Abstract

College website is an online-based applications that used several universities to connected with the external and internal. Facility that can be used on this website include announcements, academic systems, and media promotion. Service a website can be measured to determine the level of satisfaction of the end user and the feedback. In this study, the quality of the website can be measured using the method WebQual. WebQual is one method or technique of measuring the quality of a website is based on the perception of the end user. The variables of webqual is usability, information quality and service interactions are independent variables, wether the dependent variable is user satisfaction. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study resulted in a significant influence of three independent variables on the dependent variable, where the highest order is the interaction of services, the quality and usefulness of the information.

Abstract

AKMI Baturaja is an educational institution that implements a web based SMS Gateway Application. The application is used to promote, inform the admission of new students of AKMI Baturaja campus. The application can send messages to prospective new students whose phone numbers are obtained from various schools visited by new admissions committee. The application provides the ease of providing information, messages related to promotion and information about AKMI Baturaja simultaneously with fast timing so that the PMB does not experience difficulties in sending messages one by one to all new student candidate phone numbers. This evaluation is conducted to analyze whether the application has acceptability based on usability criteria to measure correlation level between Learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and statisfaction. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to 50 Respondents. The results of this study is expected to be an input for the development of these applications in the future. Abstract

VSAT networks are used in several districts in Indonesia is a program of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology. Program is a form of Internet network equipment providers kesetiap districts spread almost all over Indonesia. Enim Muara district is one of the counties that have organized the rural Internet access service. Referring to the importance of quality network service and not execution of definitive measurements that can be used to measure how much of a good quality service is the central issue in this study is the "Analysis of performance-based rural Internet centers in the district of Muara Enim VSAT". Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to assist and facilitate the administration of particular data processing student data, teacher data, facilitate the search for student data and teacher data, and make the data - the data is computerized and systematically arranged. This research method using waterfall method stages - stage consists of system requirements analysis, system design, writing code, testing programs and maintenance of applications, while the data collection method using the library research such as collecting data through a book - a book or magazine that is relevant to relate to application to be built. With this application, it is expected that schools have become schools for which data are computerized, so that it can improve the quality of administrative services at the school. Abstract

This research was conducted to help the process of teaching and learning in the classroom by utilizing information technology by utilizing e-KTP card reader with class attendance application. E-ID card now has a chip that can be used and owned by students. In this study built an application that can read the chip in e-ID card, then used as the data as a student class counter. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with design method with iterative design method. In this process is also sought chip specifications that are connected to the e-ID card to more easily find the type of card reader connected to the application. Research results can help lecturers and students in the process of recording in the classroom, and the university can monitor students and lecturers look effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Performance of wireless networks lies in the physical link and the most influential are the physical conditions such as distance, because the weaker the radio frequencies that can receive and make access to the network is slow, but the barrier of wall thickness (Fresnel Zone) and the adjacent signal interference (interference Co-Channel) of the other components could also lower the quality of the received signal enduser. Of problems occurred that may affect the overall performance of the network parameter AP is Qos (Quality of Service) such as delay, jitter, throughput, and packet loss. aims to determine the optimal wireless network performance to provide a good network quality of the physical aspects that guarantee a given Qos tailored to the applications used and the efficiency of the network Wireless LAN (Hotspot) at the University of Bina Darma for each enduser.

Licensing Agency and Investment Komering Ogan Ilir district has a duty and a great authority in the field of licensing and non-licensing. Increase in duties, responsibilities and authority should be accompanied by an increase in supporting infrastructure and facilities so that Licensing Agency and Investment Ogan Ilir Komering can enhance optimal service to the community. To achieve excellent public services to the community, developed One Stop Service Information System (SIMTU) with the application of information technology as the spearhead of the public service. One Stop Service Information System (SIMTU) Komering Ogan Ilir (OKI) which was developed consisting of three points of service, namely back office, front office and information kiosks. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to develop the early warnung system application of the endemic areas of pest using Gi and Gi * statistic methods. The research focused on developing early warning system based Geograpical Information System (GIS) technology. The research was conducted through two stages: (1) data preprocessing based on the local characteristics of the studied areas, processing and modeling the data including the digitalization process of cumulative pest area attack using database and (2) architectural design and develop of GIS application. Developing of GIS application using PHP Programming and MapServer. The result of the research showed it can be used to provide information of endemic areas in the future based on the indicator of attack pest. The result of the research could be developed as decission support tool to determine of the endemic pest areas which has been done by observation center for Pest Plant Diseases Laboratory Observations Region V Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, Ministry of Agriculture, Republic of Indonesia for many times. Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system to determine the location of the franchise for determining strategic business location has a big share a role in determining the success of a company.Step-solving is SDLC approach includes the following phases: 1) planning, 2) analysis, 3) design, 4) implementation and 5) maintenance. The method applied is the method of Bayes. Decision-making with Bayesian methods require information about the probability of each alternative on issues faced to generate the expected value as a basis for decision making. This research resulted in a decision support system to determine the location of the franchise by applying Bayesian methods. In the testing phase, based on the results of five trials with a variety of data obtained by the fact that the order of business location recommendations provided by the system is consistent. Abstract

Employees are a major factor in the smooth running and progress and success of a company. The leaders of the company should be able to motivate their employees to be able to work optimally and always give the best for the company. Achievement is a result of a person who assessed on the performance of the envious own personal as well as team of an entity or community. The purpose of this research is to apply the method GAP as a profile matching method in the process of determining outstanding employee at PT X. PT X conduct an assessment of achievements of its employees and as a result of assessment for employees who excellent will be given a reward. In determining and assessing the performance of each employee there are a number of assessment criteria which include Employee Attitudes, Behaviour Employees and Employee Presence.
