Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan profesi bagi pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja di instansi pemerintah. Instansi pemerintah memiliki iklim organisasi yang berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. Sehingga, kinerja ASN memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi tersebut. Umumnya, analisis kinerja pegawai hanya dilakukan pada organisasi swasta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan kinerja ASN melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dan reward terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 202 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ASN Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Hasil uji realibilitas menunjukkan koefisien 𝛼 > 0,60 yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional (0.964), efektivitas reward (0.961), dan kepuasan kerja (0.973). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif langsung efektivitas reward terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) terdapat delapan indicator yang perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada institusi pemerintahan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pembinaan pegawai ASN sebagai bagian dari Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

During COVID-19 pandemic, almost all economic sector in Indonesia fell. Accommodation, food and beverage (culinary) sectors were the third largest industry after the manufacturing and construction industry, which laid off workers. There was one interesting point, in this pandemic storm MSMEs were affected quite badly compared to the economic crisis hit in late 90s. Another interesting point was that some of MSMEs suffered from profit decrease to loss and even bankruptcy. However, some MSMEs could survive. What makes them survive? Through researchers observation, we saw that culinary entrepreneurs as respondents consider some behaviors to be the key to their business survival during the pandemic. Based on theory these behaviors are considered as entrepreneurial characteristics. The research objective of this article is to test confirmation among respondents that entrepreneurial characteristic is the key to survival regarding the demographic and experience factors. This research used a descriptive quantitative method and Levane’s test for equality of variances. As the result respondents showed no differences based on their demographic and experience factors to see that entrepreneurial characteristics is the key of their survival during the pandemic.

Abstract

Video games dan virtual reality (VR) kini telah diterapkan pada uji klinis sebagai pendekatan terapi dalam rehabilitasi pasien stroke. Tujuan dari systematic review ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi penggunaan teknologi berupa video games dan VR dalam memulihkan fungsi motorik pasien stroke. Pencarian database yang digunakan termasuk Pubmed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, ScienceDirect. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel adalah video games, virtual reality, fungsi motorik, rehabilitasi stroke, fisioterapi. Hanya penelitian dengan jenis randomized controlled trial dan uji klinis mengenai penggunaan video games dan virtual reality sebagai metode rehabilitasi pasien stroke dimasukkan ke dalam tinjauan ini. Dari hasil pencarian didapatkan 34 artikel dan 13 artikel dipilih untuk dianalisis. Informasi yang diambil dari penelitian yang dipilih yaitu jenis perangkat, jumlah dan tipe pasien, intervensi, dan hasil utama. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video games atau VR sebagai terapi tambahan dalam proses rehabilitasi dapat meningkatkan durasi waktu terapi dan dan meningkatkan proses pemulihan fungsi motorik lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The development of trade activities in goods and services in Indonesia has increased quite significantly due to developments in information and transportation technology which have caused activities in the trade sector in the creation of works for goods and services to experience rapid development. One form of law protection called intellectual property rights, namely trademarks. Through this research, we will discuss legal reflections on general terms which are one of several conditions that are prohibited when submitting an application for trademark name registration. This research method uses a normative method with research specifications, namely analytical descriptive using a case approach that examines Verdict Number 85/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2022/PN. Niaga.Jkt.Pst. The aim of this research is to provide knowledge to the public who are prospective trademark registrants to know the criteria for brand names that can be registered or cannot be registered, in this case regarding brands that contain elements of generic terms. The conclusion proves that a generic term is a meaning that refers to a group of products or terms that are common among consumers or the public. Supposedly, brands registered using generic terms or general terms that are part of the public domain cannot pass or go through the substantive examination stage in the trademark examination process. This needs to be prevented because if the trademark application is granted, inquiries can give the trademark owner monopoly rights over the use of the trademark so that the trademark cannot compete effectively.

Abstract

The increasing demands of the community for quality and affordable health services make hospitals have to always try to survive amid increasing competition. This article is a systematic review where data is taken from online databases such as ProQuest, Wiley Online, JStore, ScienceDirect, Embase, Scopus, and local journals (Garuda Portal, Jurnal Promkes) using the keywords "Strategy", and "Hospital Marketing", "Marketing". The search engine obtained 6234 international journals and 6 local journals. Then again sorting by year (starting from 2012 and above), duplication, type of article (journal, not systematic review), and full article only, then the final result is 7 titles. The result of this literature review article may provide experiences for directing future investigations regarding the marketing strategy of a teaching hospital. Thus, the findings of this article could help governments, universities, health providers, and academia to concentrate their efforts and policies on the development of the current teaching hospital, especially using marketing tools. Directions for improving the healthcare systems should mainly focus on reducing diseases, disabilities, and mortality among the population; improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare; and developing a competitive market of innovative medical services. The creation of an effective healthcare system could lead to improving the quality of life. Hospital marketing is an important element in introducing the hospital to the wider community. It is necessary to combine and coordinate related elements so that marketing programs can be carried out as effectively as possible.

Abstract

Penting untuk mengembangkan konsep baru Health Promotion Hospital (HPH) karena perlunya penyesuaian dan revisi layanan promosi kesehatan rumah sakit (HP) di samping perawatan terapeutik. Ini adalah studi komprehensif dan meta-analitik untuk mengetahui korelasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan promosi kesehatan rumah sakit selama 20 tahun sebelumnya. Investigasi komprehensif ini dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman Tinjauan Sistematis dan Meta-Analisis (PRISMA) untuk item pelaporan. Hasil yang dievaluasi dalam penelitian ini termasuk perkiraan faktor dalam mempengaruhi promosi kesehatan di rumah sakit. Perbedaan rata-rata (MD) dari data kontinu digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. 9 studi dipilih untuk meta-analisis. Karena variabilitas substansial dalam kedua kategori, model analisis efek acak digunakan. Kepemimpinan, Kebijakan dan Strategi, Orang, Kemitraan dan Sumber Daya, Proses, Hasil Pasien, Hasil Staf, Hasil Masyarakat, dan Komunikasi adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi di rumah sakit yang mempromosikan kesehatan. Kepemimpinan, Kebijakan dan Strategi, Kemitraan dan Sumber Daya Manusia, Proses, Hasil Pasien, Hasil Staf, dan Hasil Masyarakat semuanya memiliki dampak besar dalam mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan promosi kesehatan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Sustainable management of natural resources is one of the major challenges faced by Indonesia, one sector that is often a source of conflict is the mining sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause legal conflicts in the mining sector in Indonesia and examine the implications of legal conflicts for sustainable natural resource management. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research using literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that legal conflicts in the mining sector in Indonesia were caused by several factors, including unfair profit sharing, environmental damage, and violations of community rights. Legal conflicts in the mining sector have negative implications for sustainable natural resource management. Legal conflicts can hamper investment, reduce productivity, and damage the environment.

Abstract

Medical tourism adalah sektor yang terus berkembang berkat meningkatnya permintaan akan layanan kesehatan berkualitas dengan biaya terjangkau. Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi memungkinkan individu untuk mencari perawatan medis di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh faktor pre-arrival experience dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan perjalanan medical tourism. Tinjauan literatur ini melibatkan 13 artikel yang dipublikasikan antara 2013 dan 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pre-arrival experience diperoleh melalui informasi dari internet, pengalaman masa lalu, komunikasi mulut ke mulut, dan citra lokasi yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Faktor ini memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan wisatawan dalam melakukan perjalanan medical tourism, dengan pemberian pelayanan yang memberikan current experience yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi post experience wisatawan. Selain pre-arrival experience, faktor lain seperti kualitas pelayanan, kredibilitas penyedia layanan, fasilitas, biaya, serta kemudahan transfer dan akomodasi juga memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam melakukan perjalanan medical tourism.

Abstract

The strategy of setting the selling price of a product below production costs by a business actor is an activity that is prohibited according to Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. Determining the selling price below the cost price may indicate activities that are prohibited in Article 20 of Law Number 5 of the Year, namely the practice of selling at a loss. The practice of selling at a loss has a detrimental impact on other business actors, namely that it can eliminate business actors in the relevant market, causing an unhealthy business competition climate and leading to monopolistic practices. This is not in line with the objectives of Law Number 5 of 1999 which requires fair business competition so that it can create a healthy business climate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak tarif Indonesia Case Base Group (INA-CBG) terhadap pasien yang menjalani operasi caesar, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan akses dan ketersediaan perawatan kesehatan di Indonesia. Melalui ulasan sistematis yang mencakup 6 studi terkait yang diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun terakhir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tarif INA-CBG mempengaruhi pasien secara signifikan. Tarif ini sering tidak mencerminkan biaya nyata yang dikeluarkan oleh profesional perawatan kesehatan, yang membebani penyedia dan pasien. Selain itu, kompleksitas dan variasi dalam prosedur operasi caesar tidak diperhitungkan dalam tarif tetap, potensial mengurangi tingkat perawatan yang disediakan. Skema pengembalian juga mendorong peningkatan operasi caesar yang tidak perlu, dengan dampak negatif pada kesehatan ibu dan pengeluaran kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Upaya perlu dilakukan untuk meninjau ulang struktur tarif, mempertimbangkan kompleksitas prosedur, dan mempromosikan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan bukti. Hasilnya adalah peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan alokasi anggaran perawatan kesehatan yang lebih efektif. Studi tambahan diperlukan untuk memahami aspek lain dari implementasi INA-CBG di Indonesia dan konsekuensi jangka panjang dari intervensi ini.
