The results of research and theoretical studies in the journal Matrik in Computer Science. Publication conducted 3 (three) times (April, August and December). The editorial board welcomes original submissions in Indonesia and English. The number of words for a research article should preferably be between 5,000 and 8,000. Each of the articles published have a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). The paper will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.

Limited knowledge of the patient against eye disease becomes a problem and make the patient difficult to predict the eye disease he suffered. In this case, the patient will need an expert who can early diagnose eye disease in order to prevent early. The existence of an expert system can be used as a consultation medium, where expert knowledge has been transferred into the computer system can be used as the basis by the expert system in answering user questions. The steps used are state assessment, knowledge acquisition and design. This research is focused on designing rule rules and database design. The Demspter Shaffer method is used for designing rule rules and relational database used as the database model. The results of this study is a database design on expert systems to diagnose eye disease.

Static routing is a Router that has a static routing table that is configured manually by network administrators. Static routing is the simplest routing setting that can be done on a computer network. IP Addresss version 6 is the latest version in Internet protocol based computer networking protocol, which was created to provide solutions to the main problems in IPv4, namely the limitation of addressing capacity. IPv4 is only able to reach as many as 4 octets with each octet maximum of 255 pieces of computer in it, so it can be said that for all computers currently able to handle numbers of 4 billion. In IPv6 there are 16 Octet with one octet capable of loading maximum 255 pieces of computers and other connected devices that can be accommodated is about 3.4 trillion. Therefore the authors will conduct a comparison study analysis of the use of IPv4 and IPv6 to see the performance of both in the implementation of static routing, parameters in the test Throughput, Delay and Packet loss.

This study was conducted to design a mobile software that is expected to help Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) in Palembang City in marketing their product. This is related to the problems often faced by UKM that is difficult to do marketing products and costs are very high to make a promotion of products. With this mobile software can facilitate and help the UKM in Palembang City to introduce their products to the wider community. In this research of UKM mobile software design is using two (2) methods which is Database Lifecycle Method for database design that will be used and Rapid Application Model (RAD) method for designing User Interface.

SMK Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara is a public vocational high school that has implemented internet network as part of all activities and learning media. Computer network security system using LAN and WLAN management has implemented network security applications on access point on the network, some problems that often occur network performance becomes slow and sometimes not connected properly. It caused by several factors such as intruder attacks from the local network or the internet or viruses that exist on each computer used. From these problems will be developed existing network security system to improve network quality and performance. Mikrotik router is one solution that will be used in this research because mikrotik router has features of network security system complete and easy to use. Implementation of network security system with firewall and web proxy on network, very help network administrator in arranging access of network user in using internet service.

Currently PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk already has a sales information system that has been integrated with enterprise resource planning (ERP) company system. However the existing information system provides more information relating to the course of sales operations, sales report submission is still less organized and still using office applations. The report is also not appropriate for the executive. The high level of directors mobility makes the required sales data must be fast and accurately received by the board of directors. Therefore, PT Semen Baturajaic (Persero) Tbk is in need of an information system that serves as a means to view all sales data in the long run and can be viewed anytime without having to wait for reports from sales staff. This research generates executive sales information systems at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk by utilizing business intelligence that is able to provide detailed information on sales in chart or graphic display

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect user satisfaction on the website library South Sumatra using webqual 4.0 method. Data collection in this research is done by spreading kuisioner to 40 respondent. The result of correlation test in research shows that the quality of usage and quality of information have a positive relationship while the quality of interaction has a negative relationship with user satisfaction. When viewed based on t test shows that the variable quality of usage and quality of information have a positive effect on user satisfaction library website south sumatera. While the quality of interaction variables do not have a positive effect on user satisfaction library website of South Sumatera, thus the quality of library service website of South Sumatera needs to be increased in order to increase user satisfaction.

The objective of the research is to implement binomial distribution to estimate the probability of success in the trial of service quality of information system using variables that exist in E-ServQual model. Binomial distribution can model the number of successes on the number of samples n of the population N, by doing n times experiment and there are only two possibilities that are successful / fail. The instrument used is a questionnaire on a linkert scale. The results of this study were p(very satisfied) = 0.288, p(satisfied) = 0.425, p(quite satisfied) = 0.18, p(not satisfied) = 0.072 and p(very unsatisfied) = 0.035. The results of the tests with the variation of the values of n and x result in the fact that small sample quantities and large probability values will increase the probability of success to be obtained.

The purpose of this study is to find out how big the level of student satisfaction to the service BAAK AKMI Baturaja for this. The benefits of this research is as an information and evaluation material for BAAK on the efforts that have been done in providing services to students. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The service measurement indicators used are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurances, Empathy. Through this research obtained Tangible value = 40.32%, Responsiveness = 20.24% and Reliability = 19.62%. The result of the measurement of student satisfaction on the service quality of BAAK is good. However, on the Empathy indicator = 6.45% means that there is a need for improvement in order to match the results and the promise of service. So also on indicators Assurance = 13.37% still need an increase in service by officers to students.

Baturaja is an educational institution that implements a web based SMS Gateway Application. The application is used to promote, inform the admission of new students of AKMI Baturaja campus. The application can send messages to prospective new students whose phone numbers are obtained from various schools visited by new admissions committee. The application provides the ease of providing information, messages related to promotion and information about AKMI Baturaja simultaneously with fast timing so that the PMB does not experience difficulties in sending messages one by one to all new student candidate phone numbers. This evaluation is conducted to analyze whether the application has acceptability based on usability criteria to measure correlation level between Learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and statisfaction. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to 50 Respondents. The results of this study is expected to be an input for the development of these applications in the future.

Currently BPBD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin not yet available information system that manage data access specially in the form of disaster location information so that when BPBD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin or society will do prevention or rescue effort do not have high information accuracy. This research makes mobile based application for information of disaster prone area in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The benefits can provide an alternatif information dissemination related to the location information of natural disasters, especially floods and landslides in Musi Banyuasin Regency, can provide fast, accurate and accurate data for the Quick Response Team for Disaster Response located in the field according to the location of natural disasters, especially floods and landslides in Regency of Musi Banyuasin. The research method used descriptive method while software development using Mobile-D method. The stages are explor, initialize, productionize, stabilize, system test and fix.
