Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires companies to continuously innovate to ensure their products stand out compared to competitors and align with market demands. This research examines the influence of Product Knowledge and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Ponds Facial Wash products on Shopee. The study is quantitative in nature, employing non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques for sample selection. The population in this study consists of residents of Surabaya who have used or purchased Ponds facial wash products through the Shopee application, with a total of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Product Knowledge and Brand Image have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions on Shopee. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi semua bidang kehidupan salah satunya pola interaksi masyarakat termasuk komunikasi yang dapat dilakukan via sosial media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Viral Marketing, Online Customer Review Dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Nivea Body Lotion di Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 85 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berbentuk tautan Google Form yang dibagikan kepada sampel penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis komponen alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Viral Marketing dan Online Customer Review berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Nivea Body Lotion di Surabaya, sedang Persepsi Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Nivea Body Lotion di Surabaya.

Abstract

Pada saat ini terdapat banyak serangan yang menyebabkan serangan atau malware kepada korban pada komputer, server, jaringan, dll. Untuk mencegah semua ini, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mencegah atau mendeteksi jika serangan seperti itu terjadi dengan nama intrusion detection system (IDS). IDS dapat mendeteksi serangan atau malware yang dikenali atau tidak dikenali. Namun, salah satu masalah dalam mengimplementasikan intrusion detection system adalah false positive. False positive dapat sangat berbahaya jika tidak ditangani dengan baik karena dapat memungkinkan serangan terjadi tanpa terdeteksi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini, penulis untuk mengurangi false positive menggunakan machine learning serta membandingkan performa machine learning KNN dengan KNN Genetika Algoritma untuk menentukan algoritma mana yang terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan beberapa tahap untuk meningkatkan kualitas data dan tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh, seperti: penanganan Missing Value, Transformasi Data, Normalisasi Data dan perhitungan Euclidean Distance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi terbaik untuk dapat mengembangkan bisnis dari Hayyu Steak menggunakan analisis SWOT dan pendekatan Bussines Model Canvas (BMC). Pengumpulan data di dapatkan dengan melakukan observasi berupa wawancara kepada Manager dan juga Bendahara yang berada di Hayyu Steak, kemudian peneliti juga mewawancarai pelanggan yang telah melakukan pembelian di Hayyu Steak minimal sebanyak dua kali. Hasil wawancara tersebut kemudian di tuangkan kedalam identifikasi analisis SWOT terhadap komponen Bussines Model Canvas, kemudian hasil tersebut di masukan ke dalam Matriks SWOT untuk menciptakan strategi terbaik untuk pengembangan bisnis dari Hayyu Steak, hasil dari strategi tersebut kemudian di tuangkan ke dalam Bussines Model Canvas terbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah model dari citra merek dan persepsi kualitas produk memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Samsung. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah konsumen Masyarakat Gresik yang memiliki smartphone merek Samsung dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan menggunakan partial least square sebagai alat analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa citra merek dan persepsi kualitas produk memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Samsung yang mana semakin masyarakat Gresik melakukan pembelian produk smartphone Samsung dan juga semakin baik kualitas produk yang ditawarkan maka masyarakat Gresik melakukan pembelian produk smartphone Samsung

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important factor or key to determine the success of a company, in achieving planned goals. Issues related to performance are the main concern in this study. The purpose of the study was to identify the impact of workload, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Romi Violeta. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample involving 51 permanent employees in the general administration, production and marketing departments. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale from 1 to 5 and processed using the SmartPLS program analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Increasing workload can cause a decrease in employee performance. While increasing work discipline and organizational commitment, employee performance will increase. Keywords: workload, work discipline, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money on the consumptive behaviour of generation z students at Prima Indonesia University. Consumptive behaviour can be explained by looking at the habits of the subject, in this case students, who more often buy goods to meet their wants rather than needs rather than saving or investing. Good financial literacy is expected to help all individuals carry out good financial behaviour. The reality that is often encountered today is the tendency of students who are late adolescents to imitate a consumptive lifestyle that is all up to date. Excessive use of e-money can trigger consumptive behaviour. Consumptive behaviour is associated with excessive consumption patterns of goods or services, beyond the limits of one's needs. The research method uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 100 students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data testing was carried out by conducting classical assumption tests, regression tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the study showed partially and simultaneously that financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money had a significant effect on consumptive behaviour.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah model dari persepsi manfaat dan kualitas layanan elektronik memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah konsumen yang Masyarakat Surabaya yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank dengan jumlah sampel 98 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling dan menggunakan partial least square sebagai alat analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat bahwa persepsi manfaat dan kualitas layanan elektronik memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank yang dimana semakin banyak yang menjadi pengguna aplikasi Neobank dan semakin baik kualitas layanan elektronik yang disediakan maka masyarakat akan lebih banyak yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank.

Abstract

Israel's attacks on Palestine have impacted the global economy. Jewish products perceived as Israeli are boycotted in many countries, resulting in substantial losses. This phenomenon has spread to Indonesia. This study investigates the influence of social media and participation in boycott movements on the purchasing interest of McDonald's products among students in Surabaya. Boycotts against brands like McDonald's often arise in response to global political issues, particularly concerning conflicts in the Middle East, including controversies involving Israel. The study involves 100 students as respondents and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data. The research findings indicate that the influence of social media on McDonald's purchasing interest is not significant among Surabaya students. However, participation in boycott movements shows a strong and significant impact on their purchasing interest. These findings highlight that students often use boycotts as an expression of their values regarding politically sensitive global issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapan green supply chain management terhadap environment performance dan economic performance pada perusahaan kelapa sawit (studi kasus: PT. Produk Sawitindo Jambi (Makin Group)). Penelitan bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana penerapan green supply chain management dapat mengurangi dampak pencemaran lingkungan dan meningkatkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Metodologi penelitan kuantitatif dan memperoleh data hasil dari menyebarkan kuisioner kepada internal perusahaan kelapa sawit dengan total sampel sebanyak 77 responden. Pengolahan data statistic menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menemukan stakeholder pressure berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate green resource dan green supply chain management. corporate green resource berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green supply chain management, serta corporate green resource berpengaruh positif memediasi stakeholder pressure dan green supply chain management. Green supply chain management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap economic performance, namun berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap environment performance. Environment performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap economic performance. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kolaborasi antara stakeholder pressure dan corporate green resource mampu mempengaruhi penerapan green supply chain management perusahaan sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi organisasi.
