Abstract

Consultancy and counselling services are helps provided to individuals in order that they become personalities with insight, view, skill that they arevaluable in the societies. The Indonesian Government Regulation Nomor 20/2003 on the National Education System correctly states that councellors are educators, which means that those with the profession should produce work with high quality that they could develop students’ potentialities to reach success, both formally and socially. The works of a councellor depends on their qualification and competences that they gain from credible institutions. A councellor should be licensed and certified to indicate that he (she) has completed his (her) professional study and has been tested according to certain criteria given by a representative professional organisation or agency. This should be also supported with (1) dignity service, (2) tasked jobs, (3) healthy environment. These three can guarantee the maintenance of the professions.

Abstract

Professionalism to the demands of each profession. Without exception the teaching profession who daily deal with the nation's future children with a variety of characteristics of each are not the same. Teachers are an important component in the learning process. In improving the quality of learning, the teacher role and serves as a demonstrator, the class manager, mediator and facilitator, and evaluator. Professional teachers is important because those who have professional skills in various capacities as an educator. Teachers with keprofesionalitasnya it will be able to improve the learning process so as to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

Advancement of science and technology is growing rapidly can lead to positive effects and negative effects on mental students, such as the still many students who are less disciplined in dressing at school or even when following the lesson in the classroom and the lower the morale owned of the students themselves. Seeing such a phenomenon is feared will be increasingly declining mental and student behavior. Abstract

General description of women's participation in the political world in Indonesia representation is very low at all levels of decision making, both at the executive, legislative and judicial levels in the government bureaucracy, political parties both in other public societies. In this case the low quality of women's participation in politics occurs in Bali, namely in the executive ranks. Likewise, at the echelon II level, there were no women who obtained the position, that is, from the number of village heads in Bali there were no women who held more positions as lurah, even if there were only a few. In addition, in the organization of the Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) in Bali, it is rare and there may not be women who become the Bendesa Adat or Bendesa Pakraman. This is also evident in the management of other organizations such as youth clubs and sekuna teruna. In an organization like this it is rare to find women becoming chairpersons or electing a chairperson as chairman or vice chairman. Based on this, a gender perspective is considered by involving men and women in the basic decision-making process of democratic work that will lead to equality.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology these days have influenced the characters of the children, who are faced with heavy challenges. Teaching children should be then directed towards  strenghtening their morals. Regarding that, it needs a neotraditional norm that is based on the traditional origins. The Hindu education could become the normative agent that builds any modern Indonesian characters through their local wisdoms that are motivative to the children. On the instrumental level, the primary values to be taught are autonomy, dignity, creativity, morality, pride, and sense of aesthetics, and democracy awareness. They should preserve the local cultural heritage, including the languages and the arts, while adapting the global trend. As the educators, the teachers at schools as well as the parents at homes must be the role models whose responsibilities and disciplines are followed.

Abstract

Education is an orderly system and has a fairly broad mission, namely everything that is related to physical development, health, skills, thoughts, feelings, wills, social to issues of belief or faith. This shows that school as a formal educational institution has a heavy load in carrying out the educational mission. This is especially so if it is related to the rapid changes of the times these days which greatly affect students in thinking, behaving and behaving, especially those who are still in a stage of development in transition who are looking for self-identity.In terms of character education, the Indonesian nation really needs large and quality human resources (human resources) to support the implementation of development programs properly. Abstract

Family is the place in which the individuals are conditioned and prepared for the roles in the societies. Parents should do the preparation, preservation, direction, and be responsible for the spiritual and physical education and development of the children. They are also the motivators, advisors, as well as the friends of the children. Based on the roles the preservation of the cultural values and institutions is obtained in the societies. In educating the children informally, parents should play the roles in creating the harmony of the family, society, and with the God, through the practise of praying. The education can be done by: a) setting the good models to the children, b) emphasizing the importance of education, and c) controlling the children’s behaviors and habits.

Abstract

Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya model pendidikan agama hindu berbasis glokalisasi untuk peningkatan mutu siswa SD Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan tipe “Prototipycal Studies. Data dalam penelitian ini akan dikumpulkan dengan: (1) pedoman observasi, (2) pedoman wawancara, (3) kuisioner, (4) pedoman studi dokumen, (5) fokus groups discussion, dan (6) interrater validity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, Nilai- nilai karakter global yang visibel dan relevan untuk diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan karakter berdasarkan spektrum teori rekonstruksi sosial Vygotsky dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama hindu bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V, yaitu: kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokrasi, objektivitas, multikultur, berpikir terbuka, kepedulian sosial, opened culture, pendidikan seks, anti rasisme, anti pelecehan, kesetaraan gender, kepemimpinan, kehormatan diri, kehormatan bangsa dan negara, peduli lingkungan, hak azazi manusia, morality dignity, dan penghargaan pada minoritas. Kedua, rekonstruksi struktur muatan kurikulum pendidikan agama hindu Sekolah Dasar kelas V yaitu:  mantram dainika upasana, ahimsa, satya dan tat tvam asi, moksha sebagai tujuan akhir, keharmonisan hidup melalui tri hita karana, catur guru, melihat dan mengenal tempat suci dalam agama hindu, kitab suci veda.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the application of "Cooperative Type" learning model STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) in improving the result of learning Hindu Religion students.This research includes classroom action research (PTK) with cyclustic design In this research used research subjects 13 students, taken from the students of class VII A who have not met the criteria of mastery learning.The target of research is the result of learning Hindu Religion students in SMP Negeri 4 Negara.After the data collected, then analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis.Results of data analysis showed an increase of average The results of Hinduism learning obtained on the pre cycle of student learning outcomes only reached 69.09 and in the first cycle student learning outcomes increased 77.39.And in Cycle II student learning outcomes rose to 83.48 Or from pre-cycle to cycle I increased by 12,01%, from pre cycle to cycle II equal to 20,83%, and cycle I to si Second cluster of 7.87%. Based on the results of this data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Type STAD learning model can improve the learning result of Hindu religion students in SMP Negeri 4 Negara, Jembrana District.

Abstract

Educational quality assurance is an important part of the education system, its function is to ensure that the education process goes according to plan and is able to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. The implementation of Digital Assurance in the English Literature Department of Surakarta IAIN is one of the innovative steps in the quality assurance process at Surakarta IAIN. This paper will describe the transformation process that occurs in the implementation of Digital Assurance. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The analysis carried out concluded that the transformation process of quality assurance based on Digital Assurance in the Department of English Literature used a Top-Down pattern. Transformation is supported by leadership factors and strong commitment, adequate human resource support and a conducive organizational ecosystem.
