Abstract

Quality and quantity of performance in an organization is influenced by several things such as compensation received by employees, the work environment and the employees’ loyalty. The objectives of the research are to determine effects of compensation, work environment and loyalty on employee performance at PT. LEC, Yogyakarta. The research was a descriptive. The research data was primary data, data collected using questionnaire techniques. The sampling technique was done with probability. Data sources were gathered from employees of PT. LEC. The scale used ordinal scale. Scaling technique used Likert Scale. Instrument test was done by SPSS software. The analysis used descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and path analysis. The analysis used SPSS and SPLS software. The results of the study that compensation, work environment and loyalty simultaneously and significantly affect the performance, but it does not have a significant partial effect. Abstract

At present digital payment systems or electronic money have been widely used in Indonesia. Market share that is still wide open makes many fintech companies competing to provide discounts and various benefits of convenience when using the applications provided, one of which is GoPay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price discounts and perceived usefulness on repurchase interest using the GoPay application which is mediated by customer satisfaction variables. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires, with a total sample of 84 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the price discount has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price discounts and perceived usefulness have a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention. Customers satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.Keywords : price discount, perceived usefulness, customers satisfaction, repurchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keputusan berinvestasi mahasiwa dari perspektif pembelajaran pasar modal, kemajuan teknologi, uang saku mahasiswa dan bauran pemasaran. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan dengan memanfaatkan purposive random sampling, sejumlah 80 mahasiswa yang berinvestasi saham di Galeri Investasi - Bursa Efek Indonesia Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta akan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner sebagai data survei primer. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan Fakultas Ekonomi khususnya Direktur Galeri Investasi dan jajaran dosen pembimbing menjadi salah satu pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi yang berinvestasi di pasar modal sehingga dapat bersaing dengan Galeri Investasi dari universitas lainnya.Kata kunci: teknologi, pembelajaran, uang saku dan bauran pemasaran

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to know the influence of promotion and facilities learned againsts the student’ satisfaction and consumers loyality in Junior high school 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung. The instruments use SPSS 17.0. and smart PLS 3.0. The subjects of this study is 53 student. The results of research show that Promotion and facility influence positively but not significant against the satisfaction. Promotion and facility influence positively but not significant to consumers loyality. The more influence of loyality are mediation that showed with the value coefficient as 0,243 or 24,3%. The result of total effect is promotion influence directly againts loyality as 0.286, the extent of influence of variables loyality is mediation with coefficient determination R Square 0,007 and the results of total effect as 0,279, while the variable learned facility influence indirectly toward loyality as 0,356, by mediation of consumer satisfaction as 0,008 and the result of total effect as 0,364. Keyword: Promotion,Facilities,Loyality Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kepuasan pengunjung candi borobudur serta dampaknya terhadap word of mouth (WOM). Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan syarat responden sudah pernah berkunjung sebelumnya ke candi Borobudur. Analisis data menerapkan pemodelan dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positip dan signifikan baik terhadap kepuasan wisatawan maupun terhadap WOM. Selain itu kepuasan wisatawan juga berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap WOM.  Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kepuasan Wisatawan, Word Of Mouth

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of service quality to satisfaction and tourist loyality in Ciater Spa Resort. The method used in this research is descriptive verificative. Method analisis of this research is analisis path with software PLS. The results showed that the quality of service has no significant effect on loyalty, it means that service quality as exogenous variable requires intervening role (variable of satisfaction). Visitor satisfaction at Ciater Spa Resort has a significant effect on visitor loyalty. In addition, the relationship between the two research variables are positive, the increasing customer satisfaction will increase also loyalty, otherwise the decrease in visitor satisfaction will have an impact on the decrease in visitor loyalty. These findings have matched customer loyalty theory in marketing books. So that verifikatif research has been done successfully to verify the theory of loyalty in general. This article at once confirms a model of service theory as well as its relationship with satisfaction and loyalty, while minimizing the possibility of false loyalty so that this model can be used in the implementation of service management.Keywords: service quality, satisfaction, loyality.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect work satisfaction and compensation with work motivation as intervening variable towards work performance of insurance installation’s employee at RSUP dr. Sardjito.  The result was based the first hypothesis was accepted, so the Second Hypothesis was rejected, the Third Hypothesis was accepted, the Fourth Hypothesis was rejected, the Fifth Hypothesis was rejected, so the Sixth Hypothesis was rejected, so the Seventh Hypothesis was rejected. To be concluded: 1) Work satisfaction had positive and significant result towards work motivation; 2) Compensation has positive result yet insignificant towards work motivation; 3) Work satisfaction and compensation had positive and significant result towards work motivation; 4) Work satisfaction had positive yet insignificant result towards work performance; 5) Compensation had negative and insignificant result towards work performance ; 6) Work motivation had positive yet insignificant result towards work performance; 7)  Work satisfaction, compensation, and work motivation affected each other, but insignificant towards work performance. Keyword: The Work Performance Analysis, The Work Satisfaction, Compensation, Motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, mengetahui pengaruh kultur organisasi yang mendasarkan pada empat dimensi Hofstede, yakni: jarak kekuasaan, maskulinitas, menghindari ketidak pastian dimasa yang akan datang, dan kolektivitas terhadap keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Juga bagaimana komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Variabel lain adalah keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement). Tiga variabel tersebut di atas merupakan variabel utama dalam Keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan swasta yang bekerja di Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil sejumlah 152 orang dengan cara purposive, yakni responden sudah bekerja selama 2 tahun di perusahaannya. Metode analisis data adalah Regresi linier Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, kultur organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, sedangkan komitmen maupun keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of the audit opinion, change of management, size of the company, and the percentage of ROA's change to auditors switching to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, resulting in a total sample of 65 company observations. Methods of data analysis using logistic regression analysis. The results showed that only change management variables had an influence on the auditor switching, while the audit opinion variables, company size, and ROA change percentages had no effect on auditor switching. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Revolving Loans and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) its impact on Profit Unit of the Community Self-Supporting Institutions Bangunkerto village, Sleman, Yogyakarta, with Mentoring as its moderating effect. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Data collection in the form of a questionnaire for primary data, and Revolving Loans and NPL Reports for secondary data. Subject of primary data in this study was manager of Community Self-Supporting Institutions. Structural Equation Modeling based variance using in this research with SmartPLS application version 3.2.3. The results of this study indicate that the Revolving Loans significant positive effect on Profit Unit with a coefficient parameter of 0.476 and      P-Value 0.000 <= 0.05, NPL is not proven effect on the variable Profit Unit, NPL is not proven effect on Revolving Loans, Mentoring does not affect to the profit unit, NPL with moderating effects Mentoring negatively affect on Profit Unit with a coefficient parameter of -0.306 and P-Value of 0,013 < = 0.05.  Keywords: Revolving Loans, Non-Performing Loans, Profit Unit, Mentoring.
