Abstract

Motorcycles are a means of transportation which plays an important role in people's lives. One of the existing problems on the motorcycle is the indicator system or often called by speedometer, an indicator system showing the value of the volume of fuel oil. In fact, the sensor unit used by the indicator is not a volume sensor but the surface of the fuel sensor in the form of mechanical potentiometers. This equipment irregularly measures oil tank so that the mathematical approach to formulate the relationship between surface height and gasoline volume will be difficult. Therefore, to interpret the data manipulation done by comparison method is the method of comparison experiment and calculation. This method is applied in this research due its more superior accuracy and efficiency. This research designs hardware for monitoring fuel oil based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) using AT mega 328 as main controller and LCD to display driver’s identity sent by General Packet Radio Service (GPRS). The sensor used is a buoy sensor, measuring the fuel volume between 0.20 liters to 9.55 liters. It is known that the comparative method has an average rate of 16.1%, in measuring the fuel volume between 0.20 liters to 3.68 liters. It is known that the comparative method has an average rate of 17.9%. On measuring the fuel volume between 0.20 liters to 3.43 liters, the comparative method having an average rate of 7.2% is employed. Based on the test results, the best comparison method in comparison with the interpolation method with the average rate of smallest 7.2% is determined.

Abstract

SSD currently has a new storage media technology namely Solid State Drive Non-volatile Memory Express (SSD NVMe). In addition, SSD has a feature called TRIM. The TRIM feature allows the operating system to tell SSDs which blocks are not used. TRIM removes blocks that have been marked for removal by the operating system. However, the TRIM function has a negative effect for the digital forensics specifically related to data recovery. This study aimed to compare the TRIM disable and enable functions to determine the ability of forensics tools and recovery tools to restore digital evidence on the NVMe SSD TRIM function. The operating system used in this study was Windows 10 professional with NTFS file system. Typically, acquisition is conducted by using traditional or static techniques. Therefore, there was a need of a technique to acquire SSD by using the live forensics method without shutting down the running operating system. The live forensics method was applied to acquire SSD NVMe directly to the TRIM disable and enable functions. The tools used for live acquisition and recovery were FTK Imager Portable. The inspection and analysis phases used Sleutkit Autopsy and Belkasoft Evidence Center. This research found that in the recovery process of TRIM disabled and enabled, TRIM disabled could find evidence while maintaining the integrity of evidence. It was indicated by the same hash value of the original file and the recovery file. Conversely, when TRIM is enabled, the files were damaged and could not be recovered. The files were also not identical to the original so the integrity of evidence was not guaranteed.

Abstract

Sensor fusion merupakan metode penggabungan dua jenis sensor yang berbeda dimana memiliki karaktersitik yang hampir sama untuk mendapatkan suatu fungsi baru. Salah satu fungsi dari sensor fusi adalah mendapatkan perbandingan antara dua sensor yang digabungkan. Penelitian tentang perubahan kinematik telah jamak dilakukan, hal ini dikarenakan dengan melihat perubahan kinematik manusia dapat menentukan pola pergerakan, klasifikasi, hingga proses rehabilitasi medis. Seluruh anggota tubuh yang terhubungkan oleh sendi dan bergerak dapat diukur nilai kinematiknya. Penelitian ditujukan pada pergelangan kaki untuk mengetahui langkah serta pergerakan naik turunnya pergelangan kaki, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mendukung penelitian lanjutan untuk membantu proses rehabilitasi medis pada pasien yang mengalami cidera pergelangan kaki. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada empat orang yang berbeda melakukan aktivitas lari, jalan lambat, jalan ditempat, dan jalan cepat didapatkan perbedaan rata-rata dari kedua sensor yang dihasilkan oleh gyro x dan acc x adalah 10,27%, gyro y dan acc y adalah -25,39%, gyro z dan acc z adalah -10,33%. Dari kedua sensor tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa accelerometer dan gyroscope dapat digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya perubahan kinematik.

Abstract

AbstrakKebutuhan akan listrik akan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini dikarenakan pembuatan produk yang menggunakan listrik sebagai energi nya juga gencar dikeluarkan oleh produsen sehingga kebutuhan akan listrik sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat vital untuk masing-masing individu. Saat ini di negara kita telah dikembangkan listrik prabayar disamping listrik pasca bayar yang telah berjalan, fungsi dari listrik prabayar ini adalah untuk dapat mengontrol penggunaan dari listrik itu sendiri. Namun, penggunaan listrik prabayar tidak sepenuhnya digunakan secara optimal oleh pelanggan, dikarenakan pelanggan tidak mengetahui beban dari alat listrik yang digunakan sehingga tidak dapat melakukan kontrol dari pulsa listrik yang dibeli. Dari permasalahan itu peneliti mengusulkan untuk membuat suatu alat kontrol dengan menggunakan arduino uno sehingga pemilik dapat mengontrol penggunaan listriknya secara real time. Board Arduino berfungsi sebagai sistem kontrol pengambilan data, sebelum data tersebut di olah pada server. Terdapat sistem sensor berfungsi untuk pengambilan data ampere yaitu sensor AC712-20A dan modul relay sebagai saklar elektrik berfungsi untuk memutus daya listrik ketika pulsa tidak mencukupi. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat kesalahan pengukuran rata-rata sensor ACS712-20A dengan multitester sebesar 26%, sedangkan untuk pengukuran billing listrik prabayar terdapat kesalahan sebesar 6%.

Abstract

The progress of the development of digital technology today, many people communicate by sending and receiving messages. However, along with extensive technological developments, many crimes were committed. In avoiding these crimes, data security needs to be done. Form of data security in the form of cryptography and steganography. One of the cryptographic techniques is the hill cipher algorithm. Hill ciphers include classic cryptographic algorithms that are very difficult to solve. While the most popular steganography technique is Least Significant Bit (LSB). Least Significant Bit (LSB) is a spatial domain steganography technique using substitution methods. This study discusses the merging of message security with hill cipher and LSB. The message used is 24-bit color image for steganography and text with 32, 64 and 128 characters for cryptography. The measuring instruments used in this study are MSE, PSNR, Entropy and travel time (CPU time). Test results prove an increase in security without too damaging the image. This is evidenced by the results of the MSE trial which has a value far below the value 1, the PSNR is> 64 db, the entropy value ranges from 5 to 7 and the results of travel time <1 second.

Abstract

Malang Waste Bank, or commonly called Bank Sampah Malang (BSM), is a legal entity of incorporated cooperatives built by the Malang municipal government serving as a container of waste management, especially dry waste. During this time, the customer service process conducted in BSM has been not optimal, especially its online service. Some services have been accessible online through website but the information is limited only to the list of prices and types of waste received by BSM. While other necessary information needed by the customers such as balance checking, garbage collection schedule checking, and information about the types of saving managed by BSM has not been covered by the existing online system yet. This research has built an online customer service system based on mobile applications and SMS gateways for BSM. The purpose of the system is to facilitate the customers of BSM to obtain information about the garbage bank, especially for customers having high mobility. Interviews and observation are used as the method of the analysis of the system requirements. Meanwhile, the applications such as MySQL database, Web service, PHP CodeIgniter, SMS Gateway and Android as a language programming are used to develop the system. This system integrates android applications with web based applications by using web service. This system is made so that customers get better service. Evaluation results show the system that has been built has been successfully tested.

Abstract

This paper presents a MATLAB simulator of a three area interconnected power system of Thermal-Gas-Hydro. Nonlinearities intrinsic in the interconnected power system of communication delay, Generation Rate Constraint and Generation Dead Band were measured. Bat Inspired Algorithm was exploited to select the favourable parameters of the Model Predictive Controller and the Super Conducting Magnetic Energy Storage. Model Predictive Controller was the subordinate controller employed to minimalize the Area Control Error, Super Conducting Magnetic Energy Storage was the energy buffer to balance the load demand and the power generated. Integral Time Absolute Error was the performance metrics employed to minimize the Area Control Error. Parametric dissimilarity was tested on the inter-connected power system to observe the efficacy of the controller. Step load perturbation of  was concurrently applied to the three-area inter-connected network,  was introduced to the thermal generating unit,  was introduced to the gas and hydro generating unit.  Value of the tie-line was introduced to examine its effect on the frequency deviation. The results performed better when compared with Model Predictive Controller joined with Super Conducting Magnetic Energy Storage against the Model Predictive Controller without Super Conducting Magnetic Energy Storage in relations to settling time, overshoot and undershoot.

Abstract

Aplikasi pemesanan taksi online saat ini menjadi salah satu bagian penting dalam transportasi umum khususnya taksi. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah mempermudah pemesanan taksi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Kemudahan penggunaan transportasi umum diharapkan dapat mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Sehingga akan dapat mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas di daerah perkotaan. Tetapi mempermudah saja tidak cukup, perlu suatu pendekatan lain agar masyarakat selalu menggunakan aplikasi pemesanan tersebut setiap saat melakukan perjalanan. Salah satu aplikasi hasil penelitian dengan topik Intelligent Transportation System yaitu Semut App memasukkan pendekatan gamifikasi dalam fitur pemesanan taksi online. Desain interaksi yang digunakan dalam gamifikasi pada pemesanan taksi online bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan aplikasi dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana bentuk desain interaksi gamifikasi pada pemesanan taksi online yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna
