Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, reformasi birokrasi, renumerasi, dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam sampel adalah sebanyak 36 pegawai. Employee engagement dan reformasi birokrasi ditemukan berpangaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebagai implikasinya, reformasi birokrasi dan employee engagement perlu dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan di instansi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, reformasi birokrasi, remunerasi, employee engagement, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to know : product quality, service quality, the location, with satisfaction as intervening variabel toward customer loyalty. The results was bassed by the first hypothesis was accepted, so the second hypothesis was accepted, the third hypothesis was accepted, the fourth hypothesis was rejected, the fifth hypothesis was rejected, the sixth hypothesis was rejected, the seventh hypothesis was accepted, the eight hypothesis was accepted so the nineth hypothesis was accepted . to be conculuted : 1) product quality affect toward customer satisfaction, 2) service quality influence toward customer satisfaction , 3) the location affect toward customer satisfaction , 4) Product quality does not affect the customer loyalty , 5) the quality of service did not affect toward customer loyalty , 6) Location not affect toward customer loyalty , 7) Customer Satisfaction affect toward customer loyalty , 8) Product quality, quality of service and the location of the simultaneous influence toward customer satisfaction , 9) Product quality, quality of service, location and customer satisfaction simultaneous effect toward customer loyalty.Key Words : Product quality, Quality of Service, Location, satisfaction, loyalty.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecanggihan teknologi, kemampuan pengguna, kinerja individual, dan pengetahuan SIA terhadap efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 51 orang karyawan alfamart dalam satu area coordinator yang menggunakan aplikasi alfacart. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kecanggihan teknologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi, sedangkan kemampuan pengguna, kinerja individual,dan pengetahuan SIA berpengaruh terhadap efekifitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Kata kunci : Alfamart, Alfacart, efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyse the influence fomenting of employee performance. Subject of the research are nurse of ghrasia mental hospital Special Region Yogyakarta. Data used are validity and reliability by using Software SPSS 17.0 series, then for testing indicators and test hypotheses and test path analysis using analytical tools SmartPLS 3. The results of this study are 1) Working Environment variable proven effect on motivation with test parameter value 0.278 and a P value of  0.007 Values. 2) Variable Job Satisfaction proven effect on motivation with test parameter value 0.623 and a P value of  0.000 Values. 3) Variable Work motivation is not proven effect on performance with test parameter value 0.064 and a P value of 0.793 Values. 4) Work Environment Variables not proven effect on performance with test parameter values of -0,304 and the value of  P Values  0.153. 5) Job Satisfaction Variables is not proven effect on performance with test parameter values of -0,067 and the value of P as  0.773. Keywords: working environment, job satisfaction, work motivation, performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses, people dan place dengan Beach Boys sebagai pelaku bisnis terhadap tingkat loyalitas wisatawan asing sebagai pengguna jasa dengan Kepuasan sebagai Variabel Intervening. Lokasi penelitian di kawasan wisata Pantai Kuta, Lombok. Sampel sumber data sebanyak 100 orang wisatawan asing yang pernah berkunjung sebanyak dua kali kunjungan atau lebih. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan wisatawan dipengaruhi oleh Process, People dan Place sebesar 96%. Loyalitas Wisatawan dipengaruhi oleh Process, People dan Place sebesar 72%. Berdasarkan hasil output SmartPLS dapat dilihat bahwa Tottal Effect yang paling besar pada saat variabel intervening dipengaruhi oleh loyalitas wisatawan. Artinya bahwa para wisatawan yang datang ke kuta Lombok berperan terhadap loyalitas. Process berpengaruh positif dan berperan terhadap loyalitas dan kepuasan wisatawan. People berpengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas dan kepuasan wisatawan. Place lebih berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas dan kepuasan wisatawan. Kata Kunci :CBT Beach Boys, Process, People,Place, Kepuasan dan loyalitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the positive influence of brand awareness toward brand attitude, subjective norm toward brand attitude, belief of label of halal to brand attitude, brand attitude toward buying interest, brand awareness to buying interest and belief of halal label to buy interest. The population is ice cream customers Magnum Muslim Students in Yogyakarta. Number of samples 100 respondents, sampling method purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Method of taking data using questioner. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation with 5% significant level. The results showed: 1) brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand attitude of Magnum ice cream to Muslim Students in Yogyakarta; 2) subjective norms have positive and significant influence on brand attitude of ice cream Magnum at Muslim Student in Yogyakarta 3) belief of label of halal have positive and significant effect to brand attitude of ice cream Magnum to Muslim Student in Yogyakarta; 4) brand attitude has a positive and significant influence on the interest to buy Magnum ice cream to Muslim Students in Yogyakarta; 5) brand awareness has a positive and significant impact on the interest of Magnum ice cream buy back to Muslim Students in Yogyakarta; 6) the belief of the halal label has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest of Magnum ice cream buy back to Muslim StudentsKeywords : brand awareness, subjective norms, label beliefs halal, brand attitude, and buying interest

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions 2) Knowing the interaction effect of the design to the purchasing decision. This research was conducted at the Art Shop Borobudur Silver in Magelang, populations are consumers who buy at Borobudur Silver Art Shop Magelang, sampling used purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used Patial Least Square (PLS), the SEM-based variance, with software SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that: 1) Brand Image (X1) positive and significant impact on the purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Borobudur Silver Magelang proved the value P.Sig (0.000). 2) Quality of Service (X2) positive and significant impact on the Purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Magelang Borobudur Silver proved the value P.Sig (0000) .3) Brand Image (X1) and Quality of Service (X2) positive and significant impact on the purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Borobudur Silver Magelang proved the value P.Sig (0000). 4) Design (Z) does not moderate the effect of Brand Image (X1) of the Purchase Decision (Y) at the Art Shop Borobudur Silver, Magelang. This can be seen from P Values 0834 (> 0.05) and the coefficient parameters -0016 (Tstatistik0.194 <Ttabel 1661).Keywords: brand image, quality of service, design, purchasing decisions

Abstract

 In general, this study aims to test the mediation of profitability on the influence of capital structure and company growth on the value of telecommunications companies. The sample of the research object is used 30 from the 5 annual report periods of 6 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The results obtained are then processed using path analysis method with the help of SPSS and SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the R-square value is 0.2803 and the R-square value of the profitability variable is 0.008 which indicates that construct variability especially profitability cannot be explained by the variability of the capital structure construct and growth because it is only 0.08% . From the results of hypothesis testing it was found that profitability cannot mediate the effect of capital structure and company growth on the value of telecommunications companies. Direct influence is obtained only on the relationship of capital structure and profitability to the value of the company, besides that the hypothesis of direct influence is rejected. Keywords: Mediation, Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Growth, Corporate Value, Telecommunications Company, Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

AbstrakGlobalisi ekonomi merupakan proses kegiatan ekonomi secara global yang melibatkan negara-negara di dunia. Adanya perdagangan bebas di era globalisasi ekonomi saat ini, UMKM “Hunay” dituntut untuk melakukan strategi-strategi yang tepat untuk memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dan strategi yang harus dilakukan pelaku UMKM agar mampu memenangkan persaingan yang begitu ketat di tengah arus globalisasi ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder yakni melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM bawang merah “Hunay” mampu mengahadapi persaingan di tengah globalisasi ekonomi, terbukti wilayah pemasaran produknya bukan hanya di Probolinggo, namun sudah sampai luar kota bahkan telah menembus pasar luar negeri. Faktor agar UMKM tetap bertahan di tengah ketatnya persaingan, yakni UMKM harus terus melakukan inovasi, meningkatkan teknologi, dan memperluas jaringan bisnis agar dapat menguasai pangsa pasar.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Daya Saing, Globalisasi Ekonomi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention; (2) To determine the effect of work stress on turnover intention; (3) To determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention; (4) To determine the effect of organizational climate on turnover intention; and (5) To determine the stress of work, compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction effect on turnover intention. The population in this study are employees of the Cooperative KOKAPURA AVIA totaling 180 people, while employees who have worked more than three years as many as 128 people. Samples were taken 97 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis and path analysis using PLS 3.0 Smart program. Based on the results of the study concluded that: (1) Job satisfaction significantly influence employee turnover intention; (2) Work stress significantly influence employee turnover intention; (3) Compensation incentives significantly influence employee turnover   intention; (4) organizational climate significantly influence employee turnover intention; and (5) Work stress, incentive compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction simultaneously significantly influence employee turnover intention.Keyword: work stress, incentive compensation, organizational climate, job satisfaction, turnover intention
