Abstract

Apotek Karunia is one of the companies engaged in the field of medicines whose business processes are still using a manual way that consists of the process of ordering goods, the process of making notes and invoices, the process of sending back and the process of selling drugs to the customer. Such a system still takes a long time to perform data processing so that the time required is not efficient. Therefore, to overcome these obstacles required a sales information system. This study aims to build a sales information system on a pharmacy gift using prototype development method. System analysis using flowchart, system design using unified modeling language (UML) modeling, system development or coding using Dot Net programming language and database using SQL Server, and system testing using black box testing. The result of the research is a sales information system used to process drug data, drug sales, and customer data collection.

Abstract

Art Circle Dynamic Entry is a profitable business engaged in the field of digital art both fan making, original art, and visual novel. How Art Circle Dynamic Entry works in marketing marketing art commisssion mostly using online media such as facebook and Deviant Art. This study aims to build an order pre order art commission system in Art Circle Dynamic Entry that facilitates customers and artists in art pre order. System development method used in this research is method with Prototype process model and programming language used is PHP and JavaScript with phpMyAdmin software and MySQL database. The result of this research is the art commission pre order system based on web bootstrap in art circle dynamic entry which able to process the order data quickly so as to facilitate the customer in art pre order.

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) has evolved. The amount of benefits making ICT as needs as well as the requirements for the organization in running the business. Clinic XYZ is currently experiencing very rapid progress. However, clinical progress brings its own problems. One is the increasing number of vehicles and the growing density of activity in the limited parking lot. XYZ Clinic parking lot currently managed manually, so there are still many problems that arise. Therefore, there are needs for a new system that could be the solution of the existing problems. Parking Information System Clinic XYZ is built using the Java programming language and MySQL. The system can handle the process of managing the parking attendant, parking transactions both in and out of vehicles as well as printing ticket and searching of old transaction data.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an airline that has developed quite rapidly in Indonesia since 2011. In order to increase ticket sales, PT. XYZ has attempted to implement retail payment system by opening various payment channel which also involves many banks to handle payment. Daily ticket sales transaction data reaches millions every day. Constraints faced by PT. XYZ as well as other major retailers is in the reconciliation / matching phase of data from various payment channel owned and involving many banks that have different data patterns. The wide scope of payments, as well as the possibility of a connection error between the merchant system and the Bank system have made reconciliation more difficult. The reconciliation of payments still needs to be done manually using spreadsheets so it takes more time and process, thus slows down operations. Based on the background, PT. XYZ requires a payment reconciliation system that can handle the data of millions of transactions. This payment reconciliation system is also expected to handle many payment channels and many banks with diverse data patterns. This study aims to analyze and design the payment reconciliation system required by PT. XYZ. The analysis and design process will adapt the Waterfall method for the analysis and design phase. Results from the study concluded that the resulting design is largely able to answer the needs of PT. XYZ to the payment reconciliation system and can be the basis for system implementation at a later stage.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a functional organization for providing health service which is comprehensive, integrates, equal, reachable and cost friendly for the people. Puskemas emphasizes its service on the optimum level of health to the wider society. To enhance the quality of the services to the public, it is time for a clinic to be supported by a computer application that can help the patients who have to wait with a long queue when they want to get the services from it. Queuing application with web-based system can help the patients by online registration and get the queuing number without come to the clinic before their visit. By this system, the patients can also observe the progress of the queue from the website, take their time to wait in the outside of the clinic and arrange their coming without stay for a longer time before their turn. The clinic itself may apply First Come First Served (FCFS) queuing system which means a patient will get handled until the previous patient is finished. Furthermore, this application will help the clinic officer to manage the existing data in it without keep calling the patients one by one manually. Subsequently, the operator will only press the button in the queuing application to call the next patient

Abstract

The aim of this research paper is to evaluate the effect of knowledge management on the adoption of the e-business in driver online service transportation. Research methodology use quantitative approach with associative paradigm. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 driver Grab, Gojek, and Uber in Jakarta. Response rate of 89 percent. Data were analyzed by employing structural equation modeling with partial least square. The results showed that knowledge management processes such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application are significant in affecting provider of driver online service transportation decision to adopt e-business in their business.

Abstract

The ease of access to the internet is and the rapid development of gadgets technology that encourage people to interact with the virtual world, the use of social media and the internet which was originally used as a means to interact with others shifted into the media to market the product. Kaskus as the largest online portal in Indonesia are keen to see the trend and create a trading forum on its website that can be used by anyone to offer their products or services. For sellers in this forum to get customers is not easy, it is necessary to understand the factors that influence a buyer to re-purchase the seller in this forum. Based on sampling buyers in this forum, it finds that the trust factor to the reputation of the seller and the services provided by the seller is the dominant factor affecting decisions to the buyers repeat order.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build and implement a reservation application to support the business needs of Mbah Koboy Cafe. The problems that exist in the cafe when the number of customers that require waiting to get a place called waiting list. The method used is the prototype method. Applications are created using HTML and PHP programs with MySQL databases. The results of research in the form of Application Reservation Place Mbah Koboy Cafe based on website that is able to make the reservation process where the visitors who come no longer waiting and can display information about the cafe. Then there is the admin page to manage the room and transaction.
