Abstract

Laptops are one of the most widely used computer devices because they have a minimalist and practical design so they can be taken anywhere. Using a laptop for a long period of time sometimes results in various types of damage with a variety of specific symptoms. The availability of technician laptop service locations is not always available within 24 hours. Based on preliminary data, 58% of users do not know the actual location of the damage to their laptop, while 42% of users already know the location of the damage to their laptop, and 48% of users will first find out the cause of the damage on the internet, the other 30% will immediately take it to a service center.. Goal. of this system is to create an Expert System for Diagnosing Laptop Damage and recording the damage history based on a website, making it easier for laptop users to find out where the damage to their laptop is based on the symptoms they experience. System testing was carried out using alpha and beta testing which resulted in an effectiveness test of 85.81, this shows that the system can make it easy for laptop users to find the location of the damage to their laptop based on symptoms.

Abstract

The results of converting solar energy into electrical energy by a photovoltaic system can be utilized for a cooling system. This cooling system is a combination of a photovoltaic system and a thermoelectric cooling system. The electrical energy generated by the photovoltaic system is converted by the thermoelectric cooler into a temperature difference on both of its sides. On the hot side of the thermoelectric cooler, heat is expelled as much as possible so that the cold side can absorb as much heat as possible. The objective of this research is to obtain the cooling performance coefficient and the lowest possible temperature in the cooling space. The research method employed is experimental. Before conducting testing and data collection, a research device is first constructed. The research device used in this study consists of a frame for the solar panel and another frame for the cooler. Solar cells are placed on the upper part of the solar panel frame, while the cooler frame contains a cooling space with walls lined with styrofoam, aluminum, styrofoam, and plywood (from the inside out). This study uses three modules of TEC-12706 thermoelectric type, each equipped with three fans. Data collected include sunlight intensity, wind speed, environmental temperature, air humidity, temperature on the cold side and hot side of the thermoelectric cooler, current and voltage entering the thermoelectric module, and the temperature inside the cooling space. The research results indicate that the coefficient of performance (CoP) for the cooling space is 1.33, and the lowest temperature achieved in the cooling space is 22.2°C.

Abstract

A company complaint system is an important tool for identifying and resolving workplace problems. By implementing transparent, supportive and responsive mechanisms, companies can create a positive work culture and empower employees to report concerns and contribute to overall organizational improvement. However, in the company's complaint system, there are still spam complaints so the process of receiving complaints in a system becomes difficult. The methodology used for research related to spam complaints is TF-IDF Preference Ranking, which involves determining the order of spam and non-spam complaint categories based on similarity values to determine complaint categories based on weighted documents. Blackbox testing of the research results shows that TF-IDF Preference Ranking can filter spam effectively by comparing complaint data with the system's spam dataset. The test results show that 90% of the spam test data can be categorized as spam and 95% of the functional requirements have passed the functional test and are in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

The current trend in the world of education is from traditional education to modern education using new information technology. The author designed a learning media application for children so that they can improve and develop their learning abilities. By making this application, parents can guide them in learning. The aim of this research is to design an application to improve learning abilities using the Waterfall Method. The Waterfall method is a sequential software development approach, with a process that runs sequentially from stage to stage, through the Requirements, Design, Implementation, Verification and Maintenance phases. The results obtained are the creation of an Android-based reading and arithmetic learning media application, where this application consists of several interesting features that can help children aged 4-9 years. The features in this application are packed with simple calculations, reading letters, and number recognition. To measure the application that is built as suitable for use, it is done by testing the application on 20 respondents and each respondent fills out a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions. Based on the results of the data analysis, a score of 78.625 was obtained, which means this application is suitable for use by children both in terms of appearance and content.

Abstract

Progress in the field of innovation and data is very broad and high, especially in an advanced world like this, of course internet networks are very important and needed by all levels of society, of course this is very beneficial for educational organizations, especially SMKN Sekolah 3 Depok which is located on Jalan Abadi. Jaya, Sukmajaya area, Depok city. Along with the increasing need for learning and practice performances, improvements have been made to the web network foundation in schools and in train ing areas to add web networks and preparation of instructions so that educators can overcome problems that occur in schools. PC organization. Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to develop a web-based financial management information system specifically for Sakura Coffee Cafe by using prototype methodologies. Due to manual financial management, the cafe is currently having issues. This results in stress and lower employee motivation in addition to decreasing work efficiency and effectiveness. The creation of an online, user-friendly financial management information system is the aim of this research, which will raise financial management's overall efficacy. This research produces an effective financial management system for Sakura Coffee Cafe by using the prototype method in system design. Proven through User Acceptance Test with black box testing, and a confusion matrix value of 87,8%, which confirmed the suitability of the system as the right solution for users.

Abstract

According to its capacity, a building can be used by the general public for various purposes. In thisresearch, the process of renting the building, namely Graha Garda Dirgantara, was still done manually,by going directly to the location. This causes problems for people with busy and hectic schedules. The aimof this research is to create a building rental system that can assist in the transaction process, reportingdata processing, and also marketing. The method used in system design in this research is agilemethodology starting from the product backlog, sprint, daily scrum and sprint review processes. Thisresearch uses the Laravel framework to create a web-based Scrum approach. The results of a surveyconducted using Google Form showed that 53.8 percent of respondents said they strongly agreed and 30.8percent said they agreed. These results also show that this approach makes rental data collection moreefficient because the data collection process has been saved to the database.

Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of cloud computing. The research methodology involves systematicliterature review, case studies, data analysis, and theoretical examination to collect supportive data andreferences, aiming to maximize research efficiency. The study also incorporates mitigation strategies andrisk management approaches. The findings indicate that the impact of cloud computing on system securityand data integrity can be tangibly measured through cloud resource testing. Utilizing comprehensiveanalytical methods sheds light on security vulnerabilities that may arise during cloud computing adoption.The research identifies key challenges faced by cloud users, such as unauthorized access and data leakage.Survey outcomes and cloud resource testing reinforce the necessity for focused security policy development,emphasizing the implementation of best practices. Data security measures recommended includeauthentication methods, encryption techniques, and selecting trustworthy cloud services. These securitysteps serve as safeguards to enhance data protection within the cloud environment.

Abstract

Queen Shop JKT is a bakery with a diverse menu. The problem experienced is the difficulty in financial management which is still done manually, making it prone to errors in recording. This research aims to develop a user-centered design method to meet the needs of the shop and introduce UI/UX to improve financial management on their website. Design Thinking is a creative problem-solving method, prioritizing user involvement, which consists of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. The test results confirmed that the implementation of the website UI/UX significantly improved the efficiency of Queen Shop JKT’s financial management. This was proven at the testing stage through usability testing on 7 respondents and obtained an average score of 85 using the System Usability Scale (SUS) technique. It can be interpreted that so far the website meets the needs of users.

Abstract

Lato-lato is a children's toy that has gone viral in Indonesia. This children's toy is quite controversial in Indonesian society because this toy creates quite a noise when played but also has several positive impacts for children. The purpose of this research is to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian people towards lato-lato toys from video comments on YouTube social media. The processes carried out are data crawling, preprocessing, normalization, labeling, and SVM classification. After the SVM classification process with a linear kernel, an accuracy of 81% was obtained. For positive sentiment, the precision is 80%, recall 85% and f1-score 82%, for negative sentiment, the precision is 83%, recall 77% and f1-score 80%. From the results of the sentiment analysis, more Indonesians respond positively to lato-lato, which indicates that Indonesians see lato-lato as not a problem and there are many positive benefits from lato-lato.
