Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study attempts to analyze Food Quality and Service Quality towards Customer Satisfaction and the Implications for the Interest in Repurchasing Kumkum Culinary Parks. Sampling submitted to the consumers of the Culinary Park Kuminta 500 is obtained. This study uses the Slovin formula to calculate the size needed. Data analysis carried out is quantitative analysis determined by numbers and calculations using standard methods supported by Version 3.0 of Partial Least Square (PLS) programs. The results showed that (1) Food Quality had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction,(2) Service Quality had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (3) Customer Satisfaction had no significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (4) Food Quality had a positive and significant effect on Repurhase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable, and (5) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Intentional Repetition with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variableABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Makanan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan serta Implikasinya terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang Taman Kuliner Kumkum. Pengambilan sampel ditujukan kepada konsumen Taman Kuliner KumKum berjumlah 500. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menghitung ukuran sampel yang diperlukan. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang dinyatakan dengan angka-angka dan perhitungannya menggunakan metode standart yang dibantu dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Makanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, (2) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, (3) Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang, (4) Kualitas Makanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening, dan (5) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the financial ratios of stock return either partially or simultaneously on the banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The population of this research is banking sub-sector company. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling method so that 10 banks are eligible as sample. This study uses data panel regression analysis method with Eviews 10 program, to know the effect of independent variable consist of LFR, CAR, ROA, NIM, NPL and PBV to stock return. The results of this study indicate that partially LFR and NPL has no significant effect on stock return. Partially CAR, ROA, PBV have positive and significant effect to stock return while NIM have negative and significant effect to stock return. The results of this study indicate that LFR, CAR, ROA, NIM, NPL and PBV simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returnsABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa rasio keuangan terhadap return saham baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor perbankan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 10 bank memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan program Eviews 10, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari LFR, CAR, ROA, NIM, NPL dan PBV terhadap return saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial LFR dan NPL tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara parsial CAR, ROA, PBV berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham sedangkan NIM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LFR, CAR, ROA, NIM, NPL dan PBV secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to minimize the Customs dwelling time process on imported goods that are exposed to the red lane. This study discusses the length of the dwelling time process on goods affected by the red lane of PT. Wilmar Group which results in company losses. Where dwelling time on imported goods exposed to the red lane takes 12 days. The author limits the scope only by discussing the length of the dwelling time process of goods affected by red lines and costs caused by long dwelling time. The analytical tool used is ASLBAL on LINGO. The ASLBAL method as one method of improving the dwelling time container time to provide the best solution in the dwelling time process at Customs. The results of the analysis show that the actual duration of the dwelling time process is 12 days, after the experimental model 2 has been carried out with a long dwelling time of 5 days, an acceleration of 7 days or around 58.3% of the actual conditions and efficiency is 42, 80% or Rp. 9,837,410, with a time and cost efficiency of 43.19% compared to the actual experimental model and experimental model 1, the dwelling time time cannot be reduced to less than 4 days given the length of the custom clearance process in Tanjung Priok port, JakartaAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi proses dwelling time Bea Cukai pada barang import yang terkena jalur merah.. Penelitian ini membahas lamanya proses dwelling time pada barang yang terkena jalur merah PT. Wilmar Group yang mengakibatkan kerugian perusahaan. Dimana dwelling time pada barang import yang terkena jalur merah memakan waktu 12 Hari. Penulis membatasi ruang lingkup hanya dengan membahas lamanya proses dwelling time barang yang terkena jalur merah dan biaya yang disebabkan oleh dwelling time yang lama. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah ASLBAL pada LINGO. Metode ASLBAL sebagai salah satu metode perbaikan waktu dwelling time container agar memberikan solusi terbaik dalam proses dwelling time pada Bea Cukai. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa lama proses dwelling time actual yaitu 12 Hari, setelah dilakukan model percobaan 2 dengan lama waktu dwelling time yaitu 5 Hari, terjadi percepatan sebesar 7 Hari atau sekitar 58,3% dari kondisi actual dan dari segi biaya terjadi efesiensi sebanyak 42,80% atau sebesar Rp.9,837,410, dengan efisiensi waktu dan biaya sebesar 43,19% dibandingkan dengan model percobaan actual dan model percobaan 1, waktu dwelling time tersebut tidak bisa dikurangi kurang dari 4 Hari mengingat panjangnya proses custom clearance di pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Saluran Distribusi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian serta Implikasinya pada Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Widodo Makmur Perkasa. Pengambilan sampel ditujukan kepada pelanggan PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 55 pedagang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi akan diambil sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang dinyatakan dengan angka-angka dan perhitungannya menggunakan metode standart yang dibantu dengan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil pada penelitian adalah (1)  Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (2) Saluran Distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (3) Kualitas Produk berpegaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian, (4) Saluran Distribusi berpegaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract.This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived of risk and perceived of reputation for Cosmetics Online purchasing decisions with Trust as an intervening variable.Both factors are expected to be taken into consideration for online businesses to build relationships with customers. The subjects of this study are women, internet users who have ever shopped online at least one times in online shoppingsite?s amounted to 113 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire used to measure the perception of respondents using a Likert scale. Data collection procedures carried out through a survey of female where given a questionnaire with closed model (respondents' answers alternative has been provided). All instruments were tested for validity and reliability and has been qualified as an analytical tool. Analysis was performed using SPSS statistical methods. The results of the measurement of Influence of perceived of Risk, Perceived Reputation and Trust in Purchase Decision, Shows that trust has a positive effect 3.411 and significant 0.001on purchasing decisions, The perception of the risk of a negative effect (-1636) but not significant 0.105, effect positive perception of the reputation of a significant 3376 and 0.001 on purchasing decisions cosmetics online.Perceived of Risk , Perceived of Reputation and Trust together have positive and significant effect on the Buying Decision cosmetics onlineAbstrak . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi risiko dan persepsi reputasi terhadap keputusan pembelian Kosmetik secara online dengan Kepercayaan sebagai variabel Intervening. Kedua faktor tersebut di harapkan menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku usaha online dalam membangun relasi terhadap konsumen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah wanita, pengguna internet di Indonesia yang pernah berbelanja online minimal satu kali di situs belanja online berjumlah 113 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi responden menggunakan skala likert. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey terhadap wanita dimana diberikan kuesioner dengan model tertutup (alternative jawaban responden telah disediakan ). Seluruh instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan telah memenuhi syarat sebagai alat analisis. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode statistic SPSS. Hasil pengukuran Pengaruh Persepsi Risiko, Persepsi Reputasi dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh positif 3.411 dan signifikan 0.001 terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi resiko berpengaruh negative (-1.636 ) namun tidak signifikan 0.105, persepsi reputasi berpengaruh secara positif 3.376 dan signifikan 0.001 terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik secara online.Persepsi Risiko, Persepsi Reputasi dan Kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif 78.602 dan signifikan0.000 terhadap Keputusan Pembelian kosmetik secara online .

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of transfomational leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees in PT. Transfacific Finance Indonesia with reward as a moderating variable. The object of the research is employees of PT. Transfacific Finance Indonesia, Jakarta with a sample of 120 people. The independent variable is transformational leadership style and organizational culture while the dependent variable is employee performance, and the modern variable is reward. Analysis of data used Descriptive Statistics using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis methods with variant-based multivariate statistical techniques using PLS. The results of this study show that transformational leadership style influences employee performance, organizational culture influences employee performance, rewards affect employee performance. The effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance is not moderated by reward variables. While the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is moderated by reward variables. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transfomasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karwayan PT. Transfacific Finance Indonesia dengan reward sebagai variable moderating. Obyek penelitiannya adalah karyawan PT. Transfacific Finance Indonesia, Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 120 orang. Variabel independen adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi sedangkan variabel dependennya kinerja karyawan, serta variabel moderatig adalah reward. Analisis data yang digunakan Statistik Deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan tehnik statistika multivarian berbasis varian dengan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak dimoderasi oleh variabel reward. Sedangkan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dimoderasi oleh variabel reward.

Abstract

Abstract. This research was intended to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and brand trust towards customer satisfaction and its impact on parent loyalty at Ayodya Pala Art Studio that offers lessons or courses in the arts, especially dance, music and vocal. The data used were primary and secondary data. Secondary data obtained from various sources such as text books, journals, and other publication data. Primary data was obtained through survey with questionnaires distributed to 134 respondents. The results showed that the brand image, service quality and brand trust positive and significant influences on customer satisfaction. However, brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction did not have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. While brand trust had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This research can be a recommendation for the company for managerial policy decision at Ayodya Pala Art Studio to improve the brand image, service quality, and brand trust in order to maintain its customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline through employee servant of government performance. The sampling used as many as 90 employees of civil servant of first district at Kramat Jati. This study are observed in August until September 2019 at first district Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The analyctical tool used smartPLS volume 3.2.8 (Partial Least Square). The result showed the influence of variable leadership and  motivation are positive and significant effect for employee performance directly. The leadership directly had positive influence but insignificantly to employee performance. Motivation has positive direct and significant influence to employee performance. In a while, leadership and motivation with work discipline as an intervening variable, indirect has positive influence but insignificant to employee performance for civil servant in first district Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on purchase decision and the implication on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Wilo Pumps Indonesia, a subsidiary company from WILO SE as a pump manufacture of Wilo brand. The research data uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through surveys with questionnaires distributes to 85 respondents who are customers of PT. Wilo Pumps Indonesia using stratified random sampling method. Secondary data is obtained from various sources such as books, journals and other published data. The analyst method uses path analysis using SPSS version 22. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision and customer satisfaction while the brand image had no effect on pruchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study found that purchasing decisions have positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.
