Abstract

Management of education by creating a conducive learning environment and successfully fulfilling commitments in fulfilling promises as educational leaders. The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hamper development and national economic development. Along with the advancement of knowledge and technology, the socio-cultural life, socio-economy is increasingly unacceptable to space and time. In order to build the quality of Indonesian people who are able to challenge it, clearly it requires human resources that can be relied upon in the face of competition. TQM is a quality management system that is related to continuous improvement in improving the quality of education from various aspects of sustainability. Educational quality that is acceptable from customer needs and satisfaction. The application of TQM in school organizations is carried out as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools, thereby improving the quality of schools by improving the quality of education of high quality. The implementation of a management system is always disrupted by balance. Two parties who are pro and contra arise, accept TQM and reject TQM. TQM's refusal because it affects changes in management, namely changing established values. With this pillar, it is expected to be able to help schools improve their educational processes. The implementation of integrated Quality Management in schools is inseparable from the efforts of the principal to provide assistance to the school.

Abstract

Literacy is the soul of education In Hindu civilization. The Upanisad is an integral part of Vedic literature. It provides the basic concepts of education and literacy patterns. According to the Upanisad, education is about giving educated degrees to students and building excellent human character. Likewise, literacy is essential in Hindu Education. This article will explain the basic concepts of education and literacy patterns in the Upanisad, which are the basis for human resource development, as stated in ancient texts. This study uses Vedic hermeneutics to explain and construct the superiority of the concepts contained in the Upanishads.

Abstract

Financing a good management is one key to the success of an educational institution to promote or increase quality. In this study, the focus of the problem is how the management of financing available to the private universities in Surabaya medium in order to improve its quality. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the presence of the researcher as an instrument of research conducted interviews to informants as a source of primary data and documents as well as supporting books as a secondary data source. Management Funding education is one of the factors that determine the quality improvement due to the financial management that is transparent and accountable will give rise to the belief of stakehoulder and it will be the motivation of each academicians Tri Dharma College in Private colleges medium in Surabaya to conduct quality improvement in their respective fields.

Abstract

The progress of a nation is determined by the quality of Human Resources (HR). One characteristic of qualified human resources is to have multiple intelligences. Multiple intelligences consisting of linguistic, logical-reasoning, bodily kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, musical, naturalist, and spatial. Development of multiple intelligences can be done since primary school, one of which is using science learning. The characteristics of the science learning process can allows the growth of multiple intelligences in primary school students.The development of multiple intelligences in primary schools requires important roles of teachers and schools. Multiple intelligences will help students to achieve the specified competency standards.

Abstract

This writing discusses about a way to understand the varieties of children’s learning styles in environment of formal school. One of the ways that will be discussed is by designing a learning based on multimedia. The research uses an approach which vies some concepts existed in the variable. It is called by library research. The result of this research shows that children’s learning styles generally are divided into three styles, they are auditory, visual, and kinesthetic. By using multimedia approach in teaching, it will help teacher in understanding various styles of children’s learning. It is because of multimedia consist of the components, such as media and audio media and visual media have been integrated in multimedia. Instead of multimedia which is designed well can stimulate children’s attention in learning process so the children are interested to follow the learning and all of aspects that are needed by children.

Abstract

The problems of education in Indonesia is quite compleks and greatly affect learning outcomes and outputs produced a school. problems of education in Indonesia was impressed throwing responsibility. As if the government is guilty, guilty schools and so on. Advancing whereas education is a joint responsibility. Abstract

Education serves to improve intellectual intelligence and human character. Character education must go through a learning process. The education process in the Covid-19 pandemic situation was forced to be carried out online. This situation will hamper the student's character learning process. Aside from being an entertainment, film becomes an educational media for the community. The film "Sokola Rimba" is a film that has educational and humanitarian values. Therefore it is important to conduct research on the character value of the film "Sokola Rimba". To improve the quality of character education for students who learn from home. This research will analyze the character values in the film "Sokola Rimba", to improve the quality of character education. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an observation method. The results of this study are in the film "Sokola Rimba" there are ten character values. The character values are social care, hard work, responsibility, tolerance, religious, care for the environment, love for peace, curiosity, creative, and friendly. The values in the "Sokola Rimba" film can be used as a medium to improve the quality of character education when students learn from home.

Abstract

The need of higher education in the community has become the main thing for the future, not all can study at State Universities (PTN) but some must enter in Private Universities (PTS). But the problem that arises is the problem of tuition fees in the PTS course higher than the state university, the tendency of prospective students in choosing Higher Education (PT) based on cost and quality. While the problems from the PT side lies in the budget constraints in improving quality because of talk about the quality of course comprehensive from the means of lectures to the specialization of universities. Limitations of costs can at least be overcome by the synergy of universities, private companies and governments so it is not always student.
