Abstract

In the industrial 4.0 era, the issue of impulsive buying to maintain an increased purchases has become ever more attractive to be explored. The major ground is the existence of technology that stimulates consumer s interest to products in sight. A more eye-catching display, will escalate consumers' desire to shop. Many modern markets have applied technology to intensify consumer purchases, however, in traditional markets such practices seem to be unfamiliar. For this reason, this study examined variables that affect impulsive buying behavior in traditional markets, employing factors that encourage impulsive buying in the modern market to the traditional markets. Population in this study was consumers of traditional markets in East Java, with purposive sampling technique, and respondents amounting to 400 people. The first research procedure was an experiment, controlling four variables, namely the environment, discount price, payment procedures and facility, continued by spreading questionnaires to respondents. Afterwards, the data was being analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the analysis displayed that the model was acceptable which explained that variable such as environment, discount price, payment procedures and facility affect impulsive buying in traditional markets. Thus, it may be concluded that impulsive buying behavior in modern markets and traditional markets is similar. When discount prices contributed the greatest influence on the traditional markets, in modern markets, the impact was even more profound.

Abstract

ABSTRACTInnovations of the learning module are needed to cover loopholes and weaknesses of the conventional learning. The goal of this research is to create a learning module of the nation‟s defence education based on local wisdoms through a citizen project learning as an effort to increase nation‟s defence awareness and civic competence. This is a mixed method research, using both qualitative and quantitative method with “the dominant-less dominant design” pattern. The analysis shows that citizen project learning module gives a positive impact towards the knowledge, attitude and student skill‟s improvement in internalizing nation‟s defence awareness values and civic competence. Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah adalah suatu badan pemerintahan yang bertugas untuk melakukan penanggulangan dan penanganan bencana alam yang diharuskan untuk selalu memberikan informasi mengenai bencana alam dengan tepat waktu terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu pegawai yang berjumlah 96 orang dengan sampel penelitian 49 orang. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian outer model, pengujian inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan, bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja. Besarnya koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,556 artinya kemampuan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kerja sebesar 55,65%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,35% merupakan variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini seperti lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lain-lainnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the competency certification test at LSP UPN Veteran East Java to improve human resources who are able to provide and produce competitive graduates, as well as provide recommendations in maintaining and developing new competency schemes in each study program. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a survey through a questionnaire instrument designed with the jotform application and sent to respondents via email. Determination of the sample using a minimum sample based on the Slovin formula, with respondents who have taken the competency certification test held by LSP UPN Veteran East Java. Data analysis used the CIPP model with components; context, input, process, product related to the evaluation of the implementation of the competency scheme certification test. The results show that; First, the implementation of the competency certification test is based on the stated vision and mission of the higher education. Competency certification is an important attribute because it is based on three components of competency dimensions, namely knowledge, skills and attitudes that must be possessed by a person. Second, the implementation of the competency certification test involves Competency Assessors (Askom) who have received adequate basic training and already have Competency Assessor certification from BNSP. Third, the implementation of the competency certification test at LSP UPN Veteran East Java has been following the plan, taking into account several stages starting from socialization, communication, implementation, and evaluation, with various interested parties. Fourth, the implementation of the competency certification test is a series of learning processes carried out by students according to the competency scheme established based on the Standard Kualifikasi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) in achieving learning objectives in Higher Education.

Abstract

The Indonesia Government initiates the SDGs' strengthening focus as realizing the Nawacita notion starting from villages. It aims to develop villages under the principles of sustainability in several sectors, such as Economy, Ecology, and Culture. The fundamental aims of this focus are to support the villages’ welfare and share an equal level of development. In the end, villages will be the threshold of community changes toward the self-governing community ideas. To support this, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration regulate the priority for the village's financial focus in Ministerial Decree No.7 the Year 2021. It also regulates some principles to be obeyed by the village government in designing village regulations or policies regarding the issue of village finances, development plans, and supervisory actions. It is arguable as to whether this regulation has affected the villages to escalate their level of Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM). Applying the legal research methods by using laws as the sources of research, combined with an empirical and conceptual approach, this paper discusses the ideal principles of the financial management system which help the villages to raise their IDM level. Three discussion covers 1. The authority owned by villages in managing its fund sources, 2. The principles of the village financial management, and 3. The experience of Jati Village, Tuban, East Java.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 60.000 pegawai tetap Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Surabaya yang berjumlah 99 orang, dengan menggunakan metodologi sampling jenuh. Penyebaran kuesioner kepada personel di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Surabaya 60000 menghasilkan data dan informasi untuk penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, dan uji hipotesis, pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui keterlibatan kerja. Work Engagement berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebagai hasil dari Kepuasan Kerja.Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Work Engagement, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja karyawan yang baik, dan produktivitas yang baik serta peranan sumber daya yang unggul dapat berdampak signifikan pada keberhasilan perusahaan. Penilitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi,disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 49 karyawan pada PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya Pasuruan sebagai objek penelitian, Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebagai Teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk melaksanakn penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara langsung. Adapun teknik penilaian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penilaian skala likert 1-5. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program perangkat lunak yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya Pasuruan, Disiplin kerja dapat memberikan kontibusi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya Pasuruan dan Komitmen Organisasi dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya Pasuruan. Abstract Good employee performance, and good productivity as well as the role of superior resources can have a significant impact on the success of the company. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. This study involved all employees, amounting to 49 employees at PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya Pasuruan as the object of research, using saturated sampling technique as a sampling technique. The research method used to carry out this research is a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires directly. The assessment technique in this study uses a Likert scale rating of 1-5. The data analysis technique in this study used the help of a software program, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that motivation can contribute to the performance of employees of PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya Pasuruan, Work discipline can contribute to the performance of PT. Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja dalam suatu organisasi bergantung pada kinerja karyawan yang berperan didalamnya, oleh karena itu kinerja karyawan menjadi fokus utama bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis keterkaiatan antara kompensasi, motivasi intrinsik, dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian dilakukan terhadap 50 karyawan produksi PT. Rajawali Agro Fertilizer Gresik dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif melalui menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap responden menggunakan teknik penilaian skala likert 1-5 dalam mengukur variabel penelitian. Adapun analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kompensasi mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Rajawali Agro Fertilizer Gresik, motivasi intrinsik dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Rajawali Agro Fertilizer Gresik, dan loyalitas dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Rajawali Agro Fertilizer Gresik. Abstract Performance in an organization depends on the performance of employees who play a role in it, therefore employee performance is the main focus for the company. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between compensation, intrinsic motivation, and loyalty to employee performance. The object in the study was carried out on 50 production employees of PT. Rajawali Agro Fertilizer Gresik using saturated sampling. The research method applied in this study is a quantitative method through distributing questionnaires to respondents using the likert scale assessment technique 1-5 in measuring research variables. The analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are known that compensation is able to contribute to improving the performance production employees of PT. Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan, pembinaan dan keterampilan wirausaha merupakan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dari pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah model dari pelatihan, pembinaan dan keterampilan wirausaha memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi ialah pelaku UMKM yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dan pembinaan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dengan jumlah sampel 75 responden. Metode pengumpulan data di dalam riset ini menerapkan metode survey dan menggunakan partial least square sebagai sarana penganalisisan data. Bersandar kepada hasil yang diperoleh pada riset ini didapat bahwa pelatihan, pembinaan dan keterampilan wirausaha memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM yang berarti semakin baik pelatihan dan pembinaan yang diterima tentunya semakin baik juga kinerja dari pelaku UMKM. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan; Pembinaan; Keterampilan Wirausaha; Kinerja Pelaku UMKM. Abstract Training, coaching and entrepreneurial skills are factors that affect the performance of enterpreneurs. This study aims to examine whether the model of training, coaching and entrepreneurial skills contributes to the performance of enterpreneusr. In this study, the population is enterpreneurs who have attended training and coaching by the Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Office with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a survey method and used partial least squares as a data analysis tool. From the results of the study, it was found that training, coaching and entrepreneurial skills contributed to the performance of enterpreneurs, which means the better the training and coaching received, the better the performance of enterpreneurs.
