Abstract

Supplementary Feeding (PMT) in infants is the provision of food or beverages containing nutrients to infants or children aged 6-24 months to meet the nutritional needs after exclusive breastfeeding. Achievement rates of exclusive breastfeeding in Riau Province in 2011 was 45.9%, in 2012 increased to 46.2%. Exclusive breastfeeding PHC coverage in 2012 amounted to 60.4%, in 2013 decreased to 32.5%. The aim of research to determine the factors Associated with supplementary feeding (PMT) in infants aged (0-6) months in Puskesmas Garuda Village Middle Tangkerang Pekanbaru.This study is a quantitative analytical observational design (cross-sectional). With the dependent variable supplemetary feeding (PMT) and independent variables (education, employment, knowledge, and resources). The population in this study are all mothers who had infants aged (0-6) months, as many as 388 people with a partial sample of mother who had infants age (0-6) months as many as 128. The sampling technique is quota sampling. Data types consist of primay data and secondary data. Collecting primary data obtained directly from observations in the field through interviews with a quetionnaire measuring tool. The analysis which is used is the analysis of univariate, bivariate with Chi-square and multivariate. The results showed there is a relationship between education and the Feeding (P value 0.032, POR 95% CI = 2.338 1.137 to 4.808), knowledge (P value 0.002, POR value = 3.844 95% CI 1.710 to 8.639. )Is expected to relevant agencies to improve communication program, information, and education (KIE). establish cooperation across programs and sectors, more active in providing information to mothers with infants aged (0-6) months to education dan knowledge of the low one through the extension of the supplementary feeding (PMT). Abstract

ABSTRACT A visit to Posyandu toddler is the coming to Posyandu toddler to get health care. The participation rate of maternal health check babies to Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu) is still low. Riau Province has not reached the target Strategic Plan which is only 64.52% of the target of 80%. IHC D / S in District Inhil (Indragiri Hilir) decrease from 2013 to 2014, ie from 50.4% to 50.3%. The aim of research to determine the factors associated with a visit to Posyandu toddler in the Village Puskesmas Enok Maelstrom Indragiri Hilir. This study uses a quantitative method with cross-sectional design. The population is all the mothers who have children aged between 12-59 months in the Maelstrom Village Puskesmas Posyandu Enok Indragiri Hilir. The number of samples in this study were 63 mothers. Techniques of sampling using a set number of samples based on sampling techniques stratifiet proportional random sampling. The results showed that the study (p = 0.042, POR = 3.333), occupation (p = 0.016, POR = 4.154), the role of volunteers (p = 0.004, POR = 6.028), and knowledge (p = 0.029, POR = 3.682) was associated with a visit to Posyandu toddler. While age (ρ = 1.000), income (p = 0.247) health facilities (p = 0.320) there was no correlation with a visit to Posyandu toddler. Conclusions are variable relationship education, employment, the role of cadres, and knowledge of the toddler visit to neighborhood health center in the Village Maelstrom Enok Indragiri Hilir Subdistrict. Abstract

Breast cancer treatable while still stadium early. The first step in the treatment of disease breast cancer is detection by true that symptoms appearing on the body patient is really cancer cells. Stadium cancer is the result of diagnostic by physicians so that ease in understanding for patients . On this research used fuzzy logic as a method that helps in making the support system of decision in determining stadium breast cancer. today much android applications are made in the provision of information in the field of health. By combining knowledge in the health sector , fuzzy logic and android is expected to become an application latest supporters of intelligible decision by many people on the health sector. The support system decision stadium disease breast cancer using fuzzy logic android based was designed . We can conclude that the application apply calculation based on fuzzy logic method sugeno and has been tested by calculation on matlab and manually.

Abstract

Radiasi adalah suatu perambatan energi dari sumber energi kelingkungannya tanpa membutuhkan perantara.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap karyawan terhadap radiasi. Desain ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini diakukan pada bulan Februari di PT. PLN PLTD/G Teluk Lembu Pekanbaru. Data primer diperoleh dari populasi 55 responden dengan sample 55 renponden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuosioner, data univariat disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi diikuti dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan spss chisquare disajikan dengan software spss. Hasil survei menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden berpengetahuan baik dengan sikap positif sebanyak 15 responden (62,5%). Dari hasil uji chisquare diketahui nilai ρ value (0,003) < nilai α (0,05) berarti ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap karyawan tentang radiasi PT. PLN PLTD/G Teluk Lembu Pekanbaru. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat terus menambah informasi dan menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
