Abstract

Lack of focus on protecting the health, safety, and reproductive rights of female workers is a major contributor to the persistence of many labor issues. Unilateral termination of employment (PHK) carried out by the employer firm against pregnant workers is one of the elements producing issues in the sphere of labor. There is still widespread discrimination against pregnant workers in the workplace, which hinders the full realization of workers' rights such the protection of safety, health, and reproductive rights for women. Social security has been extended to female workers, for example, and the implementation is generally adequate, but there are certain aspects that are not yet appropriate, such as menstruation leave and maternity leave. The government's efforts to ensure the health, safety, and reproductive rights of pregnant workers are hampered by lax oversight from employers who often break the rules to their own gain

Abstract

Perusahaan asuransi merupakan lembaga jasa keuangan yang berbasis kepercayaan, yang memiliki peran sebagai pelindung keuangan maupun berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian suatu negara. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, beberapa perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia menghadapi permasalahan karena gagal membayar klaim asuransi. Berita gagal bayar tersebut telah tersebar di berbagai media massa baik cetak maupun elektronik dan membuat banyak masyarakat memberikan stigma negatif terkait industri asuransi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial distress terhadap berita negatif pada perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga melakukan pengujian terhadap faktor lain yang berpotensi mempengaruhi berita negatif yaitu rasio likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan. Metode analisis mengunakan uji regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Fix Effect Model. Penelitian menggunakan sample 120 perusahaan asuransi konvensional yang berizin di OJK per 31 Desember 2021. Penelitian menggunakan data selama 5 tahun (2017 – 2021). Variabel berita negatif diperoleh dengan menghitung jumlah berita negatif terkait perusahaan asuransi di 12 media online di Indonesia, sementara variabel financial distress diukur berdasarkan rasio kesehatan keuangan yang telah diatur oleh OJK yaitu solvabilitas (RBC), rasio kecukupan investasi, dan ekuitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial distress berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berita negatif. Rasio likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berita negatif perusahaan asuransi.

Abstract

Pembangunan Tempat Evakuasi Sementara (TES) merupakan salah satu upaya pengurangan risiko bencana tsunami yang dilakukan pemerintah. Salah satu indikator yang menentukan keberhasilan program pembangunan dan pemeliharaan TES adalah kepuasan dari masyarakat itu sendiri. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan TES pada pra konstruksi, saat konstruksi, dan setelah konstruksi, menganalisa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap TES yang ada di Kota Padang, dan untuk mengetahui harapan masyarakat kedepannya. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk pengolahan data indeks kepuasan masyarakat dari survey yang dilakukan dalam penelitian dengan cara mengisi kuisioner dan wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar Tempat Evakuasi Sementara Ulak Karang, Nurul Haq, Darussalam, dan Air Tawar Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan masyarakat dalam pembangunan TES di Kota Padang berada dalam rentang cukup puas sampai dengan puas. Permasalahan yang timbul pasca pembangunan TES adalah tidak adanya tim pengelola dari pemerintah ataupun masyarakat yang bersangkutan, kurangnya perawatan pada TES tidak adanya arus listrik, ketersediaan air yang minim, serta kurangnya efektivitas penggunaan TES. Masyarakat berharap agar adanya perhatian terhadap TES dan tim pengelolaan TES yang terstruktur. Kepuasan masyarakat ini masih dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan adanya keselarasan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan pembangunan ataupun pemeliharaan Tempat Evakuasi Sementara.

Abstract

A decreased immune system can cause diseases of the digestive tract such as diarrhea. Treatment of diarrhea with antibiotics which causes many negative impacts from antibiotic resistance has made people turn to the use of probiotics as an alternative treatment. Several studies have stated that the probiotic bacteria found in probiotic kombucha drinks, such as lactic acid bacteria, can be useful for maintaining the balance of the digestive tract microflora by helping inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria that cause diarrhea. The aim of this study is to identify the species of lactic acid bacteria that play a role in probiotic kombucha drinks. This study uses a descriptive experimental design, namely describing the results of study data in the form of pictures and tables and then drawing conclusions. The results obtained from the study that has been carried out are yeast microorganisms with the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida spherica, Candida lambica, Candida inconspicua, and Candida krusei. Meanwhile, bacteria suspected to be lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus could not be identified by the vitek tool. In this study it can be concluded that no species of lactic acid bacteria could be found in all isolates obtained from samples of probiotic kombucha drinks made from white tea and brown sugar.

Abstract

Perkembangan bidang teknologi dan sistem informasi yang pesat memberi pengaruh di segala bidang kehidupan manusia termasuk bidang kesehatan. Berbagai metode yang dikembangkan untuk menilai bagaimana teknologi tersebut diterima dan diterapkan dalam sistem rumah sakit. Salah satu metode yang dipakai adalah metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Konsep model TAM berkembang dari dua unsur kegununaan penggunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi literatur. Kata kunci yang digunakan antara lain technology acceptance model, sistem manajemen dan informasi rumah sakit. Data base yang digunakan adalah Proquest, Embase, dan Scopus. Didapat total artikel 366 (terdiri dari (n=522) Proquest (n=32), Embase (n=44). Setelah di cek duplikasi dan dihilangkan dengan mesin otomatis sebanyak 44. Didapat 39 artikel. Kemudian dilakukan lagi penyortiran berdasarkan tahun (mulai tahun 2010 keatas) dan jenis artikel, maka didapat hasil akhir sebanyak 7 judul. TAM dapat digunakan untuk menilai penerapan teknologi dalam sistem informasi dan manajemen rumah sakit. Metode TAM dalam penilaian teknologi di rumah sakit dengan konsep model 3 digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem dan memberi masukan untuk pengambilan keputusan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Termination of employment (PHK) is a serious action that is often taken by employers for various reasons. Economic pressure, market competition, or strategic changes are often the justification for companies to make efficiency by laying off workers so that the company can survive. These reasons often trigger inequality of power between employers and workers, which in turn can result in many workers' rights being violated. This is further triggered by the renewal of the regulation of the Manpower Law. Initially, this law stipulated that companies could conduct layoffs on the grounds of efficiency with the requirement that the company close. But now these requirements have changed as outlined in the Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja. Undang-undang Cipta Kerja adds a new reason that companies can carry out layoffs for efficiency reasons without the condition that the company closes, but only on the grounds of experiencing losses or even just to prevent losses from occurring. This change in requirements expands the freedom of employers to be able to lay off workers. Therefore, effective legal and regulatory protection plays a very important role in ensuring that workers still have rights and interests that must be respected when the company conducts layoffs. In this research, the author wants to further examine the rights of workers when layoffs are carried out for efficiency reasons. the research method used is normative juridical which is carried out on library materials / secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and non-legal materials. The research approach used in this research is a statutory approach. This approach is used to examine the applicable rules/regulations regarding employment, especially regarding layoffs for efficiency reasons.

Abstract

The formulation of this study; a) What is the result of the suspension of trading shares of PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk by the Indonesia Stock Exchange? This type of research belongs to normative legal research methods (normative juridical). Normative juridical research is legal research that puts law as a building system of norms. Normative legal research is also legal research conducted by researching using library materials or secondary data. In the event of suspension of PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk due to late submission of financial statements and not paying fines, it can cause losses to shareholders, especially public shareholders who do not have control over a company. In the event of this loss, OJK, whose authority is supervision, inspection and protection, can be present as a legal step that can be taken by shareholders who are consumers in the financial services sector. OJK is present as a place to complain about things that are not reached.

Abstract

Termination of Employment occurs based on the previous employment relationship created between the worker/laborer and the employer which is marked by an agreement in the employment agreement. Contract workers are bound by a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT). Layoff is something that is highly avoided, especially for workers/laborers because since the layoff occurs, at that time the worker/laborer also loses their livelihood and loses the ability to meet their daily needs, so workers' rights must be protected. This research aims to understand the rights of contract workers who experience unilateral termination of employment (PHK) during the contract. The method in this research is normative legal research by searching and connecting legal facts with the basis of regulations to create conclusions to answer the problems that arise. The results of the research found that 1) The regulation of unilateral termination by the employer is contained in Article 62 of the Labor Law; 2) In the case of PT Vietmindo Energitama there was an imbalance because the judge of the Industrial Relations Court rejected the plaintiff's claim which the employer did not fulfill. This, it creates losses and does not create certainty for workers/laborers because it is clearly and rigidly regulated that the party terminating the employment relationship is obliged to pay compensation until the contract period ends.

Abstract

Expiration is a condition where a time limit has passed for our right to be able to file a lawsuit. Therefore, when filing a case, time is an essential concern for every party who wants to file a lawsuit in court. Each legal issue has a different time. One problem that often occurs in employment is the Termination of Employment Relations. When someone experiences Termination of Employment Relations (PHK), there are several rights that a worker should obtain. Still, if the employer does not fulfill these rights, the worker can file a lawsuit at the Industrial Relations Court (PHI). When filing a case, a worker must pay attention to the period regulated in Article 82 of Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes. In practice, there are still inaccuracies in determining the expiration date in Termination of Employment (PHK) cases. This research aims to determine how the expiry date for Termination of Employment (PHK) cases is regulated in employment law. The research method used by researchers is normative research. Researchers will examine the problems raised by linking them to applicable laws and regulations. The conclusion is that there are still things that need to be corrected in using the legal basis in determining the expiration date in cases of termination of employment.

Abstract

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor consumer good dengan empat fokus bisnis utama yaitu distribusi, agribisnis, bogasari, dan produk konsumen bermerek. Seiring perkembangan bisnis, melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) perusahaan mulai menawarkan saham ke publik pada tahun 1994. Saat ini perusahaan berhasil mengekspor bahan makanannya hingga ke negara di Asia, Australia, dan Eropa. Tercatat nilai aset yang dimiliki PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk sebesar Rp102,66 triliun, hal tersebut menjadikan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk perusahaan manufaktur terbesar kedua di Indonesia. Aset serta keuntungan yang berhasil dicapai merupakan bagian dari kinerja keuangan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin menganalisis laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode tahun 2020-2022 agar dapat mengukur kinerja perusahaan menggunakan rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara menganalisa laporan keuangan tahunan dengan jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah komparatif dengan membandingkan rasio laporan keuangan selama periode berjalan yang mana hal tersebut dilakukan dengan menganalisis rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio profitabilitas pada laporan keuangan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis, kinerja keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dilihat dari rasio likuiditas perusahaan cukup baik. Sedangkan dilihat dari rasio solvabilitas dan profitabilitas dapat dikatakan kurang baik dan kurang efisien. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk perlu menurunkan rasio solvabilitas dan meningkatkan rasio likuiditas serta profitabilitasnya sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan maupun investor.
