Abstract

The background of this research is that Islamic religious education teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom are still traditional by using the lecture method so that the learning outcomes are not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of the make a match cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects. this type of research is classroom action. The research subjects were students of class VI SDN 1 Tambea. Based on the research results, the results of teacher activity in cycle 1 were 70.8%, 79.1%, respectively 29.2%, 20.9% inactivity. Whereas in the second cycle respectively reached 87.5%, 91.6% inactivity reached 12.5%. The results of student activity in the first cycle were 66.6%, 75%, respectively, 33.4% inactivity. Meanwhile, student activity in silkus II was 87.5% inactivity and 12.5%. In the first cycle showed an increase in learning outcomes, while the increase in the presentation of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 66.66% with an average value of 74.04. However, the success indicator has not yet reached 75%, so it is continued in cycle II. In the second cycle student learning outcomes increased with presentation reaching 77.5% with an average value of 90.90.

Abstract

To realize the objectives of National Education in its entirety, the government has issued Permendikbud No. 23 of 2015 concerning the Development of Ethical Characteristics which contains a structured and planned learning activity realized through the School Literacy Movement (GLS). The Permendikbud is an effort to foster students' character that aims to have students have a culture of reading and writing so as to create a learning culture that can last a lifetime. GLS activities have been carried out since 2015 at SMP Negeri 1 Latambaga. The stages of GLS conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Latambaga include: 1) the stages of understanding; 2) the stage of habituation; 3) stages of learning. To support the implementation of the School Literacy Movement activities several efforts were made at Latambaga 1 Public Middle School, including: 1) Making an expression stage; and 2) Installation of internet networks to facilitate the procurement of wifi in the online learning process. The real impact felt by the existence of the School Literacy Movement is that it can improve students' insights and knowledge, increase vocabulary, improve memory quality, practice skills for thinking and analyzing, increase focus and concentration, can help prevent cognitive decline, can increase one's empathy , and can help students connect with the outside world as a manifestation of the vision of a local school with global culture.

Abstract

In developing basic science and technology abilities and skills, the teaching materials used refer to the Islamic Religious Education learning strategy. As Islamic Religious Education or PAI is basically a normative effort to help a person or group of students in developing a way of life (how to live and take advantage of life and life in accordance with Islamic teachings and values), Islamic life attitudes, which are manifested in everyday life skills.First, the formulation of the problem in this study, what types of learning strategies are used by teachers at SDIT Al-Farabi Pomalaa. Second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the learning strategies of Islamic religious education teachers at SDIT Al-Farabi Pomalaa. The research objectives were to determine the Application of Learning Strategies for Islamic Religious Education Teachers at SDIT Al-Farabi Pomalaa and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing Islamic religious education teacher learning strategies.The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The data is collected by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, then analyzed inductively.Based on the results of this study, the types of learning strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers were direct learning strategies and indirect learning strategies. Because students prefer to receive material with audio visual or film screenings related to material taken from auidio visual shows. Supporting factors, namely the school environment is a bit far from the crowd and noise such as the sound of vehicles on the main road, a safe school atmosphere and the school environment is always controlled, there is cooperation with the parents of students, and the surrounding community. The inhibiting factor is the lack of facilities needed by a teacher, students are still less active.

Abstract

The application of TQM in the field of education, in the management of institutions to improve quality must be carried out in an integrated and sustainable manner, so that education as a service can meet customer needs both today and in the future with the TQM approach, it is hoped that education will be able to produce quality graduates and can improve. quality on an ongoing basis. Based on this, this study aims to explain about the implementation of total quality management in the management of Madrasah Aliyah Al Mawaddah Warrahma Kolaka. This study uses a qualitative approach, with observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative data analysis. In this study, researchers used three triangulations, namely triangulation of sources, methods and investigators. Source triangulation is used by comparing the results of observation data, interviews and documentation. Method triangulation is done by collecting circulating data such as observation, interviews and documentation. Investigator triangulation bends the data obtained by an informant with other informants. This study concludes that: The implementation of Total Quality Management in the management of MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka by looking at 2 variables, namely the standard management and management variables based on madrasah in an effective school context, most of them have been implemented. This can be seen in the Planing Do, Check, Action carried out by MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka although there are still things that have not been completely fulfilled from the aspects of assessment such as the Ratification of the Decree at the Ministry of Religion Distik / Kan and so on.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka, one of the referral schools in the district. Kolaka has a number of students and teachers who are very supportive of intelligent and quality human resources. The researcher saw that the teachers of Islamic Education at SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka had a bachelor's degree in education who had pedagogical competence and professional competence and used teaching methods that made students more active in participating in learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the Principal's Efforts to Improve the Quality of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka and to determine the Constraints and Solutions in Improving the Quality of Islamic Religious Education Teachers. The research method used is a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach with the subject of the Principal and Teachers of Islamic Religious Education and Students. Then the research procedure carried out included intensive observation (observation, documentation, and interviews) of the Principal's Efforts to Improve the Quality of Islamic Education Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka. The results of this study are as follows: a) Programming the MGMP activities of Islamic Religious Education teachers. B. Carry out supervision activities in schools, c. Supporting training, workshop and education and training activities, d) Encouraging teachers to continue their education. The constraints and solutions are as follows: Constrained from funds, Lack of participants for each training activity, PAI teachers have not been fully active in studying the 2013 Curriculum material, PAI teachers have not applied the 2013 curriculum in the teaching and learning process, PAI teachers are still not maximally using media in the process teaching and learning and the completeness of learning tools before entering teaching. The solution is that the principal allocates special funds to teachers for each activity, programmed each PAI teacher to participate in training activities, provided follow-up that further improved teacher quality and Notified teachers to always actively learn and apply the 2013 curriculum and use Information Technology in the teaching and learning process

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to find out the application of peer tutoring learning in the subject of Akidah Akhlak and to know the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak subject by using peer tutoring learning in the Kolaka Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of this study indicate severalthings,namely: (1) the application ofpeertutoring methodin the learning process swhere students master thema terial to betaught, actively collaborate and engagein group discussions, actively listen to thetutor's explanation and also ask the tutoror teacher.While theteacheris more activein controlling students in the learning process, (2) through peertutoring methods there is an increasein student learning outcomes, which is seen as an increasein students' interest in listening to tutors' explanations, responding to questions and actively collaborating in groups

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is one of the compulsory subjects that must be taught at every level of education in Indonesia. Therefore, subject teachers are required to be more creative in compiling teaching materials and determining suitable learning models and attracting students' attention in receiving lessons in class. This needs to be done because suitable teaching materials and methods will affect the learning process and outcomes of students. One of the learning models that can be used in teaching Islamic Religious Education is the cooperative model of the Student Teams Achievement Devision (STAD) type. This learning model emphasizes students to take an active role in learning, both in groups and independently. Classroom Action Research was carried out on students of the Boutique Clothing Department Class XI Clothing 1 at SMK Negeri 3 Raha in the 2019/2020 academic year with the subject matter focused on the procedures for organizing corpses with basic competence in implementing body management in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the Boutique Clothing Department of Class XI Clothing 1 at SMK Negeri 3 Raha through the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) type of cooperative learning model increased. The percentage of completeness of students in cycle I was 68.77%, cycle II was 80.29%.

Abstract

In the management of the character building of students carried out by the management of these educational institutions, by providing policies, namely every morning to read the Koran and read Asmaul Husna before the lesson begins, during the day the dhuhur prayer is carried out in congregation at the mosque of SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka, and the application of Islamic culture such as shaking hands when meeting teachers, smiling, appreciating guests and Islamic studies activities. Meanwhile, for students of different religions such as Christianity, Catholicism, and Hinduism, they adjust themselves according to their religious teachings. Based on the above background, and to find out the student character education management system implemented by the management of these educational institutions, the authors are interested in submitting a research thesis entitled: "Student Character Education Management at SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka". Based on the results of this study, the researcher can conclude: Management carried out by the SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka school is in accordance with government rules and guidelines, covering several aspects including the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating and the factors that support the implementation of character education for students at SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka, namely government support, adequate human resources (HR), complete school facilities and facilities, activities that have been programmed, a sense of kinship and support from all residents, both parents of students and the local community.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the culture of reading Al-Qur'an in homes after fardhu prayer is rarely heard. Children who had memorized their Koran when they were in elementary school, now no longer repeat their recitation of the Quran. Reading the Koran has now been replaced by readings or other information media such as: Articles, Facebook, YouTube, newspapers or newspapers, magazines, television and others, even though they know reading the Qur'an is worship that is rewarded by Allah SWT. In this case, the teaching and learning process is very important to improve the quality of children in reading the Al-Qur'an, and in the learning process the efforts or efforts of the teacher are very important for the continuity of a good teaching and learning process. This research aims to explain the efforts of the Al Qur'a n Hadith teacher in overcoming difficulties in learning to read the Al-Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative approach, with observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative data analysis. This study concludes that: There are four causes of difficulties for students in learning the Qur'an at school, namely individual causes (less intensity of time to read Al-Qur'an due to laziness of students), difficulty in distinguishing the sound of letters that are sociable. long or short, difficulties in knowing the signs of stopping the letters of the Qur'an, and difficulties in understanding the law of reading recitation. This cannot be separated from the lack of parental control over their children when they are at home, the limited knowledge of teachers in the TPQ areas where students live, and the limited school facilities and infrastructure that are able to support student learning outcomes, especially in the subject of Qur’an Hadits.
