Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Saluran Distribusi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian serta Implikasinya pada Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Widodo Makmur Perkasa. Pengambilan sampel ditujukan kepada pelanggan PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 55 pedagang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi akan diambil sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang dinyatakan dengan angka-angka dan perhitungannya menggunakan metode standart yang dibantu dengan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil pada penelitian adalah (1)Â Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (2) Saluran Distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (3) Kualitas Produk berpegaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian, (4) Saluran Distribusi berpegaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian.

The Aims of the research to determine the effect of soaking time and concentration of H2SO4 on the germination of seeds jati (Tectona grandis Linn. f). The research using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with factorial pattern Â 3 x 4. Factor I is a long time soaking (W1: 20 minutes, W2: 30 minutes and W3: 40 minutes), factor II is the concentration of H2SO4 (K0: 0%, K1: 70%, K2: 80% and Â Â K3: 90%). Each treatment with three replications. The data obtained were analyzed by ANAVA at 95% significance level, followed by Duncan's test at the 95% test level. Parameters observed were: the percentage of germination (%),hipokotil seedling length (cm), radicels seedling length (cm) and seedling dry weight (gr). The results showed there were interactions between treatment long time soaking and H2SO4 concentration on the percentage of seed germination of jati. Interaction treatment 70% H2SO4 concentration on the length of soaking of 30 and 40 minutes showed the highest percentage germination. Seeds that capable to germinate under thus treatment the seedling growth is not affected by treatment.

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia yang meningkat disertai dengan produksi sampah rumah tangga yang semakin meningkat. Pengelolaan sampah yang kurang tepat dapat berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan sekitar. Indonesia masuk kedalam penghasil sampah terbesar ke laut. Hal ini memberi dampak negatif bagi kesehatan lingkungan. Permasalahan kelola sampah di Indonesia dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator seperti tingkat pelayanan pengelolaan sampah masih rendah, jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan tinggi, dan tempat pembuangan akhir yang terbatas. Pada tahun 2008, pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan undang-undang mengenai pengelolaan sampah dengan harapan masyarakat Indonesia dapat mengelola sampah dengan lebih baik. Memasuki era digital, pengelolaan sampah dapat dibantu dengan proses yang sederhana melalui teknologi digital. Untuk membantu terciptanya pengelolaan sampah yang baik, maka dibuat aplikasi Matrash. Aplikasi Matrash dapat digunakan di smartphone. Aplikasi tersebut dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membantu mengedukasi tentang pengelolaan sampah dan membantu pengelolaan sampah dengan fitur pengambilan sampah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah implementasi aplikasi Matrash dalam proses pengelolaan sampah di pesisir Desa Jenu Kabupaten Tuban.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perbedaan rata-rata dari nilai hasil belajar pretest dan posttest pada pembelajaran Matematika siswa kelas II SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimen kuantitatif yaitu Pre-Experimental Design dengan model One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data yang diperoleh melalui metode tes tertulis adalah essay. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas II SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa kelas II dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji statistik t-test berpasangan menunjukkan terdapat nilai Stg.(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0.05 dengan perbedaan rata-rata skor pretest yaitu 62 sedangkan rata-rata skor posttest sebesar 88, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar materi bangun ruang siswa kelas II SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang.

The incidence of diabetes is increasingly becoming a global health burden. Meanwhile, in recent years, functional foods have been intensively investigated for diabetes management. These foods provide health benefits due to their bioactive compounds that enhance the metabolism and lower the risk of chronic diseases, such as diabetes. The aim of this study was to explore the keywords, countries/territories, publication numbers, institutions, authors, and journals associated with functional foods for the management of diabetes using a comprehensive bibliometric analysis method. Scopus database was used to compile the information, followed by VOSviewer for comprehensive bibliometric data analysis. A total of 1,226 Scopus articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed. The results showed that the greatest expansion in research occurred in 2012, and China was identified as the most productive nation in this field. In addition, Food and Function was found as the most recognized journal in this area, and Singh, R.B. as well as Zengin, G. made the greatest contribution. The bibliometric data also illustrated several mechanisms of functional foods for diabetes management, including antioxidant activity, effect on the gastrointestinal microbiomes, and inhibitor α-amylase. These results underscore the immense potential of functional foods in the diabetes management and provide guidance for future research on this subject.

This research to find out how student activity and environmental support at Surakarta High School affects their academic achievement in the Sociology subjects will provide valuable insights for educators, parents, and educational stakeholders. Thus, the study aims to systematically analyze the relationship between student activity, environmental support, and academic achievement in the context of learning Sociology at Surakarta High School. This method of research is quantitative using the survey method using google form. Population is a whole student class X Phase E, XI Phase F 6-11 and XII IPS with a sample of 177 students, regression analysis with normality tests, rehabilitation, and hypothesis tests. Thus, the results of this study can be explained by the variables of student activity and environmental support of only 3.1% while the remaining 96.9% are influenced by other factors that are not included in this variable, expected to provide conceptual and practical contributions to improving the quality of learning and student performance at the middle level. Background: The new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a highly contagious disease. The disease has spread rapidly and widely around the world, and was declared as pandemic in March 2020 by WHO. The neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is a biomarker that provides important information about the status of systemic inflammation, including in COVID-19. Bacterial co-infection is commonly identified in viral respiratory tract infections such as SARS-CoV-2 and is an important cause of morbidity and mortality.Objective: This study aims to retrospectively analyze clinical data of COVID-19 patients who were treated at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta, to determine the effect of NLR and bacterial co-infection with mortality and length of hospital stay of COVID-19 patients.Methods: This study is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design using secondary data from 87 adult COVID-19 patients at Dr. Moewardi Hospital in August 2021. The sampling method used was purposive sampling of all adult patients aged 18 years or above who had been diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalized.Results: It was found that there was a strong effect of bacterial co-infection on NLR (r= 0.528). It was also found that NLR and bacterial co-infection simultaneously affected the length of hospital stay (Sig.= 0.02) and mortality (Sig.= 0.027). Partially, the effect of NLR on length of hospital stay was found (Sig.= 0.045).Conclusion: NLR and bacterial co-infection have an effect on mortality and length of hospital stay of COVID-19 patients.

Abstract: Reading literacy is a critical aspect of supporting the student learning process. Therefore, this study evaluated students' reading literacy skills through the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach at SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. The study's objectives are: (1) To describe the level of reading literacy of second-grade students using the TaRL approach, and (2) To identify several factors supporting inhibit-ing students' reading literacy through the TaRL approach second-grade. This study uses qualitative and descriptive research methods data collection techniques through interviews, non-participant observations, and documentation. Data validity is carried out by triangulation of sources and techniques and data analysis techniques using data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Based on the study's results, it concluded that the level of reading literacy ability of grade II students SD Supriyadi 02 varied. There are no students at the beginner letter level; at the word level, there are 4 students, 10 students at the sentence level, 9 students at the paragraph level, and 7 students at the story level. The results of student ability tests are in the excellent category, as seen by the ability level achieved by the student. So, with students' reading literacy skills through the TaRL approach, they can minimize their low reading literacy with regular reading activities.Keywords: Reading Literacy; TaRL Abstrak: Literasi membaca adalah aspek penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan literasi membaca siswa melalui pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) di SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat kemampuan literasi membaca siswa kelas dua menggunakan pendekatan TaRL, dan (2) Mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat literasi membaca siswa melalui pendekatan TaRL di kelas dua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif . Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi non partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik, serta teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan literasi baca siswa kelas II SD Supriyadi 02 bervariasi. Tidak terdapat siswa pada level pemula dan huruf, level kata terdapat 4 siswa, 10 siswa pada level kalimat, dan 9 siswa pada level paragraf, serta 7 siswa pada level cerita. Hasil kemampuan tes siswa masuk dalam kategori baik dilihat dengan ting-kat kemampuan level yang dicapai oleh siswa. Sehingga dengan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa melalui pendekatan TaRL dapat meminimalisir rendahnya literasi membaca siswa dengan kegiatan membaca yang dilakukan secara rutin.Kata kunci: literasi membaca; TaRL

Intrapreneurship is a strategy for fostering innovation through making better use of the employees of a company. When intrapreneurship goes wrong and is abandoned, it won't just spur innovation; it'll also assist those who have good ideas to help their companies raise money to create more innovative products. Pegawai can become an agent for business change by encouraging intrapreneurship within the company. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the role that expertise and work environment play in fostering intrapreneurship. As a result of the survey's use of 25 indicators for each and every variable, more than 150 respondents from the University of Amikom Yogyakarta responded. The research's findings indicate that it is possible to combine and simultaneously improve one's skills and professional network in order to foster intrapreneurship.
