Abstract

In the past few years superior madrasa have emerged. Its superiority is not only at the local level, but also nationally, even some madrassas have recognized international superiority. For example, MI and State MTs in Malang, MI Development in Jakarta, MAN Insan Cendekia in Serpong, and MAN Insan Cendekia in Gorontalo. But the number of superior madrasas is very little compared to the number of madrasas as a whole. The above facts show that to become an advanced school or madrasa it is not enough to rely solely on the excellence of the curriculum in the quantitative sense, namely in the form of a series of subjects. Many factors are very influential, such as management, quality of human resources, funding, management, and so on. Therefore it is very understandable that madrasas, however in terms of curriculum content have advantages compared to schools, cannot yet become advanced educational institutions because they still face various problems. In the map of Indonesia's earth, the existence of madrassas actually has very strong foundations because it is supported by the nation's ideology (Pancasila), the 1945 Constitution, the Law of the National Education System, namely Law No. 20 of 2003 and the law on previous education. Therefore, efforts to build and advance madrasas are valid, even a necessity. In fact, the dynamics of madrasa development put more madrasas as educational institutions that received less attention from the government. As a result the existence of madrasas is faced with quite complex problems. Initially was a problem of recognition, a problem of funds, and then impacting on other problems. For that, there was a need for serious and comprehensive efforts to unravel the problems faced by madrassas and find solutions. Among the solutions offered are using structural, cultural and managerial approaches.

Abstract

Growth is a continuous process, starting from simple conditions to complex conditions. Growth in humans can be analyzed how babies who are weak, dependent, not skillful in nature can be strong, independent and have the skills to face life tests. Individual development is a pattern of movements or changes that dynamically starts from conception or conception and continues throughout the life cycle of human beings that occur as a result of maturity and experience. There are two conflicting processes that occur simultaneously throughout life, namely growth called evolution and setbacks which are called involution. At the beginning of human life the role is evolution, while involution plays a role at the end of life, namely changes that are backward. This attitude towards changes in development is influenced by individual appearance and behavior, cultural stereotypes, cultural values, changes in roles and personal experience. One of the goals of this change is so that individuals are able to adjust to the environment so that both physically and psychologically are in accordance with social expectations

Abstract

Today there is a fondness in society to demand professionalism at work. The broader this joy, so the impression arises that this term is used haphazardly without clear concept. It's not uncommon for someone to easily say that what's important is to be professional. But when asked about what is meant by a professional, he cannot give a clear answer. What's interesting is that the word professionalism is apparently not only used for jobs that have been recognized as a profession, but in almost every job. In layman's language, all work (vocation) is then referred to as a profession. Someone is called a professional if the way it works is good, deft, and the results are satisfactory. With the results of his work, someone gets a reward (salary / wage).
