and subsequent to the reduction in the new tax rate. Thus, the dividend tax rate reduction does not affect the market reaction in the event window.]]>

<![CDATA[The formulation of the problem in this study is none other than how the communication strategy carried out by the management of BPR Grazia in facing competition from its competitors. This research was conducted with the intention of analyzing marketing communication strategies in an effort to improve the marketing of BPR Grazia Credit products. The method used is qualitative descriptive with interview techniques and field observations of the Three informants determined through purposive sampling techniques of Commissioners, Branch Heads, Executive Officers and 2 Marketing Staff of BPR Grazia as key informants. With this, researchers try to discuss the efforts that have been and are being carried out by BPR Grazia in its efforts to market banking service products to the wider community, marketing strategies that are applied by the small BPR Grazia so that it can continue to 'survive' and continue to develop into a large and solid bank. From the results of the research analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the marketing communication element where the outline consists of Executive Officers, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct and internet marketing has been carried out by BPR. Overall, BPR Grazia has implemented a good communication strategy to increase sales of its credit products in order to achieve the Bank's Business Plan (RBB) target which has been prepared and approved by the Financial Services Authorit.]]>

<![CDATA[Children's participation in development is one of the important issues in realizing children's rights-based development. Since 2010 until now, the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection has initiated a Child Participation Policy through the Development of Children's Forums. This research focuses on seeing the extent to which children's involvement/participation in the development process through the Children's Forum in Bogor Regency as Pioneers and Reporters is not yet optimal using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and document review. In determining informants, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that not all aspects of the implementation of Riant Nugroho's policy as a measure of success have been fulfilled, such as the aspects of target accuracy, environmental accuracy and process accuracy. The recommendations given are increasing the capacity and quantity of human resources which can be done by means of Convention on The Rights of the Child (KHA) Technical Guidance and Child Protection Policy, to increase the quantity can be done by building networks across regional apparatus and NGO. Regarding budget needs, the Department needs to map needs related to work programs to support child participation policies.]]>

<![CDATA[Yogyakarta Special Region Province is the region with the best Gender Empowerment Index (IDG) compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The figures for the Human Development Index (HDI), Gender Development Index (IPG), Gender Empowerment Index (IDG) for the Yogyakarta Special Region Province as a whole are higher than the national scale. The Gender Empowerment Index is an achievement or indicator to measure the implementation of gender justice and equality based on political and economic participation; women need to be empowered so that gender mainstreaming must be the benchmark in every human empowerment program. Gender mainstreaming is a series of strategies for integrating gender perspectives in development and development. Yogyakarta Special Region Province as a province that received the Anugerah Parahita Ekapraya (APE) award three times in 2016, 2018 and 2021; This indicates that the Yogyakarta Special Region Province is good at gender empowerment through gender mainstreaming. Good women's empowerment in each Regency/City region in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province needs to be reviewed at the characteristics of each region to ensure equitable development and gender empowerment. The regional characteristics of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province have differences in development and empowerment, Gunung Kidul Regency in this case is still lagging behind in terms of Expected Years of Schooling and Average Years of Schooling, apart from that, Bantul Regency is still lagging behind in terms of women's participation in parliament. Regency/City areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province have different characteristics in the Gender Empowerment Index, equitable development and gender empowerment in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province are not yet evenly distributed.]]>

<![CDATA[The Big Five personality traits, comprising openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, represent a widely acknowledged framework in the realm of psychological research. These characteristics have shown to be especially important in studies on financial decision-making, especially when it comes to individual investing behavior. Within the framework of this research, which utilizes data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS 5), a thorough examination is carried out to reveal the intricate influence of the Big Five personality traits on the investment behavior of households. This study uses probit regression techniques with STATA. The results of the probit regression show that openness to experience has a positive and significant effect while neuroticism has a negative and significant effect on household investment decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Kasus peralihan hak atas tanah sepihak oleh Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) menjadi perhatian serius dalam konteks hukum dan etika profesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak hukum dan konstitusional dari tindakan tersebut serta mengevaluasi pelanggaran etika profesi. Melalui pendekatan analisis kasus, penelitian merinci latar belakang, tujuan, metode, dan hasilnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peralihan tanah sepihak oleh PPAT melibatkan pelanggaran hukum dan konstitusional, merugikan kepercayaan masyarakat, dan berpotensi memicu pencabutan izin dan sanksi hukum. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap etika profesi dan prinsip-prinsip hukum dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai PPAT, mendukung upaya menjaga integritas lembaga, dan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses peralihan hak atas tanah.]]>

<![CDATA[In every learning teacher always uses approaches, strategies, methods and learning models to make it easier for students to understand the material they teach. This study aims to describe the application of interactive learning models to improve machining engineering learning outcomes in grade XI TPM SMK TPI Gedangan Sidoarjo students. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. This research consists of two cycles, cycle I is carried out in accordance with the learning plan and cycle II is guided by the results of cycle I reflection. The research was carried out at SMK TPI Gedangan Sidoarjo, the subject of the study was 35 grade XI TPM students. The data collection method uses observation sheets, performance sheets/short description questions, and questionnaire sheets for student responses to interactive learning models. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that interactive learning models can improve student learning outcomes. Improved results can be seen from the increase in student learning completeness achievement in each cycle. The achievement of student learning completeness in cycle 1 41.17% (15 students complete). After being subjected to action in cycle 2 with an interactive learning model, the achievement of student completeness increased to 85.29% or 29 students had met the KKM. 6 students who have not KKM are almost close to the score of 7.5 (KKM) which is with the lowest score of 7.00 Student learning activities also increase, because active students can awkwardly interact with their friends.]]>

<![CDATA[CSR activities are becoming a trend that companies do to be able to compete in increasingly fierce business competition. The company's consistency in carrying out CSR activities can have an influence on the profits generated by the company, which is shown by the company's financial performance. However, there are factors that can influence CSR on financial performance, one of which is ownership structure. The company's managerial ownership structure will have an impact on how well business decisions are made. The ownership identity applied by the company will support management decision making in implementing CSR efforts and improving financial performance. This study was conducted to examine the effect of ownership structure as a moderating variable on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance in companies located in Indonesia and Singapore. Furthermore, it was also tested by comparing CSR disclosures in the two countries by focusing on companies listed on the LQ45 index and the Straits Times Index. The test analysis uses panel data regression analysis and Mann-Whitney test to determine the level of difference in CSR in Indonesia and Singapore. The results obtained are that there is no significant difference in CSR in Indonesian and Singaporean companies. Furthermore, the role of ownership structure in strengthening the relationship between CSR and financial performance can be proven in Singapore companies, but cannot be proven in Indonesian companies.]]>

In conclusion, Marriage in the teachings of Islam is worship so that its implementation must meet the requirements and pillars that have been set.
