Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional merupakan proses pembelajaran dengan pertemuantatap muka yang dilakukan di ruang kelas secara langsung. Pada umumnya, proses pembelajaran ini memilikiberbagai masalah seperti guru tidak datang, kurangnya informasi, dan siswa takut bertanya. Untuk itu, dibangunlahsebuah aplikasi pembelajaran sehingga diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dan jugadapat menjadi sarana pendukung untuk membantu pendidikan. Melihatakan kebutuhan informasi yang cepat danjuga pengguna smartphone yang meningkat, memungkinkan untuk membangun aplikasi yang dapat di aksesmelalui smartphone sehingga belajar dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pada laporan penelitian ini,membahas tentang rancang bangun aplikasi mobile learnin client server berbasis moodle dengan menggunakanteknologi cross-platform. Sifatnya yang cross-platform memungkinkan aplikasi ini untuk berjalan pada semuasmartphone. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun telah berjalandengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dan hasil dari pengujian user acceptance test, 60% siswadari30 orang dan 62% guru dari 8 orang mengatakan sangat setuju aplikasi dapat menjadi saran pendukung dalammembantu pendidikan.Kata kunci: Cross-platform, Mobile Learning, Moodle, Smartphone

Abstract

Availability of detailed data customer transactions is the largest operation undertaken by a digital printing company. Digital printing company should have the customer database. The problem of company to keep consumer loyalty is how to make prediction of customer habits that appropriate with type and target customer market. This system is a system prediction of customer habits that built using the Association Rule Mining Method. Association mining is method mining technique to find the rules of assosiative between combination itemset, the calculation is done by determining the value of minimum support and minimum confidence. The result of best rule calculation used as a combination product recommendations that offered to customers when the transaction took place and can use to reference in making promo and catalog. This system was built using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and database Microsoft Access. This system can be used as a solution for company to make prediction of customer habits by type and target customer market, that can be help the company to increasce corporate image and profit the company. Abstract

Pemilihan model hijab yang tepat tergantung pada bentuk wajah dan tempat pemakaian. Beragamnya model hijab menyebabkan muslimah kesulitan memilih model hijab yang tepat tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, studi ini membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis if-then rule untuk pemilihan model hijab berdasarkan bentuk wajah dan tempat pemakaian. SPK ini diimplementasikan pada aplikasi Android. Metode inferensi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah forward chaining. Pada SPK ini terdapat 50 keputusan model hijab. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, SPK ini membutuhkan 19 kriteria dan 1970 rule. Hasil uji black box menunjukkan fitur-fitur pada aplikasi SPK berjalan 100%. Hasil user acceptance test yang dilakukan oleh 30 muslimah menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan aplikasi adalah 98.33%.

Abstract

Control on chemical process industries are generally nonlinear time variant, so that it needs a good performance. Controller Design is a series of how to get started with system control mathematical model system tuning parameters are controlled, controllers and simulate the design results. The controller has a good performance is obtained by providing accurate controller tuning parameters. This research discusses the design of PI controller using the Tuning in process Ziegeler Nichols Nonlinear Multivariable.The system is controlled using Matlab-Simulink simulated so get a response-controlled system. Response system that is used to determine the parameters of the method Ziegler Nichols.The result shows, PI controller design using Ziegler Nichols Tuning can reduce the time duration of tuning parameter control. By using the control Parameter Tuning for control of Ziegler Nichols open loop (method of reaction curves) on the output flow rate F (t) and the concentration of c-output (t) obtained the value of Kp = 0.36 and Ki = 1.666 .7 as for controlling close loop (oscillation method) on the output flow rate F (t) obtained the value of Kp = 0.45 and Ki = 0.69 and concentration of c-output (t) value = 0.45 Kp and Ki = ▲ 0.935.Keywords : PI Controller, Ziegler Nichols Tuning, Nonlinear Multivariable

Abstract

Car transport is a very valuable tool for people to travel from one place to another. Frequent carusers difficulties when their car was damaged, because lack of knowledge of car users inanalyzing troubleshooting the car in general and there has not been available a proper system model inproviding solutions to the damage of the car. Expert systems is a solution to help car users in givingknowledge to the car user in analyzing the damage of the car. Method of backward chaining and Methodof depth first search (DFS) is a method used to search the damage to the car.The process of tracing the damage done to the car by using a rule-based. Designing aknowledge base (knowledge base) is done by making a tree consisting of inference components, type ofdamage and damage characteristic that describes the problem until they reached the conclusion andsolutions the car problems these are stored into the Database Management System (DBMS). The next willbe determined the weight of the response of each problem so that can be formulated the value of thepercentage of damage to the car.Expert system is expected to perform toubleshooting process (problem solving) cars and canprovide solutions like an expert and can be accessed via the internet.Keyword : Car, Expert System, Backward Chaining, DFS, Database Management System

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan sekarang telah berkembang pesat, hal ini terlihat jelas dengan cepatnya perkembangan IPTEK. Dengan di dukung oleh teknologi, dunia pendidikan di harapkan mampu mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang dapat bersaing di era globalisasi. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan sebuah media berbasis keislaman yang menunjang kemampuan IPTEK dan karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini berisi kajian literatur rancangan multimedia interaktif terintegrasi nilai-nilai islam pada materi koloid dan mengungkapkan kelayakannya. Perancangan terdiri dari 3 tahap, antara lain: perencanaan, design, dan pengembangan. Tahap perencanaan meliputi identifikasi ruang lingkup materi, pengumpulan sumber, diskusi ide awal, dan penetapan rencana tampilan. Tahap desain meliputi analisis instruksional serta pembuatan flowchart dan storyboard. Tahap pengembangan meliputi penyiapan teks, grafik, audio, video, penggabungan bagian, pembuatan materi pendukung, revisi, serta validasi program. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa produk yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar serta dapat mengembangkan karakter religius siswa sesuai dengan kompetensi inti dalam K-13.

Abstract

Weather forecasting is an important thing in our lives and can help us to minimize the impact it will have in the future, we need a very high accuracy in forecasting the weather conditions in the future. For that, he built a system that can predict the weather. In this study using an artificial neural network models are often used in forecasting. The method used is Backpropagation where there is a training process the data (making patterns), forecasting and output in the form of a state system of rainfall and its weight. In this study using binary sigmoid activation function (logsig) and bipolar sigmoid (tansig) using parameters epoch 1000, learning rate 0.01 and error 0.001. The data used from the city of Pekanbaru BMKG station with focus testing system for local area Pekanbaru. Output adjusted into 5 categories: bright, light rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and torrential rain by BMKG standards. An accuracy system is 96 %, where most of the failures are in the category of moderate rain and heavy rain.Keywords: Backpropagation, BMKG, Pekanbaru, Weather Forecast

Abstract

There are many problems can happen to Hardware and Software notebook, those problems canbe detected from various symptoms, however in order to know exact problem types, it needs an expert onnotebook troubleshooting. Meanwhile there are small numbers of notebook troubleshooting experts,especially on remote areas. Therefore it needs a system that has ability of an expert on notebooktroubleshooting, whereby the system has notebook troubleshooting expertise about symptoms andproblems. This thesis designs an Expert System using Web-based application to help users in analyzingthe problem. The system uses Personal Home Page (PHP) as its web application language, and MyStructured Query Language (MySQL) as its Database Management System (DBMS). The benefits of theExpert System to detect notebook problems are easy-to-use and easy-to-access whereby users are ableto access the system using mobile phones that support Internet technology.Keywords: Expert System, Troubleshooting, Notebook, Database Management System.

Abstract

The majors in STIKOM PGRI Banyuwangi are Artificial Intellegence, Software Engineering and Networking. The students have a different ability on IQ and talent, so the student must choose the majors according to their ability in the field of interest. Grades start from semester 1 until the semester 4 constitute basic ability to be a consideration in determining the right majors. To overcome this problem, this research uses classification technique, which is comparing several algorithms among others C4.5, Naïve Bayes, KNN, Random Forest, and SVM. This algorithm applies to build classification selection of the proper majors. Pairwise T-Test determine as an accuracy indicator to evaluate the performance of classifiers. Results showed that C4.5 seemed to be the best of five classifiers which had highest prediction result. C4.5 was used to generate data which can be used to classifying student majors in STIKOM PGRI Banyuwangi. And the results of the accuracy of other methods close to the results of the method C4.5.

Abstract

Performance measurement is an important factor for any organization. Performance measurement is used as a basis for planning the organization to achieve the goals set in the future and as a tool for assessing the success of the organization. Performance measurement, today is no longer needed by business organizations wishing to internal organizational process improvement. Performance measurement at this point has penetrated to the non profit organization, one of which is an educational institution, in this case the university. This study aims to determine the level of achievement of the organization performance in education, especially within the scope of a faculty. By using this method has been established over 32 IPMS objective strategy to be achieved are summarized into 9 (nine) aspects are perspectives that exist on the SMART System Model. From the analysis of the priorities that have been made, there are five main factors that are the focus of attention and a critical indicator of success in achieving the vision and mission set by the Faculty “X”. The resoult that have been performed Faculty performance index values obtained were 3.72 level. Refers to a standard level of achievement that is, it can be concluded that the achievement of the Faculty “X”, is still far from the expected target.Key words : Performance, IPMS Methods, SMART System Model.
